Bring your own pillows and towels. While the apartment is modern and spacious. They only provide each guest with one small pillow and one towel. If you want another one they charge you €3 each. The property is well located and within 10 to 15 minutes walk from major attractions. Nice restaurants and bars on the same street. But this low cost attitude really sours your stay. Just charge an extra €10 more a night and provide the bare essentials. That being said they do provide you with your own proper squeege mop and bucket to clean up the semi enclosed shower that floods the whole bathroom floor everytime. After this happened we did find other reviewers from beginning of this year advising of the of the same issue. The management replied to those reviews stating they had ordered additional glass to fully enclose the shower area. However, those reviews are more than half a year old and we experienced this unplesantness everyday of our stay. What could have been a fantastic stay was blundered by the management of this property. The reception staff are courteous and helpful. The self parking the property provides is very convinient and clean with two pay EV charging stations. Which cost us about €30 to almost fully charge our car in 8 hours. But their €30 a night parking fee is a bit pricey. We frequent Budapest often to see concerts. But I would probably not stay here again. Its too bad because the property is great and the staff is nice. But its like flying a low cost airline.

This was perfect for our stay of a few nights in the city. We were able to walk or use transit easily to get to our destinations each day. Staff was friendly and the residence itself was spacious and comfortable. I would like to have found an actual grocery store nearby but it was Easter weekend and perhaps they were closed. We found small convenience stores and were able to buy some basic food there but choice was limited. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet most of the time. Lots of street noise one night-not sure what was happening and one loud family who yelled a lot and kept their balcony doors open so you could hear them/that was just one day and I didn’t stick around so didn’t have to continue listening but they did make a lot of noise. Facilities were good snd I would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a great area with lots of shops and amenities close by. It’s in a quiet area at night. Beds are comfortable , apartment’s are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom toiletries left for each person was a lovely touch as well as the coffee beans and washing up liquid and tea towels. The checkin was ok but language barrier was hard to understand with the staff member that was on that day. The check out however went smoothly and the lady was very helpful with all our questions. Being able to leave our luggage there on the final day was fantastic as it enabled us to be able to explore for the day without being hindered by our bags. We all said - there were 7 of us - that we would return to that property when we went back because of the comfort and location and it was so easy to find.

We had a great stay in the an apartment with a beautiful view of the nearby church. The flat was clean, well designed and quiet with everything you need for a city stay. Conveniently the residence had a car park in the basement with an EV charger for our car. The residence is also dog friendly 😌

When we returned to the room at night, we found many insects flying around. By then, it was already past midnight. It was disgusting, and we felt extremely itchy and uncomfortable. We were genuinely concerned about possible allergic reactions or being bitten. We went down to the reception to ask for help. However, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. She could only arrange for someone to clean the room the next day. Due to hygiene concerns, I couldn’t stay in that room and requested to be moved to another one. The receptionist insisted the hotel was fully booked for the next few days and refused to offer another room, even for the following night. It was incredibly frustrating to be told we had to stay in the same room even after pest control. After chemical spraying, how could we be expected to sleep there? Our luggage would also be exposed to the chemicals, which is unacceptable. All we wanted was a place to rest, but since they wouldn’t provide another room, I had no choice but to request refund and leave at midnight. The receptionist claimed she couldn’t issue a refund and that I’d need to wait for the manager, who wouldn’t return until 8 AM—which was absurd. There should be a night shift manager available to handle such situations. While I was contacting Expedia for support, at least three groups of guests were checking in during the night. This made us seriously question the receptionist’s claim that the hotel was fully booked for the next few days.

Bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Budapest, enkel tilkomst. Stor og ganske nyoppusset to etasjes leilighet i 5 etg til 7 pers. Hadde allikevel bare sofa til 2 (dette var en sovesofa) og spisebord til 4. Ellers bare noen harde plaststoler å sitte på. Mangler sofa. Dusj i øverste etg. luktet forferdelig kloakk flere dager på rad. Påpekte dette til resepsjonen og fikk beskjed om å la vannet renne 10-15 min. Dette hjalp ikke og vi orket knapt å bruke badet. To av soverommene ble aldri kaldere enn 22° og ett ble aldri kaldere enn 24 grader selv om klimaanlegget var satt på 20°. Luktet sterkt kloakk i entreen siste dagen. Sengene var veldig harde og overmadrassen var plassert under hovedmadrassene. Røykvarsler var tildekket med plastkopper og vil ikke fungere. Fikk beskjed om at vi kunne fått gratis transport til flyplassen dersom vi hadde booket på deres nettside og ikke hotels.com - det er ikke godt å vite…..

First impression of property was very modern and spaced, Had 2 BRs so my family were happy but one of the BR had dead body smell, made all of us sick. we closed the door and blocked door so we can not open the door accidentally. The second bedroom door was not closed properly, looked like the building is unbalanced, talked to reception and she responded ' the smell is Budapest thing ' I truly wanted move out and request refund but the parking was not easy and could not trust other accommodations around there. I trusted reviews but not any more.

