Great atmosphere and nice style of hotel. Relaxed feel with a good breakfast offering. Shame about the fire alarm at 5am but things happen. Bottled water and Tea / coffee facilities in the room would make this a 5 star review.

Good customer service- nice 'cocktail' on arrival. Spacious room- big enough for us 3 adults. Cool bar and games area. Good location.

Very cool hotel. The building is beautiful. Parking sucks.

Main issue was the property advertised parking on Expedia but this was not available at check in so had to find public parking 15 min walk away. Rooms are small but functional, clean and quiet. Staff at the bar are friendly but unfortunately not trained in even the simplest of cocktails, so I'd recommend going for drinks elsewhere. City centre is an easy 10 min walk away.

The best place to stay in Lille…location is amazing, everything is clean, awesome lively bar downstairs gym!

Weinig parkeerplek bij het hotel. Auto in parkeergarage moeten zetten ( 5 min lopen) Douches zeer matig. Weinig tot geen waterdruk. Verder prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel

Établissement dans un bel écrin , mariant le design et l’ancien . Cependant il faut penser à faire le ménage même sous les lits , à s’assurer de la fluidité des ascenseurs et escaliers. Le jour de mon arrivée on se serait cru dans le métro parisien. Ascenseurs sous dimensionné et l’escalier ne permet pas de rejoindre le lobby . Merci également de fournir des outils qui fonctionnent à votre personnel pour le Check in et Check out afin d’optimiser l’accueil des clients .

Le lieu est superbe et le personnel très agréable. En revanche les chambres manquent de confort (matelas et oreillers vraiment pas top, pas de bouilloire/cafetiere, pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception…). Je suis arrivée dans une chambre dont la salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée (serviettes au sol et toilettes sales) mais on m’a immédiatement reattribué une nouvelle chambre ce qui était bien.

Pas de gel douche ni de shampooing dans la chambre …..

Salle de bain mal nettoyé : cheveux dans la douche, poil sur la toilette, vaisselle au petit déjeuner sale. Personnel généralement sympathique. Manque d’oeuf au petit-déjeuner… Matelas et oreillers pas confortable. Le positif : les endroits public sont très bien, la couette du lit est confortable. Les chambres et les wc sont grandes. La nourriture est bonne! Bref, je ne suis pas épaté pour une chaine membre du groupe Marriott.

bon hotel, juste étrange qu'il n'y ait pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception. Je n'avais pas de shampoing / body dans la douche, le distributeur était complètement vide et avait été oublié d'être rechargé et impossible d'appeler la réception pour en demander.

The body soap was empty and had not been refilled during my stay. I could not use my PC comfortably in the room because there was no desk.

Lovely laid-back easy going hotel just off Lille city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and it was a lovely place to kick back and enjoy the eclectic surroundings.

hôtel tres propre dan le centre de Lille petit déjeuner excellent personnel très agréable

Très bel hôtel , bon accueil professionnel rien à dire super déco beau cadre ( ancienne fac de médecine ). Cependant pas de bouilloire , pas de cafetière dans la chambre , pas de bouteille d'eau , pas de bureau . Ce sont des petits détails mais que l’on apprécie quand on est chaque semaine à l'hôtel .

Insonorisation mauvaise de la chambre. Literie peu confortable. Matelas peu épais et dur et les oreillers petits et plats

Superbe hotel, bien situé dans un bâtiment magnifique, une superbe deco et un personnel attentionné. Mais si je vais dans un hotel c'est pour dormir et la literie serait au top pour un fakir (dur) et la porte de douche qui ne se ferme pas. Dommage

J'occupais la chambre 116 ; un peu bruyante notamment avec des personnes extérieures à l'Hôtel discutant installées à une table sous ma fenêtre. Hormis ce "point", le séjour fut parfait avec une personnel, très courtois, très disponible, très souriant.... Je recommanderai votre établissement avec grand plaisir. PS : il me semble avoir oublié un Tshirt blanc dans la chambre.....

