Grand Hyatt Nashville

Property offers no parking except valet parking $80 plus tax which is city price I guess the restaurant they say they have only one was open rooftop closed on Sunday happens to be the day. I’m checking in.

Beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities. Amazing rooftop pool and amazing gym.

Great place to stay. Convenient to Broadway and other nearby areas like the gulch. Staff always very helpful. Rooftop bar is great and the pool is also very well maintained.

Location is the only positive about the Grand Hyatt. Extremely over priced for a dark and dingy room with a bathroom in need of a deep clean. Pool was loud and overcrowded with visitors who bought day passes, leaving hotel guests without a chair to sit on. Had to ask at the front desk to have housekeeping clean the room and the $60/day valet charge to park the car was the icing on the cake. Will stay elsewhere next time!

Valet was great, most of the staff was great and the cleanliness was great. One of the reasons I chose the Grand Hyatt was for the roof top bar and pool, both of which were closed at some point for a private party, which was frustrating, and I wish I had known prior to booking, or at least my arrival. The lobby bartenders appeared to be overwhelmed and/or frustrated and never so much as smiled at anybody in my group. The room was very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job, however the mattress was vary hard and pillows were so soft, it was as if your head fell thru it and was lying on the mattress itself. I wouldn't rate is my stay as "bad", but there was room for improvement. It was not as pleasant as my stay at the Cambria last year.

Wife and I had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool and rooftop bar. Our room was very spacious and clean. Was very impressed with the in room Coffee, lol. Highly recommend this Hotel

Beautiful hotel! The pool area was great but not enough lounge chairs for the amount of people that go at once. Also the bar closes way too early at the pool.

Great location and only a 5 block walk from Broadway. 25th floor has a rooftop bar with spectacular views. 5th floor has a nice pool and bar but pool isn’t heated so to chilly to swim in evenings. There is a $50 day valet parking that I didn’t know about but gladly paid vs looking for parking. Food is better off-site and not as pricey. Gym was great and provided water and towels. Housekeeping always did an amazing job daily.

Everyone was extremely nice. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. Had to switch rooms due to dirty sheets. Views were great and easy walk to Broadway

Property was very well maintained, so were the rooms. The staff was very friendly. The lobby is amazing as well and the bar is great too. This place puts you with in walking distance of Broadway and printers alley.

Overall great stay! I appreciated mostly the cleanliness and I could relax upon entering the room. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. Different areas to lounge and either enjoy live entertainment or find a nook to sit, read and relax. I would also try the in-house restaurant next time. Staff was quite helpful for as first time guest in Nashville. Shared all to go to eateries to check out and walkable.

The common areas were nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel and our room was so beautiful! Service was quick and friendly. The only 2 things we didn’t like is was there was a stain on the couch and for a $600 room I don’t feel that’s acceptable. Also we ordered breakfast in bed and the food was beautifully presented but the biscuit and gravy was not southern style and was poor in taste and my husbands steak was very dry! We would definitely stay here again just not order room service. Other than that it was truly a beautiful hotel we really enjoyed our stay!!!!

We were given a room that already had people in it when we walked in. Elevators were filthy with spilled beer and blunts on the floor. New room curtain were broken tv was difficult to work for all 4 of us to the point we had to call someone about it. Bathroom floors were dirty and had to call housekeeping. Beds were comfortable staff was nice and views were awesome. Pool was fun but no music and not able to order drinks. We were told we have to go downstairs to get a drink. Good location near everything downtown

Stayed here for our Anniversary/Honeymoon we absolutely loved it!! Our room was perfect and spacious with a fantastic view of Broadway. Everything was within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

The bed was hard. Our air didn’t feel like it worked at night.

Room 1219 was unfortunately next to the railroad tracks so it was noisy and woke us several times during our stay. The view from our window at night was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom is well situated with the nice lighted mirror. Still need fans tho. Overall color scheme needs updating. Restaurant is a no. Didn’t try the buffet. Lots of construction around as well.

Gorgeous lobby and great location for downtown activities. Had some noisy air conditioning but otherwise no problems. The view is pretty at night but honestly Nashville is kind of a construction zone so the view is not that great in the light of day.

The room was warm. Thermostat said 62 degrees but it was more like 72.

Great location and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Very safe and clean. Railyard outside was quite noisy, even on the 22nd floor.

Nice location. Could use some improvement on sound-proofing. Road traffic was noticeable, and being only a few floors above the pool meant we were listening to the bachelor/bachelorette parties all day/night.

Wife and I had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool and rooftop bar. Our room was very spacious and clean. Was very impressed with the in room Coffee, lol. Highly recommend this Hotel

Great staff and nice pool. I wish the pool was open later. Many dining options were a few blocks away. Very comfortable beds.

We went with the upgraded guest room on a high floor and I must say the view of Broadway and the entire city is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They definitely keep things around the property held to a high standard. I will be back for sure!

