Booked through expedia, and it shows a pool WITH a jaccuzzi whi h i was looking foward to. I get to the property and find NO jaccuzzi its been filled with cement.... 3 rd time expedia and or hotels have done this to me.. frustrating

Staff was extremely pleasant, room was clean and did not have any funny smells, area around was clean, even though we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean. Some maintenance needs to be done, ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. Areas around the ice machines needed a mop it was stained and dirty. Lobby was clean with one flickering light. The fridge in our first room was broken and leaking the staff quickly changed our room without any issues. A/C worked wonderful and also did not smell. Overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my kids while we visited the park. The staff is very nice and so is the breakfast but that’s about all. The rooms are old, run down, and smell. If you turn on the air conditioning the room will smell like mold or wet dog. The carpet was filthy. It’s an older building so there are lots of little things that need updated/maintained that haven’t been. I needed laundry facilities and upon arrival found out they were completely out of order. It’s in a questionable area so keep that in mind. They shouldn’t be charging the amount they charge for the condition and location of the property.

Clean and well maintained. The staff were awesome. Kids had a great time playing in the pool. We were forced to stay here for 3 days when we had car trouble (highly recommend the mechanic next door) and they went out of their way to accomodate us at times. The hotel is the new and nice, the surrounding couple of blocks are a little rough. Otherwise, very decent stay.

Super comfortable beds, great sized room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Our bathroom had a broken hairdryer (which they replaced when requested). Breakfast was okay - nothing amazing but decent enough. Parking is easy. The pool area was a disappointment. There is no pool furniture at all. So if you are hoping to enjoy some time by the pool, rather than in it, this isn’t the place for you.

Our room was dirty when we arrived- pillows had stains, toilet had plastic in it, and the garbage wasn’t emptied. We also had no bath towels. Our AC didn’t work until we reset the breaker. When we arrived back to our room at night our smoke alarm was chirping and it was too late for maintenance to fix it, so we had to pack up our things, with our two kids, and move rooms. The woman that helped us at the front desk was SO nice and helpful and gave us a discount for our troubles, but still, a very disappointing stay.

Definitely needs to be updated. Dirty and extremely noisy from people above us and outside our room. Breakfast was dry and didn’t taste very good. Probably the worst holiday in express I’ve stayed at unfortunately.

We stayed for 5 nights. 3 rooms! Unfortunately we did find a cockroach in one of the bathrooms. We didn’t let anyone know because it was our last day! One of our rooms bathroom had a lot of black gunk in the shower. Overall the staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was tight only because we came in a camper. Bathrooms just needed more cleaning!

The location is a bit sketchy but the hotel itself was good. Parking is good and access to the room was easy. The room was clean but it could use some wiping down especially the bathroom walls and door. Towels were also stained so that wasn’t very appealing.

Pros: The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. The location of the room we were in was in the back corner so it was quiet. Parking was included. Cons: The local “live” entertainment that occupied the corner a few streets down. It didn’t appear that the facility was vacuumed as the same trash remained on the floor the entire 4 days we were there. I was looking for a hotel. While this is a hotel, it had a motel feel and was very dated. The ironing board desperately needs a new cover. The shower had hair in it, the night stand with the alarm clock had hair on it, and the bathroom floors were dirty. The sink smelled pretty foul.

We were placed in an ADA room located right at the entrance of that wing of the hotel and heard everyone coming in and anyone using the ice machine. It was not a quiet stay to say the least. There is also no internal hallway connecting that wing to the lobby or breakfast room which was tough in the rain. The beds are full sized not queen as advertised and a little tight to get around in the wheelchair. The toilet flushes only on every third flush. The staff were nice and helpful. About 10 min drive to Disneyland.

The staff was wonderful! The bed was incredibly comfortable! The road noise was a bit loud and the water pressure wasn't very good, but the accommodations met our needs. The breakfast was decent and the second round of coffee was definitely better than the first. I'd stay here again.

