Amazing hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Very baby friendly, had every amenity that we needed and could order to the room via tablet. We stayed in the basic room and it was a great size, very clean and modern. Staff were super friendly, especially Leo on the front desk, he was very helpful with directions and recommendations for day trips and were to do. Overall brilliant stay.

Loved the hotel overall. Just a 5-8 min walk to the train station that we did easily with our luggage. It was super quiet and we barely saw anyone else there. Room was very spacious (I think there were only 3 rooms on our floor), the bathroom was amazing and toiletries were really nice. All snacks and drinks in the room were included (juices, chocolate, rice crackers, a bottle of red wine and I swear we had 10 bottles of water). The staff were super helpful. Leo at the front desk was awesome and gave us some good recommendations to go to. I would NOT recommend using their wine dispensers in the lobby cause when we did, all the wine we had was really old. It tasted really bad and you could see sediment in the bottom of the bottles. Thankfully the staff apologized and refunded our money. Sadly there isn't really a restaurant IN the hotel, you have to go outside, walk around to the side/back and go up an elevator to find the restaurant (the staff took us). We went to Ryuduki Lounge for a drink. It was really pretty in there but there was NO ONE else there. Also no background music so it was oddly quiet. The breakfast that's included was pretty boring. We stayed 3 nights and it was the same thing every day. OJ, croissant, roll, plain yogurt, a slice of pineapple and honeydew with a different type of bisque soup (carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin). We would definitely stay there again cause it was easy to get to and the price was very reasonable for what you get.
