The room was dirty. I traveled from out of town and couldnt check in early at all...i was told there were no clean rooms...it still wasnt clean when i was able to check in. The staff was horrible and unprofessional. The pool was closed for "cleaning" and was advertised on the site. Horrible experience and will never stay at a choice hotel again. Its not even much cheaper then a nice hotel.

The hotel was fine. The outside is older could use a little updating but the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was a little limited because they don't have a kitchen on site to service hot food but they had egg biscuits, oatmeal that could be heated in the microwave and a waffle machine. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Because of where the hotel is located, we were able to take back streets to and from the WNC fair grounds / airport to the hotel and bypass all the nasty traffic in the area. We would stay here again.
