Easy to get to from Peoria airport. Comfortable clean room, we had a king suite which was roomy, with a sofa, small sink, microwave and fridge Staff friendly and helpful, plenty of parking at the rear, once youve checked in. Laundry available. Towels were on the small side. Breakfast was good, could do with a few more tables. Healthier options were limited. Disappointed to use paper plates and awful plastic cutlery. It let down an otherwise good stay.

Nice big room. Breakfast was very limited, even worse than typically in the US. There we pretty much nothing fresh, so not a great way to start the day. The gym was pretty nice.

Then she charged my card when the rooms were already paid for. Pool was closed due to broken heater pump. Wasnt impressed at all. Rooms had peeling wallpaper.

The staff was wonderful, my parents room had open food and beer laying around, their room was dirty. My room was fine other than the queen beds were so uncomfortable and the people above us sounded like the circus all not long so my daughter and I got no sleep. The pool water was cold and I thought is said it was heated. But the front deck lady was wonderful, very nice woman.

Breakfast was outstanding! Hallways and common areas were newly opened. Room was very clean but it unfortunate that some things are not given attention like cracked tile and grouting. The coffee pot had a mysterious white substance in it so it was not useable.

I stayed there for four nights, and the room was cleaned only once. Housekeeping came only once during my four-night stay, and they came after I talked to the manager. Also, some of the staff members were not friendly. The manager was helpful and respectful.

It was an overall good stay. I will say it was a little frustrating that our room was not cleaned until Sunday. We got in on Thursday, and left the hotel each day by 10 am to go see our grandma and every night we can back and it was not cleaned. They brought in towels but never cleaned/made the bed. On Saturday I asked the front desk to please have the room cleaned, they said they would tell the cleaners but when we came back it was not cleaned. On Sunday morning someone knocked to see if we needed towels and I said I would like the room cleaned when we left. That day the room was cleaned. I wish they would have asked us at check in or something. We have a baby in diapers so we need our room cleaned/ garbages emptied regularly.

The bed was very comfortable, TV was nice, the chairs in the room looked worn a little bit. Waste baskets way too small, breakfast was average, no fresh fruit except apples today, you could use three large waste baskets instead of two really tiny ones

The room was huge! Lots of space to spread out. I would add some more furniture pieces. In the room we stayed in I would add a table and four chairs to sit at. Also for a room that size, I would add a larger tv. The clerk was very friendly and welcoming!

It was a nice stay. Only issues were, we purchased the person room. It was a 30x30 room. It only had one chair to sit in it. The two person couch was being used as a bed. So we had to sit on the beds or the floor. It was a very uncomfortable/cold space. There was only one night stand for the beds. So the outside of the beds there was nothing for that person. The sliding barn was not working properly and locked us in the bathroom. We had to pry it open to get out. So if there was only one person in the room they would have been trapped.