Beware what you see in pictures is not what you get. We had the large 3 bedroom apartment as there were five of us. The pillows are tiny with no support. We also were provided one single towel per person, including one face/handle towel for all to share. When we asked for extra towels and pillows, they told us the cost is 3 euros per item. The floors were dirty, living room floor had what looked like pizza sauce smeared and bathroom sink was disgusting. We brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done. The apartments also all face the courtyard so there is significant noise from others. Location is good and beds, other than flat uncomfortable pillows, were comfortable.

The photos on Expedia look very nice. The room is spacious. But the bed is small and hard. Towels are very old and yellowish. The glass panel is so small so that the shower will splash and make the floor very wet. It's not all... The most terrible experience I have ever had is that the Whirlpool washing machine is leaking!! The leaking water flooded the floor. I had to stop the machine immediately and then mop the floor and clean the mess. The hotel only said they are sorry for what happened... A Sorry is that all they can offer. They don't take responsibility for that. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

This location was great! Walkable, food options, grocery markets, anything you need. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint is the bedrooms are pretty tight. Theres a little space to walk between the bed and the wall.... you could do a tuck and roll to get from one side of the room to the other quicker. But overall, I would definitely stay there again.

They stop the heat in the rooms , but the temperature went down the hall week you ask to put the heat back , but nothing happen , and what bother me you go inside the office they have heat but in the room very cold special at night you add more cover but Whalen you go to the bathroom it’s 17 degree in the room wow , the give You promesses for nothing

Sauberes uns großzügiges Appartment am Rand des jüdischen Viertels. Viele Cafes und Kneipen vor der Tür. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Super bequeme Betten. Toller Balkon. Der Flughaenbus hält in nur ein paar hundert Meter Enfernung.

We have just returned from a long weekend at the apartments. We stayed in the rear block room 404 which was a one bedroom apartment. We had a huge living area, bedroom and dressing area and two toilets one with shower. Yes there was some wear signs but nothing that took away from the rest of the lovely apartment. It’s was extremely cold during our stay and the heating was amazing to come back to for a warm! Beds were lovely and firm for those who like a firm bed but mattress but for those like me there were mattress toppers underneath to use! The street has lots of food options all the way down including a side street onto the food markets which was full of restaurants and bars! It’s a five minute walk down to the main road where the airport bus drops you off and picks you up and straight over to fashion street. I don’t think the location for me could have been better! We stayed for my mums birthday and I contacted the apartments and I was able to pay for the room to have balloons and wine when we arrived and the communication was fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here, thank you so much for a great stay!

We’ve just spent a week in these lovely apartments. We were given an apartment facing the street which produces quite a lot of noise but was not particularly troublesome due to heavy duty patio doors both in the bedroom and living area. It was over 30c every day and the air conditioning was a godsend. Very efficient and controllable. Location is fantastic with bars and restaurants galore. It’s worth searching out the ruin bars. Overall I have no hesitation recommending these apartments for a break in this lovely city.

The photos on Expedia look very nice. The room is spacious. But the bed is small and hard. Towels are very old and yellowish. The glass panel is so small so that the shower will splash and make the floor very wet. It's not all... The most terrible experience I have ever had is that the Whirlpool washing machine is leaking!! The leaking water flooded the floor. I had to stop the machine immediately and then mop the floor and clean the mess. The hotel only said they are sorry for what happened... A Sorry is that all they can offer. They don't take responsibility for that. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Bring your own pillows and towels. While the apartment is modern and spacious. They only provide each guest with one small pillow and one towel. If you want another one they charge you €3 each. The property is well located and within 10 to 15 minutes walk from major attractions. Nice restaurants and bars on the same street. But this low cost attitude really sours your stay. Just charge an extra €10 more a night and provide the bare essentials. That being said they do provide you with your own proper squeege mop and bucket to clean up the semi enclosed shower that floods the whole bathroom floor everytime. After this happened we did find other reviewers from beginning of this year advising of the of the same issue. The management replied to those reviews stating they had ordered additional glass to fully enclose the shower area. However, those reviews are more than half a year old and we experienced this unplesantness everyday of our stay. What could have been a fantastic stay was blundered by the management of this property. The reception staff are courteous and helpful. The self parking the property provides is very convinient and clean with two pay EV charging stations. Which cost us about €30 to almost fully charge our car in 8 hours. But their €30 a night parking fee is a bit pricey. We frequent Budapest often to see concerts. But I would probably not stay here again. Its too bad because the property is great and the staff is nice. But its like flying a low cost airline.