Check in was beetje langzaam, eerste kamer was niet 100 procent proper, andere kamer gevraagd, dat was geen probleem, hangtoilet hing los in deze kamer. Prima bed, heel goede douche. Brandalarm eerste ochtend , brandalarm tweede ochtend ! " It was the toaster" was de verklaring aan de balie. Enkele mensen met kinderen waren hierdoor not amused

Deux jours à se doucher à l’eau froide, un petit déjeuner si peu qualitatif qu’on a décidé de l’annuler le deuxième jour (ce que nous a validé le réceptionniste sans nous expliquer qu’il ne pouvait pas nous rembourser, nous aurions au moins pris un café si on avait su…). La réception de l’hôtel est très belle et bien décorée, le bâtiment magnifique, mais le niveau de service est digne d’un hôtel 1 étoile.

Modern, quirku hotel with great staff.

The hotel has an imposing appearance overall and is nicely fitted out but the amenities and service, despite the attempt to project the hotel as hip, leave quite a bit to be desired. For one thing, not only is there no coffee maker of any kind in the room, there is not even a water kettle. And when I asked to borrow one I was told they had none. It is one thing, for reasons of overall aesthetics or others, to decide not to equip every room with a kettle, it is quite another to not to keep a few handy just in case they are asked for, and I had to went to the bar every morning to get a glass of hot water à la Oliver Twist. The second day of our stay it started to rain, and I asked to borrow an umbrella on our way out, only to be told that they had none to lend. They did not run out of umbrellas, but just never had any to offer their guests in the event of rain in the first place. We therefore spent our first morning in Lille drenched in the freezing rain while hopping from one cover to another looking for an umbrella to buy. On our check out day my wife bought a postcard, stamped it and requested the hotel to put it in the mail for her, only to be told that it could not be done because they did not know where they could find a mail box. We never asked for any service out of the ordinary at this hotel. Every request we made we had made countless times at other hotels and had been met every single time.

The staff were exceptional. Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful Hotel and Impeccable Service. First time visit to Lille and definitely not last especially staying at the Moxy.

Interesting architecture and motto. Unusual design. Must see. But make a reservation for a parking lot. Mr. Alban from the reception is very friendly and a real problem solver. A real host! Thank you.

Séjour au top comme d’habitude avec un personnel aux petits soins

We enjoyed the room and location of this hotel… and that’s about it. A few annoyances with a slow check in (their internet system was down and it took over 15 minutes to pay the city tax for our stay), a deafening fire alarm that went off our first night (no communication was offered to guests and we assume there was no actual fire?), and the first night our room was cleaned we came back after a day out to discover our door was left open. There are a lot more options in Lille, wouldn’t recommend this one.

Hotellet ligger i ett väldigt lugnt område. Lätt att hitta parkering direkt utanför. Tar cirka 10 minuter att promenera till centrala Lille och 20 minuter att promenera till Old Town.

this kind of extremely modern hotel is not so practical, when you arrive it is very difficult to find the hotel parking, they give you a map but it is really difficult to find...our room have a problem in the bathroom and it was necessary to move to another one...the hotel is not so near the tourist points and you feel afraid to walk around

Toppen hotell. Lagom promenad till centrum. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Parkeringen som tillhör hotellet var full när ni checkade in. Men gick toppen att stå på gatan utanför. Betalade med EasyPark. Vi kan absolut boka detta igen!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles passte soweit. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ein Stuhl bzw. zweite Sitzgelegenheiten wäre schön im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ok, allerdings alles ein bisschen eng und die Auswahl könnte etwas besser sein für den Preis. Die Lage ist gut, etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber eine Metro in der Nähe, Fußweg in die Altstadt etwa 20 Minuten.

Avoid Lille, and avoid this hotel in the worst part of town. Advertised as close to the historic district, there is nothing nearby and I genuinely regret staying here. The area is horrible and the staff busy doing nothing.

We would have scored this higher if it wasn't for the cost at the bar - 6 Euros for half pint of IPA during happy hour! This stopped us using the bar and booking breakfast. Loved the style of the hotel - great bohemian feel. Excellent location for sight seeing.

Helt okey ställe. Frukost var ok men lite väl dyr. Om man vill ha ost och kaffe så var det bra, fanns inga grönsaker eller färsk frukt. Parkering utanför på gatan fanns men kostade väldigt mycket. De ville också ha en deposition på 200 euro fast du betalat ditt rum, och det får du inget kvitto på.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, cool bar, lovely front kaw with deckchairs etc, very relaxed and child-friendly, room a little small but super-clean and well-designed, lication excellent especially for the Palais des Beaux Arts. Also breakfasts are excellent.

Super cool hotel with a great location. The lovely garden has sun all day and the breakfast was very good. High value for the money.
