Me llevo una grata experiencia con el personal y las instalaciones. Todos son muy amables, el skybar es bonito y te puedes tomar un trago para terminar la noche. No nos metimos al jacuzzi pero se miraba agradable. Queda cerca el Ángel a pie como 5 minutos caminando y la zona es segura y muy tranquila en ruido. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme allí.

Se escucha lo de las habitaciones contiguas, aunado al ruido que proviene de la calle. Las habitaciones no cuentan con climatización. Solo hay 6 cajones de estacionamiento para 39 habitaciones, lo cual es insuficiente. El personal es amable.

Staff was amazing and kind and helpful. Location was quiet…perfect for families and couples and working professionals. Make sure to go upstairs to the bar area …bar tender is awesome and strikes up wonderful conversation. The food in the kitchen is also very good. I’d come back for sure

Terrible, no deberían indicar en amendidades “estacionamiento incluido” por qué no es verdad, reservamos 3 habitaciones y al llegar nos dijeron que no había cupo en su estacionamiento (llevabamos 1 coche y para 3 habitaciones no pudieron guardarnos un espacio) perdimos mucho tiempo resolviendo esto, tuvimos que dejar el coche en una pensión cercana y no pudimos hacer uso del auto porque cerraban después de nuestra hora de llegada, el recepcionista es lo unico que sin duda vale mucho la pena, fue muy amable y atento pero no había nada que podía hacer para ayudarnos en un problema de la propiedad.

A gem in CDMX. Within walking distance to the Angel de la Independencia, Zona Rosa and line 7 Metrobus that runs along avenida La Reforma. Many excellent dinning options in the area, walking is safe and neighborhood is upscale. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious, bed is super comfortable, with small well equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. The property also has an amazing terrace with tables, sunshades and chairs, bar and jacuzzi and also offer a varied food menu. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely consider a rebooking for a next trip.

La atención del personal es MALA, en mi check in el personal de recepción no me permitió meter mi auto porque “no había lugares”. Personalmente fui a revisar y había 2 cajones libres, estaba molesto porque ya era su hora de dormir, muy mala actitud de servicio también con el de la mañana.

I have come to CDMX many times and this place, discovered by a friend in 2024, is wonderful. The rooms are modern, clean and large. Each comes with a kitchen and a large balcony. Staff is very good and the rooftop bar is wonderful.I will definitely stay there again.

Muy amplias y cómodas las habitaciones, pero de paredes finas, se escuchaban los huéspedes de habitaciones aledañas, las gente caminando por pasillos y escaleras (ruidos de tacones sobre todo). y siento que deberían tener electrodomésticos menos ruidosos (refrigerador). pero es una excelente opción si buscas estar cerca del angel y en un lugar bonito.

Me robaron una autoparte de mi camioneta en el estacionamiento... Es algo que puede suceder en cualquier lado, pero la actitud del "gerente" fue de indiferencia y nada empático, literal fue un no me importa y aquí no fue, cuando la camioneta estuvo toda la estancia en el estacionamiento. En el último día de estancia desocupabamos a las 12 y a las 9 nos tocaron para hacer el "aseo" al parecer noner nuestra camarista pero tampoco abrimos...

Filtered water available in the hallway 👍 but no air conditioning so when anything is left open to allow air in, mosquitoes can enter. Also, the vibe from hotel staff, particularly in the lobby, is often less than warm. We stayed 2x for a total of 19 nights. Not sure we’ll go back again though simply based on the vibe.

Everything was perfect with our stay, as the staff, the room, the hospitality, etc. were outstanding! The manager, Edgar, was extremely helpful and informative - above-and-beyond, as well as gracious. Maria, who was the person taking care of our room, was excellent and very nice as well. All of the staff were great!!

Esta es mi segunda casa en CDMX . Me encanta la calidez de su personal y la ubicación. Soy cliente frecuente. Pero debo decir que el Gerente del turno matutino tiene muy mala actitud y no tiene customer service. Muy diferente a Edgar, quien está por las tardes en recepción.

