The room is large , the bedding comfortable however it was not as clean as I would expect. The room was not serviced for the first 3 days , cups not cleaned bathroom etc …when it was cleaned the floor was still not vacuumed.. Water pressure in the shower poor and bath sink was blocked until I reported it …it was fixed ..

Happy clean room. Breakfast was typical, but complementary coffee not to par. Id have liked slightly stronger water pressure, but that is minor. In general, lovely.

The room was lovely. The bed was amazing, I woke up and could actually move without the pain in my back that I'm so familiar with. The staff were great. The two women that I dealt with upon checking in and checking out, were honestly the most friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever come across in the hotel industry. I would definitely come back here any chance that I got

This hotel is in a quiet side of CBD but still can walk to everywhere. They gave us an excellent room, very spacious with mountain view that I felt amazing. Bed is big n comfortable, good bathroom amenities (with shampoo, conditioner, lotions... made in Italy, not cheap ones made in China like other hotels), free coffee pods as well. Breakfast is not many choices but good quality. There are also free laundry facilities to use on level 10 and level 4, so it's very convenient if you travel for long periods. Cleaning service is provided on request, however there's no bin in the bedroom, only in the bathroom so it's not convenient if people want to skip the service. The management should look into this. However other than that thing, this hotel is a great choice in Adelaide.
