Like the location. Walking distance to everything. Cons were no hair dryer in room. Bathroom was very small. Bed was very noisy. Across from Wally's which kept me up till 2am with the talking n loud motorcycles. They were super loud n they were there again at 8am next day.

The heater in the room did not work and we were given a space heater. The coffee maker did not work. The bar across the street played very loud music until after midnight on the first night we were there and a very loud party lasted all night on the second evening. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

I did not like being on the third floor there was way too many stairs to climb with a cooler but the girls that work there were very helpful they carried everything up and down for us so it really worked out well in that part but Saturday night was very very noisy and there's no phones in the rooms to call the front desk The rooms are very limited of what they have in them there's like one charging unit and that's about it besides that it was okay

The hotel is in very poor condition. Very outdated. They where doing construction in the room next to us and our room was loud and vibrating. We had a kitchenette but no kitchen ware. The air conditioner was in the closet unplugged. They didn't have maintaince to install it. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay at this hotel. My husband and I booked this trip for our first anniversary because we figured there’d be something for everyone in our family. The room was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything worked as it should. (We’ve stayed in hotels before where the hot water or appliances simply did not work, and that was definitely not the case here.) If we ever come back to Hampton I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again. And as far as the negative reviews about the “loud” bar across the street… They played AMAZING live music and we got to listen from our porch. You couldn’t even hear the bar in the room with the AC going, my toddler slept soundly both nights.

Very friendly owner and staff. Not a luxury property, but clean, spacious and re-modelled room with some beach vibes. The bar opposite has live music, but is not noisy after 10 pm. Our kids loved the hotel (and its vicinity to the beach), and I'd rate it best value for the buck.

A few minutes from food, entertainment and the ocean. Be aware the walls are a tiny bit thin so if you are sensitive to that consider earplugs... For us it was not an issue.

What I didn’t like was that it was across from a biker bar and they were partying till 2 AM and the beds were very old and outdated. Other than that the place was great for the location and close to the beach. Wish it wasn’t so loud across the street.

The room was not in good condition the table top wobbles the stand next to the bed had two broken shelves, and one side of the bed was broken and sunk in, also curtains should be put up over all the blinds as it is a ground level room and you can see inside. The gentleman of the main office was very friendly. The shower was great. Location was wonderful.

Great location, central to all the fun of Hampton Beach. Generally clean and functional. We stayed in a King Suite and there were two large windows without any curtains, so prepare to wake with the sun if you stay in that room.

The personnel was very courteous. The room was a good size and clean but the beds were not comfortable and there was a small stain on the bedspread. The shower was clean but the shower head and valve had rust around it. Needs to be updated for sure.

Igor at the desk was the best! I was able to check in early and he was pumped i was there early to wnjoy my stay. The hotel is spacious and very clean and walking distance to everything. I went for a show at wallys which was super convenient coz its directing across the street. I highly recommend this hotel

If you are looking for just a place to put your stuff down and sleep then maybe you can stay here. I wasn't expecting much but unfortunately some things made this experience not great. The tub would fill around my ankles immediately which made me not want to stay in it another second. The other big complaint is that there is a bar right across the street that never sleeps. The noise goes until late into the night.

Economy motel. Get what you get. Great location Wally’s is across the street , the Goat, L street tavern and Bernie’s are close. Plenty of adult stuff to do close by.