We had a very inconvenient stay. I had asked for a late checkout at the front desk and I was given 2 extra hours, a little before that time a manager knocked at my door and demanded me to open the door to talk to me in person telling me that I vs should have checked out at 11 am. Then I had asked to stay another day and I was told one price, but when I went to pay it was $60 more. The phone in the room didn’t work. We had attitude from at least 3 workers there, the pool also didn’t have any chairs or anything, when we asked about it, they told me to get a chair from the breakfast table and place outside. The manager was the most rude person I have ever seen in that type of business and I never had anyone knocking on my door and demanding to speek with me in person specially when I was just getting out of the shower.

I booked 5 months in advance and called the property to re-confirm 3 days before my arrival and let them I would be checking in late but upon check-in I was told they were "sold out" even though I had booked a reservation thru Expedia for 2 King Rooms. It was late and we were exhausted and it took him 30 mins to "find" two rooms for us which were not King beds, only Queens. He also said it was because I did not book directly and went through a 3rd party Expedia. Breakfast area was absolutely filthy and they ran out of all coffee and mostly all of the food with still an hour left. It took them about 20 mins to refill the coffee and only some of the food.

It was a full hotel, granted. There were several high school parties staying, and they were pretty loud late into the night (past midnight). I did call front desk to ask about it, but they brushed me off as just a large group checking in; but that was not the case, the noise was above and around us (we were on the second floor). I don't necessarily blame hotel staff for the noise, but they didn't attempt any intervention. Our room key didn't work on day two when we arrived back at our room in the evening (after already paying for the 3 days), and we waited about 30 minutes at the front desk to get our keys reactivated while one person, apparently the only employee on duty, was checking others in. Other guests were also waiting to get clean towels and had keys that didn't work. The breakfast attendant, Christine, was lovely and accommodating. She should have been in charge of housekeeping! We stayed 3 nights, and our room was not serviced at all while we were there. We had to request fresh towels, which they left on the second day, but did no other cleaning. The room was otherwise well appointed. The carpet seemed sticky in some places though. It really was not a bad stay, but I expected a bit better from the Holiday Inn brand.

When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time trying to understand how to actually check someone in so he kept calling back and forth. Then when it was my turn still not understanding how to check me in. This took about almost 30 minutes. Also the lobby was loud and kids screaming and running around. When I left there was a line of people trying to CHEKC in. This was around 6-7pm btw. Rooms are fine though you can hear people in the hallways and both upstairs and down. Then coming back to the property a little late but wasn’t making a lot of noise randomly got banging on the door. Which was very unnecessary due to no one being overly loud. This will be my last stay here and will be avoid this hotel. Overall not a great experience.

It was an okay stay but wish it was closer to Knotts. We couldn’t walk there- too far and didn’t feel safe, but at least parking was included so we took an uber for $7. Worst part of this stay is they ran out of breakfast so go early. Other than that it was fine. The area seemed safe but there were some homeless observed.

Employees were very kind and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a little mixed up with our room but everything went nice and smooth thanks to receptionist. The only bad thing about our stay was Sunday morning breakfast, we weren’t able to eat because oven broke down, the pancakes machine stopped working, we had to go out to eat breakfast. The lady in charge was doing her best to keep it up but it was hard for her to do it by herself. Besides that we were happy with everything else.

Microwave and iron did not work. I requested that cleaning people not come into our room, they came in without permission. Breakfast option limited compared to previous stays and over didn't work one day so not hot options. No boiled eggs. Oatmeal cooker didn't work properly. No gluten free options.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Consisted of: cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal bar, yogurt bar, pancake maker, oatmeal, juice stand, coffee stand, bagel/toast section. This is one of my top priority when staying since having my girls Hangry is not a good way to start a day. Beds were comfortable for me but wife said it was uncomfortable. Had food in fridge from previous person in the room. Also was out of soap for shower but front desk provided some. Understandable since house keepers do there best to clean a whole room with a certain time frame. Overall great but parking can get really full in the evening. Thankfully we found a spot. The front clerk was very friendly, she made checking in amazing.
