Had roaches in room, they refused to give me back my full refund after one night

Since you enter in the building there’s a really bad smell like a closet, humidity and smoke at the same time. The first room in the 2nd floor that I get had a dirty bathroom.and the smell was gross. Than the other room in the first floor smells bad but not as bad as the first one. The AC was shutting down by itself and they never fixed even the employee says that he can’t do much because if he reports that the AC wasn’t working he will got fired. We were sweating all night because of that and I have an infant and a toddler. We see and kill roaches around. There’s always people in the doors smoking and J have asthmatic kids. I asked for a refund for the rest of the week after the first couple days, so I can leave and find another place and I receive a reject notification. Afterwards the manager was off that day and she told me that she accepted but the other manager mess everything up so she will try to give me a discount let’s see if that happens. Forgot to mention I was on vacations but we’re looking for something cheap to stay with a kitchen so we can cook for the kids sometimes. 0 out of 10 honestly the worst experience that I had in a hotel make you a favor and don’t stop there unless you’re a homeless and need somewhere cheap to stay. The lady manager was very friendly and helpful but besides that horrible!!