Nice hotel, but check in and check out took hours

This hotel was top notch. It was super clean and everyone was really friendly. The hotel is in a great location, 10th Ave, just far enough away from night life so you dont hear it when you’re ready to go to sleep, but close enough to enjoy it all when you want to, only a 4 min walk. A special shot out to DJ and Ricky who truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

Unable to check in even though we didn't get there until 6PM. Got our room around 8PM. They did give us a $75 credit for their outlets after I asked. Missed dinner reservations because of checking in late. Bell men and valets were great, as with our housekeeper. Phone in room did not work, no info in room at all for room service, etc..

Just excellent!!!! Have began to stay at Hyatts now, as a result. Superior staff from bell hops to front end management, spectacular ! DrRDallas

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt! The front desk staff was very helpful and answered our questions very politely. When we arrived, there was a problem with our original booking and upgraded us to a corner king suite. It was lovely. When we went to our room, we were missing trash bags, and a do not disturb sign. When we talked to staff about it they fixed it right away. 2 out of the 5 days though we had an issue. After leaving the do not disturb hanger on the door, we received a text message telling us to let them know if we need anything by 3pm or they will try again tomorrow. We didn’t reply because we really didn’t need anything done to our room. When we returned to the hotel, we noticed a pair of my underwear in the hallway outside our door. We went in and saw our room had been cleaned even though we had the do not disturb on the door. This happened 2 times and really made us feel uncomfortable knowing the house keepers entered our room even though we asked them not too, AND had my underwear in the hallway. Other then that, it was a great experience. The roof top bar was amazing, Melissa at the rooftop bar was spectacular. The valet were attentive and courteous. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Nashville in the future!

Room was nice. Couple of things were terrible. First-we were charged $50 for an early check-in at 9:40, even though my wife had called during the week to ask for an early check-in if possible and they said nothing about a $50 charge for it! 2-They said nothing, nor is it on their website, that there is a free breakfast. Found out by pure luck the next day but not before spending another $50 for breakfast when we first got there. There were other people that didn't know about it either and found out second hand too.So we wasted $100 before we even got started. Pretty much ruined any chance of 4 or 5 star for this rating. Really disappointing. BTW, I have NEVER been charged an early check in fee from anywhere!

The service was exceptional!

Staff was useless. People smoking marijuana and when alerting the staff nothing was done. They told us we could have late check out and then the day of check out they said no we could not and mind you we are Hyatt members. For early check in we had to pay $150. Vegas only charges $50 for early check in. The bartender at the pool was rude and charged us $16 plus tax plus some other fee for something else. Most of their drinks were pre-made. It was a nice hotel but I do not recommend staying there due to their staff and regulations.

The staff was really nice. The only thing I didn’t like was when we picking up our vehicle from valet on a busy morning it took them 50mins to get our vehicle. They lied saying it took us too long to get our car from them but I was outside the whole time and they never brought it up. And it was cars sitting out there for 20mins or more that they never moved waiting on pickup. Outside of that this hotel was great!!!

Perfect location away from the noise but close enough to everything you want to see

On broadway but on a quiet section and so not busy or noisy. Close to the action which is just a short walk awsy. Also close to the Gulch with lits more bars and restaurants in a more quiet environment. Ideally situated

Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the raucous downtown area. Appreciated the closeness to the scene, but far enough away to get some quiet time too. Many music and restaurant options nearby. This Hyatt also has a lovely rooftop bar.

Perfect location to Nashville strip & restaurants

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff! The location was perfect as well.

Great location, clean, and great service. The only frustration was that the bar at the pool was closed most of Sunday and Monday.

Don’t usually enjoy treating ourselves to a hotel of this caliber and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Restaurant food was far better than we expected and we enjoyed the roof top bar - especially during the stormy weather. Wish the bar music downstairs foyer was not so loud. We would not and did not enjoy a drink in the downstairs bar as a result.

The hotel was great, with all 3 bars serving fabulous drinks and bites!

The rooftop bar was a great experience and it was a perfect spot to view Broadway and the skyline. We also enjoyed the music performed in the lobby.

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Nashville! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The rooftop bar was an absolute highlight—gorgeous views and a perfect vibe for evening drinks. Food-wise, we were blown away. The burger we had from the restaurant/room service was to die for—seriously one of the best we’ve ever had. Dinner was just as impressive—the short rib was tender and flavorful, and for breakfast, the short rib grilled cheese Benedict was next-level delicious. The hotel bar downstairs also didn’t disappoint—great cocktails and an awesome vibe. The coffee bar downstairs was super convenient with a nice selection of snacks and drinks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And you really can’t beat the location: it’s walking distance to Broadway, Pins Mechanical, and just a 12-minute walk to The Gulch. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since the weather wasn’t super warm and our schedule was packed, but it looked really nice. We do wish there was a jacuzzi though! Also, we didn’t make it to the spa this time, but maybe next visit. Our room was beautiful, with luxurious Balmain products and a comfy layout. Also, our view was of a roof, which wasn’t ideal, but we weren’t in the room much anyway. Big shoutout to Brij, the hotel manager—he was incredibly accommodating. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!

This is a GORGEOUS hotel. It’s so clean, great staff, excellent food and drink, entertainment, and close to the strip. I had a great time here!
