Functional room. Very small toilet cubicle. The room was not very clean. There are cubby holes for phones which were very dirty and the headboard was very dusty. It was very weird to get charged €10 for cleaning the room when we checked out!

Great location, and the check-in was smooth. The room was bright, clean, and nice.

Nice location modern hotel good breakfast.

Newer clean modern place with a youth hostel vibe but has some rooms like a hotel. There were three of us so pull out bed. Based on one stay. Pluses A few minute walk from the train station! Super convenient. Modern clean safe Breakfast was good and had decent selection. Room was spacious and modern. Good WiFi Comfortable room. No cards, using a code was nice actually, no fear of losing card or having it demagnetized. Cons When the pullout bed was open the gap to the bad was tight and you had to move sideways to pass. Shower and toilets were modern and very nice, and had doors, but were part of the room. Fine if a couple, not so good if with a group or family as you have to take clothes into the shower and try to keep from getting wet. Also, people in the room can hear you in the toilet. The safe was not the standard easy to use ie press the four divers then enter to lock and open type. We never figured it out. Overall, definitely worth a try especially if a couple or you don’t mind a little inconvenience with the shower and dressing inside it.

We made our reservation the same day as our visit. Following confirmation of our booking, we received a message stating that the hotel was having a party and there would be a live dj set “, so to expect extra noise and a more vibrant crowd. In the message they suggested that we request a quieter room when checking in to make our stay more comfortable. We initially did query getting a refund but we were directed to hotels.com, this seemed like hassle, so we asked for a quieter room as suggested. We were put in a room , which directly overlooked the party and DJ set, this was certainly not a quieter room. We contacted hotels.com, who advised that they needed approval from hotel manager to arrange a refund. I went to speak to the manager, who was very helpful and agreed to the refund, however, hotels.com stated they hadn’t received anything and would not confirm the refund their end. We decided to checkout early and find another hotel, we queried the refund again with reception staff who said ‘nothing could be done because it’s Saturday’. The reception staff couldn’t have been less helpful. If it wasn’t for the manager, I’d have rated the whole experience as terrible. In addition the room was basic, the bathroom sink is in the main room and not with the shower or toilet. The toilet door didn’t shut properly and the toilet flush was loud when refilling and took 30 mins to do so. The toilet and shower walls were blurred and partially transparent . This was hostel-like.
