The location cannot be beat! Located down a quiet side street, you are a 2 minute walk from a major metro line and 8 minutes from another major line. Every amenity and vibrant food scene is steps away from the residence! The hotel is clean, quiet and have attentive staff. However, the sleeping condition is far from ideal and has resulted in my average rating. The room we chose had a bunk bed/loft sleeping arrangement. You're required to climb a ladder to access your bed. Any movement limitations one might have would hinder you from accessing the crawl space. You're given a two inch thick hard form mattress to sleep on top of a wooden floor of the crawl space. Trust me when I say your hips and shoulders will be bruised and extremely sore beginning on night 2 and throughout your days and your stay. We did an hourly count of how many times I hit my head so if you're 6'3, you will not fair well here. My friend took one of the "mattresses" from the top since she has mobility issues and slept on the area beneath the ladder. Though her base was not wood, she experienced similar body pains from the 2 inch thick support.

The location had a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. It was very clean, the staff were great. The only drawback to the rooms with the bunks is that it is very dark like a cave. We had two adjoining and felt like we were in a bunker with little space to move. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. It was not as enjoyable to “lounge” in the room during downtime. The staff were great
