Helt fantastisk hotel. Fedt wellnessområde.

The property was wonderful. It was clean, had a great gym and pool, and an awesome restaurant. The location is safe and superb. I would stay here again and give it my highest recommendation.

The bath was leaking badly and flooded the bathroom. The water pressure in shower was only average at best. The bar would not serve residents after midnight any beverage - have not experienced that before in a hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. The entire staff was amazing and always ready to help but those that worked in the restaurant/kitchen really helped to make this stay a special one. The spa/pool area was incredible. The area is very close to both the Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe (under 15 mins walk) as well as lots of high end shopping. The area is slightly touristy but I would definitely stay here again.

Night staff member claimed that he could not address any issues. Bathroom (tiny) was a separate room from shower (beautiful ). Although picture shows deluxe room with large bath they did not have any such rooms at 1:00 pm when we checked in. Deluxe room (highest category below suite) was tiny. Could not separate twin beds. Again, concierge tried to compensate for staff inadequacy but this seems to be a basic management problem. Gym facilities are extremely limited. Nice pool table in lobby.

Wow!! This hotel is an amazing place to stay, we loved everything about it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The Spa is lovely and the hotel is situated perfectly for shopping. We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary but loved it so much we hope to visit next year for our next anniversary!

Beautiful hotel with a classic parisian balcony in our room. Staff was lovely, bar made a great drink, and the pool was a great way to unwind. Couldn't be closer to the shops. Quieter area - might stay in the Marais next visit as there are more dining options there but would LOVE to stay here again

5 star experience, staff, spa, food and location were amazing!

Gebucht hatte ich ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit einer Fläche größer als 22 m², wie in der Expedia-Buchungsbestätigung samt Zimmerabbildung dargestellt. Erhalten habe ich jedoch lediglich ein Standardzimmer mit 22 m². Das Front-Desk-Personal konnte mir beim Check-in kein alternatives Zimmer anbieten, da das Haus ausgebucht war, stellte aber einen Wechsel am Folgetag in Aussicht. Der Mitarbeiter bestätigte mir zudem – unter Vorlage eines internen Dokuments –, dass der Preis für zwei Nächte eigentlich 840 € betragen sollte und nicht die von mir 1.220 €, die Expedia berechnet hat. Am nächsten Tag wurde diese Aussage jedoch vollständig zurückgenommen. Unabhängig hiervon sind die Zimmer zwar sauber, erreichen aber kein Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich und lieblos – insbesondere das Brot ist für Pariser Verhältnisse eine Zumutung. Die Gestaltung des Innenhofs wirkt düster und wenig einladend, technisch traten wiederholt Probleme auf: meine Zimmerkarte funktionierte viermal nicht und musste jedes Mal neu codiert werden. Besonders negativ fiel das Rezeptionspersonal auf, das sich durch Unfreundlichkeit und völlige Empathielosigkeit auszeichnete. Weder wurde auf berechtigte Hinweise eingegangen, noch zeigte man Interesse, Unannehmlichkeiten auszugleichen. Fazit: Das Hotel verdient keinesfalls fünf Sterne. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Haus mit eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten und erheblichem Defizit im Service – in keiner Weise dem beworbenen Standard entsprechend

One of the Best Hotel Stays Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing stay — truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The concierge team was exceptional, always available and incredibly helpful. They arranged fantastic restaurant reservations and got us great seats for a show we wanted to see. The location is perfect: very central but still on a calm, quiet street. It’s also just a short walk from the Metro, which made getting around super easy. The breakfast was a standout — delicious and personalized, with chefs ready to cook whatever you’re in the mood for. We also loved the little extras, like chocolate bears in the room, and the fact that housekeeping came twice a day to keep everything spotless. The small spa area was fresh, relaxing, and not crowded at all. There were even nice snacks available there, which was a lovely touch. Can’t recommend this place enough — it really exceeded our expectations in every way!

Great stay at La Demeure Montaigne. Nice, impeccable clean and centrally located hotel. Service was great, attentive staff, good cocktails. Room was done twice a day!!! And we loved it, my daughters loved the chocolates on the bed😊… the only mistake was the check in time… it was supposed to be at 3pm and we got the room at 4pm… tough we you are flying from the other part of the world with kids and they need some rest, But I know they can work it out and improve. Thank you

Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. The service is very good. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Bathrooms were unacceptable Not built to code No shower bar Impossible to get into and out of because it was an elevated bathtub No ventilation so the entire room steamed up each time we showerree

1-Très gêné par le serveur qui dégageait une très forte odeur de cigarettes électronique a chaque fois qu'il me parlait, mon repas était devenu une horreur. 2-cette fois ci l'odeur de cigarette dans les toilettes de la chambre, très mauvaise nuit, et il n'y avait meme pas de fenêtre d'aeration pour chasser cette odeur.

