Great property right outside of CMH. Our studio was generous in size and I felt very safe. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool. Overall surprisingly nice and a wonderful end to our trip to see family in Ohio.

Staff was all around outstanding. Could not have asked for better service. The real standout service really happened when TV was malfunctioning in room and John from maintenance got us a different room, helped us move our stuff and kept us chuckling the whole time. Later that evening he fired up the outdoor fireplace where we were sitting. It made our weekend.

Very nice clean facility super convenient at the airport. The shuttle service was perfect. Arrived late Sunday night. The shuttle driver picked me up at the car rental lot. Took me to my flight in the morning. It couldn’t have been easier.

Staff was good. We stay there quite a bit when we fly in and out to see the kids in Houston. I realize it was quite cold, but all of the rooms were freezing. Heating system was very inadequate…so much so, we braved the winter weather to drive out to Lowe’s and buy a heater. Only way we could stay warm. Residence needs to deal with this. I’m not an HVAC guy, but my guess is that it’s a heat pump and not a furnace. Not adequate for these Norhern Latitudes. Hope it gets fixed. We like the property. Don Staats

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was a nice size. If I had one complaint it was that all 3 of the bathroom lights were on a motion sensor and were blinding to walk into.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue is the sound between rooms. It seems that the walls are very thin. I could hear everything from the rooms on either side of mine. I had to wear noise-canceling headphones just to try and get some sleep before my very early morning.

I loved how modern this hotel is. I often stay at Residence Inn or a Fairfield Inn and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. I was impressed by how good the sound reduction was for being so close to the airport. I would highly recommend this location for an overnight stay while traveling.

Our room was right next to a runway. Even with earplugs, airplanes taking off woke me up a couple times. I know "airport" is in the name, but... Smoke detectors have flashing light on them. When the lights are out at night, can't escape that. I was told there was nothing they can do about it, laws and regulations, but it messed with my head at night trying to go to sleep. The room was clean, but, again because of policy, only had maid service 2 days for a 5 night stay.

We spent two nights here and enjoyed our accommodations very much. We had a king room that faced the runways, which was neat during the day, but I was rather surprised by how late at night they continued to fly out. Despite the noise of the planes, it wasn't disruptive to our sleep. The room was spacious and well-arranged for a variety of daily activities, and the bathroom and separate dressing area were also sizeable. We were also very pleased with the firmness of the mattress and the different full-sized pillows -- and especially the outlets on BOTH sides of the bed! Too many hotels have recently gone to just having them on one side which doesn't work with all the electronics we travel with these days. The large screen tv was viewable in all of the room by simply swiveling it to the direction that you wanted -- bed, desk, sofa. The nice variety of breakfast options each morning were very tasty and appealed to diverse palates, and the coffee was great. Desk staff and management were absolutely wonderful -- very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best group of people we've encountered in our many travels. I hope we have an opportunity to stay with them again.

Stacia at the front desk was very accommodating and an ultimate professional. Her positive attitude made me feel important as a Marriott member. Also, the shuttle driver in the afternoon (I didn’t get his name) was also friendly, professional and accommodating. I come to Columbus quite often and will now make this my hotel of choice. Thank you for the top-notch customer service.

This was my first hotel booking experience. YOU GUYS (Expedia) canceled my stay the same day I was traveling to my hotel. When I got here they told me you guys canceled it and I didn’t have a room with them anymore. And then we called you guys, your costumer service was terrible. The first guy I spoke to did not know what he was doing and you guys still never figured it out. I had to figure it out even though it was your guys mistake. Thank god the receptionists and manager at the residence inn with Margot were such nice people..they had to help us through everything. I will never be booking through Expedia again.

If you’re in the area for John Glenn International Airport this is the money convenient hotel. Takes 1 minutes to get to passenger pickup and 2 minutes to get parked in the parking garage near baggage claim. Super nice hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

service was great! Staff went out of their way to make a great stay. However, the food options were dismal. Microwaved sandwiches that promptly turn hard after removing them from heat for breakfast and drinks only in the evenings. Every residence Inn I have stayed at before had much better food choices.