Todo muy bien, solo al final de la estadía. El señor de recepción cuando hicimos nuestro check out el 16 de septiembre se portó muy grosera y con poco tacto cuando le solicitamos guardar nuestro equipaje.

Very grateful to have found an outstanding property!! Everything has matched the photos we saw online at the time of booking. We had thoroughly enjoyed our room and it was very spacious for the 3 of us staying. Loved the big balcony and the plants that were there. It made us feel like we weren’t in a concrete jungle the whole time. Very nice touch. Service was top notch quality from our maids to the hotel management. Shout out to Edgar for making our stay comfortable. Anything we needed he was a simple text away on WhatsApp for any questions. He had even helped me with my package getting delivered from Amazon that I needed which went above and beyond of his help. Also with accommodating our late check out as well. The only thing that was noticeable was that our room was fairly close to the parking garage and we can hear all the sounds at night but after while we got used to it. However We’d still make a return back and stay here again if we plan on going back to CDMX in the future. :)

The hotel is located within walking distance to the monument of the Angel of Independence. I arrived early and had some drinks and food at the rooftop. I was so impressed with the room/suite. Clean, spacious, equipped with the basics. It’s charming and well kept with a modern look. The service is beyond amazing. The manager, Said is professional and accommodating to special needs such as storing luggage on arrival and departure days. The rooftop bar has a little bit of everything. Uriel is really awesome and mixes tasty drinks. The hotel chef is so proud of his work and it shows. He wants people to enjoy his culinary art and talent. Food is delicious. Mary, my housekeeping was so sweet asking if I needed anything. The wonderful staff are sweet, humble and hard working. I will definitely be back with friends the next time I visit this beautiful part of the world. Mexico is awesome. As a native visitor I know what I’m talking about y’all. Cheers!

Bastante agradable, muy buena atención de los responsables del lugar, estacionamiento sin costo, la terraza de la suite con muy buena vista y el Roof Top bastante agradable con Servicio de Bar, mesas y camastros. Las Suites de muy buen espacio.

Staff was amazing and kind and helpful. Location was quiet…perfect for families and couples and working professionals. Make sure to go upstairs to the bar area …bar tender is awesome and strikes up wonderful conversation. The food in the kitchen is also very good. I’d come back for sure

From the time we entered the property it showed, class, cleanliness and nice lighting and decor. Checking in was easy and fast. We were helped with our luggage all the way to our room. The room was perfect, modern decor. All you would need for a business trip and more. Nice comfy sofa, table and 3 chairs. With a full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea, silverware, plates and cups. Comfy bed and linen. Big smart TV. They have room service

Si vas a CDMX sin vehiculo y quieres un lugar acogedor, limpio y comodo en el corazon de CDMX. Esta es sin duda la mejor opcion. Me he hospedado en muchos hoteles en CDMX pero ya empzare a hacer de mi segunda casa suites MINE. Me encanto la ubicacion, la comodidad de la cama, el servicio, tambien tienen suite service delicioso y muy economico. ME ENCANTO

The place is very clean, the facilities are very well maintained, and I personally found the reception excellent. An important point to highlight is that it has parking and is very centrally located. I had an excellent stay at suites mine. For the price of the stay, the quality, services, as well as the location, were impeccable. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. As a woman traveling alone, I feel incredibly safe walking in the neighborhood. Everything in my room was well kept & looks exactly like pictures. Highly recommend for other visitors.

Excellent place, the area is safe, building is safe and door always locked, you can walk to a bunch of coffee places and restaurants. Edgar is the concierge he is helpful, respectful and always available to help. Truly recommend this place.

Our stay at Suites Mine was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. What surprised us the most was how incredible the location was, easy to walk to major sites and parks, and lots of restaurants to choose from. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax in the hot tub after a long day of museums and galleries. Highly recommend.