Staff were great. Room was great amazing view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night watching it sparkle from bed.

Everything about this hotel was spectacular. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite with our two children; it was huge and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beautiful flowers and delicious treats upon arrival and thoughtful touches for the kids - stuffed ducks, smaller robes and slippers, colored pencils with activity book, and specialized toiletries. The food was spectacular and the service was spot on. Will definitely be coming back.

My room facing the courtyard was the quietest hotel room I've ever experienced and I am fussy about quiet-ness, so I was very grateful for that. The staff was very helpful, especially the bellmen - everyone seemed sincere in their desire to help. The location is good depending on what you wish to do, i.e. for the most part Beverly Hills-style shopping is within walking distance but art museums are not. The room was extremely well-appointed. The only criticism and it is very minor is that coffee in the room wasn't replaced exactly as requested - which could've been easily remedied of course by my calling the front desk. Compared to the overall excellence of this hotel, that has absolutely no impact in my opinion of it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. The male receptionists are accommodating, but I must note that the female staff at the reception seemed unprofessional, engaging in loud conversations and laughter in front of guests during check-in. Additionally, there is a need for improvement in room soundproofing; while waiting for the elevator, I could clearly hear intimate sounds from a nearby room, which may impact overall guest experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in Paris. The location was fantastic! Our room was a Jr Suite. It was huge....Large Bedroom, Living room with pull out sofa, a bath and a 1/2, nice entry way with closets. Huge tub and shower. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

My number one priority in hotels is quiet - and the hotel has some very quiet rooms, far from street noise, elevators, etc. I've stayed more than once here and come back for the quiet. Overall it is an excellent place to stay, with a fabulous location with convenient walkable access to shops and restaurants - and the front desk staff and concierge are excellent. But there are a few rough edges - housekeeping had issues (i.e. took away used towels, and one of the bathrobes and didn't replace them); coffee is provided in the room but the capsules don't identify regular versus decaf; and the coffee provision doesn't automatically include sugar and creamer. It is not clear from the room how to contact the front desk by phone, resulting in walking down to ask how to contact the front desk. And the light switches are very cryptic. You basically have to flick switches in various directions and hold them down or flick them quickly - so getting the desired results required continual experimenting and some frustration. (i.e. bathroom lights - on-off-switch - relatively straightforward - but bathroom mirror lights? puzzling.) None of these were major issues and all could be remedied, but the point is, there were some rough edges which I did not expect in a 5-star hotel. The location, front desk staff and quiet were all "5 star" but in other aspects there were a number of minor issues.

Great stay at La Demeure Montaigne. Nice, impeccable clean and centrally located hotel. Service was great, attentive staff, good cocktails. Room was done twice a day!!! Wonderful hotel, location is fantastic and the staff was excellent!

Expected a lot from this property. For the price we paid, no CNN, phone is not user friendly (very difficult to get in touch with front desk), concierge gave us a scare when HE said the package was not delivered but indeed it was when we got into the room. We called for assistance with our luggages upon check out, waited & decided to do it ourselves since no one came.

Absolutely a lovely hotel. Was very clean and the people that were working there were very helpful and kind would highly recommend and looking forward to going back.

My teen daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel, not just beautifully decorated and styled but extremely comfortable too. Staff always super friendly, and the meal in the restaurant was exquisite, they even accommodated My daughter with off the menu chips without any issue. Will definitely be returning here

The Property had lovely decor and represented 5 star hotels exceptionally. I would recommend this hotel due to the location and room offerings, however, I was not as pleased with the new menu. The bar staff was was friendly and informative.

Highly recommend this beautifully appointed hotel. Could not fault the restaurant, the service or the facilities. It was a perfect oasis to call home in the middle of a bustling city. Many fabulous restaurants and tourist sites all within walking distance. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was an amazing stay. My wife and I had very easy access to shopping and sightseeing. The staff was truly nice and welcoming. We loved the breakfast buffet. We can’t say enough about this hotel. Everything was just simply near perfection.
