Staff was fantastic. Room was good . Bathroom could have been cleaner around the tile floor where it meets toilet and shower areas . Stained bedding which happens over time . But overall great stay. Kids loved the pool and hubby loved the gym amenities. Would stay again.

We usually stay where there's a pool.Thats why we selected your hotel, the first night that we got ther we went to the pool and it was not a pleasant exp[rience, the water was dirty,cloudy,but that was not the worse, the walls all the way around were full of build up scum,oily brown sticky stuff, that we after we got in could not enjoy it even though we try to ignore it, we decided that we had made a mistake. We notify the lady at the front desk and said that she will notify the maintance guy. well we tried again thinking something was done for the fallowing night,it wasn't . We stayed for 3nights, not a good experience. We wanted to get out of there asap. wish something could be done. hope to hear from you

Attentive, Customer-focused Staff made this Stay VERY enjoyable! Safe and modern hotel w surveillance cameras throughout! Rooms were clean & comfortable. Parking Lot was very close to the building, easy to navigate and handicap accessible. Highly Recommended!

Nice property, relatively new. Clean. Excellent breakfast. I had booked here specifically because the property advertises an EV charging station... It does not have one on site. The office complex next to I-15 has several and I used them, but it's a hike from the Hampton. This needs to be clarified on the website and on Expedia.

We lived the breakfast and the breakfast staff. So friendly and a good verity of food. Especially love the waffle maker!!! The room was awesome. Clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

Not clean, there was a handprint on the shower wall and hair everywhere. Gross. It was also sooooo loud. All night from 8pm until we left that morning. It sounded like a herd of elephants above and we could hear people talking next door on both sides. Paper thin walls. Will not stay here again.

Our experience was okay. We didn't feel like the cleanliness of our room was up to what we would have expected. A lot of little details were missed- mirrors were extremely streaked, gross things on the bathroom wall, and mold/mildew in the shower. We were disappointed.

Far enough off the freeway that it's quiet. The surrounding area is very nice. I was impressed. Only small downside which may have been my room is the AC unit didn't habe a continuous fan mode.

The view out our window was great. We were given the option of where our room would be located in the building. We chose the top floor, facing the mountains. The only thing we didn’t like was that the AC unit would turn on and off all night, even when turned to high, not auto. Sometimes that makes it hard to sleep.

Even though I booked a standard King room with decent notice, I was put in an accessible room with 2 Queens. Was told that if they get full then they move 3rd party reservations to whatever is available. I do understand to an extent, but the attitude from the staff was dismissive and rude. Just be aware that your reservation isn't actually a guarantee. What made it worse was that the beds were horrible. There was no support. I kept sliding to the edge. One of the worst beds I've ever experienced. If that wasn't enough, the shower had unbelievably low pressure, and poor temperature control. Not good at all. Hampton Inn is usually my first choice, and I've had many good experiences with them, but this location is a huge disappointment, and one I will never stay at again.

We arrived late at night and Moana at the front desk was very attentive and courteous. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast area excellent. There was a different option every day of the week. Our stay there was wonderful! the whole staff was great! Moana was there when we left at 4:00 am and was just as cheerful as when we first arrived a week earlier.

My plane was delayed and when I didnt check in before midnight they cancelled my reservation. They blamed Expedia. I paid for 2 nights and they disallowed my stay for 1 night, the second night. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.

We stayed 4 nights during the Crowdstrike shutdown. The room keys did not work. The staff worked extra hard, escorting guests to their rooms. It was not their fault and they handled it with grace and a smile. The breakfast included many selections and the staff tending to breakfast area did an excellent job keeping it clean and full. I recommend this Hampton Inn. I’d be happy to stay there again.

The staff here are wonderful and friendly. I had to extend my original stay and they were very accommodating to get me into a different room right away, rather than have to wait for the actual check-in time. Special shout-out to the lady that runs the show for the breakfast. She is on top of everything and very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options and she was was always busy either re-stocking or cleaning. She is awesome, I wish I had gotten her name. Overall it’s a nice hotel but in a newer area. Sort of hard to get out of the area if you want to go north. Because it’s immediate right onto Bangerter highway which is usually pretty busy and you have to get all the way over to the left for i15 northbound. So I didn’t love the location. But it’s right near the aquarium and ikea. There’s a Maverick gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance.

This room was probably the worst as far as noise level that I had ever experienced at a hotel. Both nights and random parts of the day it was like someone above me was moving furniture or doing construction. I had ear plugs, pillow over head and AC unit cranked to try and block noise and that did not help - Room 201. Told front desk person (female long dark hair, heavier physique ) and she pretty much did not care and was not helpful to try and remedy the situation. Did not offer to move me to different room or even find out what was going on in the room above me.. i went up to check it out and see if it was the housekeeping room or if construction was going on but it was a regular room. I was exhausted from NO sleep when i checked out. There was huge lack of any kind of customer service at front desk. Would not recommend or stay here again.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I was annoyed with customer service. I asked for a late check out the night I checked in. Hotel was quite new, clean, and wonderful appearance. Breakfast was sub par- juices were watered down and selections were few despite the hotel seeming quite full. Shower head was one step above a spray bottle. Towels were thin and rough. I was not expecting the Ritz but this was disappointing.
