Check in was great, the desk clerk was super friendly. The building is older, but clean. The pool was drained & not in use, which is weird because its June. I would've liked to have used it. Didn't see any breakfast options. Check out took forever because the clerk wasn't at the desk; another family was also waiting & it took about 20 minutes to find someone, which is unacceptable. Overall, a decent, cheap option in a pinch, but I'd probably pay a bit more next time & just stay at the Hampton Inn next door.

Ok property. A little dated. Basic. Breakfast was not good we went to Starbucks about 1 Mike away. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Met people in the stairwell who had been stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. Don’t stay here unless you have to. We had to because of the UT home game and rooms were very limited in the area.

Ms. Kimmy was a complete JOY at check-in. She was kind, attentive, and answered all of my questions about where to park and the property. Thank you! The pool was clean (my children said it was very warm and fun), the room appeared clean at check-in, there was a slight smell of moisture in the room, but it was overall nice. I appreciate the food options, gas station options, and proximity to the highway.

This hotel looks like it needs more maintenance. The toilet is loose on it mounting. The pool is green with algae. The computers appear out of whack. The clerk had to enter my information twice and now there's two holds on my credit card. The employees were friendly and the location was good.

Was turned away as dog more than 20lb. This was not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com mobile app. Was left with no accommodation, after dark, after driving 750 miles from New York. Have been a long time customer; never again. Appalling.

Out our window was the pool area that was very dirty and the pool itself had not been covered so it was full of algae and dirt. Not a nice sight to see when you open the curtains.

The rooms was clean but the hallways were dirty. Roof must have a leak there was a fan drying out the carpet. Looked like they were doing some updating as well. The pool looked new but you couldn't get to it, the pool fab was broken. Breakfast was good they had a nice assortment offiid to eat. The coffee was good too. We just stayed overnight and I'd book here again for overnight.

There was never anyone at the front desk. Check-in 8PM Thur, leaving 11:00AM Fri, Return 7:30 Fri, Check-out 11:00AM Saturday. Wait was about 10 minutes before anyone showed up at check-in. Friday AM the elevator was broken. It was disturbing to see some elderly trying to make their way down the stairs.

We were excited to book this hotel based on other’s reviews stating it was a 10/10. Our experience was different. The overall appearance is fine and the service staff is outstanding. That said; the king bed we slept on should have been replaced 5 years ago. It sloped toward the headboard and you could feel the mattress springs through whatever padding was left. The carpet in the room was also worn out as evidenced by it bunching up and posing as a potential tripping hazard at night. We also were disheartened to find roaches, the small German cockroaches in the bathroom when we flipped the light on. The good news is that our bed bug check was negative. As we value a good night’s sleep the most for a stay we are sorry to give two thumbs down on this property due to the bedding and cockroaches

You are better off paying a little more for one of the more updated hotels right next door. The room was unacceptably dirty. There were dead roaches in the bathroom, dog hair on everything, and old moldy fries in the sleeper couch. They used a lot of paint to try and mask previous singe and damage but it just made it more obvious. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the room. When we called the front desk, they told us it was housekeeping’s day off and they did not know where to locate extra bedding. I find it hard to believe they don’t have access to where clean linens are stored as asking for extra towels and/or blankets is a very common request. It took over an hour for them to literally strip the bedding from another room so that we could make the sleeper sofa so our child could sleep on it. Overall very disappointed.

It wasn’t the best place we’ve ever stayed, but it wasn’t the worst either. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were holes in the walls around the outlets, and the bathroom was chipped and outdated. Water sprayed everywhere when you took a shower and the toilet paper holder was not screwed into the wall, so fell off every time you used it.

Overall the stay was perfectly fine for what I was looking for. The hotel was right off the highway which was ideal for me and many food options within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and easy. Hotel is showing wear and tear and there was a weird smell throughout the common areas and hallways. Smell was not in the room, which was clean and had everything needed, though the bathroom was in a little disrepair. Taken all together, I would stay again if passing by.

We prepaid for a room through Expedia and when we got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk. Another customer came by and said “good luck, they have been MIA all night.” We waisted 1 hour waiting for someone and calling to get our money back so we could stay somewhere else. I emailed the general manager and never heard back. Very disappointed!

Finally I called the front desk phone number and someone picked up the phone and then came to the counter. Also, waffle mix at breakfast was sour indicating that it had turned bad. Will never return.

The manager and staff of this property are excellent. Several employees greeted us and recognized us from a prior visit. Traveling with a dog can be a challenge, they make it seamless. Comfortable beds, good breakfast bar, pool, etc. We will be back.

Hotel bed was extremely uncomfortable and room temp was hard to regulate so it was not comfortable. Booked room for 2 nights but front desk only activated the hotel key card for 1 so was locked out the second night and had to get new key cards, no apology.

This property is right off the highway, which is very convenient if you are passing through Knoxville. Although the hotel could use a little updating on the outside, the room was very clean and up-to-date. I would definitely recommend staying here.

These was one of the least expensive hotels in the area. It was updated, clean and very comfortable. I was very nice. The free breakfast was a bonus and was acceptable, ok. It is right next to the Cracker Barrel, so if you would like to spend a little money, you can go there. Dunkin is across the street. It is right off of the highway, easy on and off. 15 min drive to downtown Knoxville or 30 min to Smokey Mountains.

Pros: 1. Price...Knoxville hotels were expensive for our stay, why we chose sleep inn and suites. 2. Cracker Barrel and Daddy Mac's (food is amazing!) Is a mere 400' from the hotel. 3. Front desk accomodated our request for a top floor room. 4. Swimming pool was available, but there were no chairs or loungers to use. Cons: 1. There was no plates or milk available for breakfast at 7:30 am. 2.even though there was new paint and carpets, the room was run down...no bar in the closet to hang clothes, towel rack by the sink fell off, drywall inthe bathroom was all banged up) 3. No hot water Friday morning around 630 a.m. water was luke warm 4. King size mattress was broken down, and bed frame (platform bed) made alot of noise every time you moved). We tried rotating the mattress and it didn't help. 5. Air conditioner was noisy 6. They only have one luggage cart (one!). Had it available when we got there (needed it for our cooler) but was nowhere to be found and had to carry the cooler from the last room in the hallway to the elevator and then out to my car when we left.

Jay checked us in quickly, a few minutes before the check-in time of 3:00 EST on April 25th. He was very nice and shared some suggestions for food in the area. This property is right off the interstate and is close to many places to eat and shop. We were on the 3rd floor, room 309. The king bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed for one night. We had traveled to Knoxville to attend a concert downtown, which was approximately 13 miles away. Thankfully, I had been to Knoxville within the last two years and knew that traffic was a nightmare going into downtown. We left our room at 5:15 and arrived at the parking garage in 45 minutes, just in case some might need a point of reference. The next morning, after sleeping very comfortably, we went downstairs and had coffee, juice, hot waffles, and sausage. There were also yogurt, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Kathryn kept the area spotless and replenished it often. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Knoxville area. Downtown, a room goes for $200 a night, and I doubt it would have provided better amenities or a great night's sleep.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the building was below average. The breakfast was poor. LIttle selection. The powdered eggs were old and dry. However, if you're just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep at a low price, this will work.