When we returned to the room at night, we found many insects flying around. By then, it was already past midnight. It was disgusting, and we felt extremely itchy and uncomfortable. We were genuinely concerned about possible allergic reactions or being bitten. We went down to the reception to ask for help. However, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. She could only arrange for someone to clean the room the next day. Due to hygiene concerns, I couldn’t stay in that room and requested to be moved to another one. The receptionist insisted the hotel was fully booked for the next few days and refused to offer another room, even for the following night. It was incredibly frustrating to be told we had to stay in the same room even after pest control. After chemical spraying, how could we be expected to sleep there? Our luggage would also be exposed to the chemicals, which is unacceptable. All we wanted was a place to rest, but since they wouldn’t provide another room, I had no choice but to request refund and leave at midnight. The receptionist claimed she couldn’t issue a refund and that I’d need to wait for the manager, who wouldn’t return until 8 AM—which was absurd. There should be a night shift manager available to handle such situations. While I was contacting Expedia for support, at least three groups of guests were checking in during the night. This made us seriously question the receptionist’s claim that the hotel was fully booked for the next few days.

First impression of property was very modern and spaced, Had 2 BRs so my family were happy but one of the BR had dead body smell, made all of us sick. we closed the door and blocked door so we can not open the door accidentally. The property is in a great area with lots of shops and amenities close by. It’s in a quiet area at night. Beds are comfortable , apartment’s are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom toiletries left for each person was a lovely touch as well as the coffee beans and washing up liquid and tea towels. The checkin was ok but language barrier was hard to understand with the staff member that was on that day. The check out however went smoothly and the lady was very helpful with all our questions. Being able to leave our luggage there on the final day was fantastic as it enabled us to be able to explore for the day without being hindered by our bags. We all said - there were 7 of us - that we would return to that property when we went back because of the comfort and location and it was so easy to find.

First of all the thing that almost ruined our family trip was that my order was double booked....and I lost a lot of money.....after alot of mails with Hotels costumer services...I had returned half of the sum....but not All....I felt terrible after this....Like really frustrated. Location is 9 of 10....you cant be more central than this! The space was more then enough....for family of 5....big apartment 8 of 10 Air conditioning 2 of 10. About the amenities we had washing machine and laundy hanger. There were coffee mashine, washing mashine and a dishwasher but you are supposed to acquire the capsules by ourselves. In conclusion Budapest is beautiful and there is alot to see food is great ...If there was No double booking incident...It would be great!

Sauberes uns großzügiges Appartment am Rand des jüdischen Viertels. Viele Cafes und Kneipen vor der Tür. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Super bequeme Betten. Toller Balkon. Der Flughaenbus hält in nur ein paar hundert Meter Enfernung.

Great location! One of the best apartment/hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of storage space. Lots of lighting options to dim the room. Got a corner unit so it was very quiet. Big TV was nice. Only small complaint I had was maybe a shower door or bigger shield in shower area so water doesn’t spread everywhere else.

Amazing location right in the heart of the old Jewish sector which has become a lively area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is amazing as you walk through a door from the street and enter a modern building completely hidden from the main road. The apartment was clean and modern and we loved the separate rooms for each family member. Would definitely recommend this apartment for almost all combinations of travelers given its proximity to stores, trams and is in a great walkable area. If I’m lucky enough to go back to Budapest, which is a great city to explore, I would grab a reservation at K46.

I picked this hotel due to location and the fact that we were arriving in the evening to Budapest and we wanted an actual person to deal with for check in. 24 hour staff onsite was very much appreciated. There are several cafes and restaurants on the street and more within walking distance. The room was nice clean, modern and spacious (as it is depicted in the photos). Only thing I would say is maybe a few more essentials for the kitchen, like paper towel, a small water jug to put water in to keep in the fridge and a better coffee machine. We had a drip coffee machine that was missing a few parts to properly operate it(again super minor things) Otherwise I would stay there again.

The K46 is a great place to stay convenient for accessing all of Budapest but plenty to do right outside the door. It was clean and quiet with an outstanding staff to help with any questions we had. The only qualm my family had was with the AC not being quite up to American standards but after talking with other travelers while out and about from the US, that’s par for the course so I can’t hold that against them. I highly recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. The place is in good location, perfect for public transportation and grocery stores and restaurants. There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher, they provided dishing soap and laundry detergent if you need more also available for a fee. The room we got is quite spacious. There’s an AC but we can’t put it a bit more cooler as it was set for a certain temperature and it was a bit warm esp during bed time, that the only downside but we have to stay again we certainly will choose K46 Residences. The apartment was clean and of a great size for 3 bedroom apartment, check in was relatively straight forward and was easy to store luggage early. Location is excellent, thought was going to be good when booked and it truly was. Close to great coffee, cafes, restaurants, bars, yet thanks to apartments being set back from road apartment was very quiet (great sleep had!) Would stay again.
The apartment was clean and of a great size for 3 bedroom apartment, check in was relatively straight forward and was easy to store luggage early. Location is excellent, thought was going to be good when booked and it truly was. Close to great coffee, cafes, restaurants, bars, yet thanks to apartments being set back from road apartment was very quiet (great sleep had!) Would stay again.
