I like the gym and the pool which I used most of the time until my surgery. No update Tv, simple same breakfast, the area is clean, housekeeping on site. the staffs was helpful and kind.

This hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The pool area was great, a little noisy with the planes flying overhead but it didn’t bother us. Everything was very clean, great free breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are clean and spacious.The only thing is the shuttle runs every hour is you arrive 5 minutes later.You have to wait for an hour to get to the hotel.

The hotel is near the airport, and offers breakfast and hotel shuttles. We had to wait 45 minutes for our shuttle (we were told up to 30 minutes), and because our flight was early in the morning we didn't get breakfast (starts at 6) and had to get our own uber (shuttle runs hourly starting at 6am). There was also noone at the desk when we were checking out, so we had to hunt for staff to get someone to the desk.

hotel generally OK. close to the airport. Negative: the hotel offers an airport shuttle that doesn't work. At the airport we waited 40 minutes without success. It was similar at the hotel. In both cases we had to take a taxi :(

The property it self is great but the shuttle bus we have to wait for 3 hours. We kept on calling the hotel and they kept in telling us 30 minutes. They only have 1 shuttle bus to pick up their costumers at the airport. They are very inconsistent with the instructions they are providing. I have called a week before our flight they said to call them the day before the flight to book for the shuttle. Called them the day before our flight and they stated again to call the morning before our flight called them again and they informed me to call them when we arrive at the airport. Called them and they said 20 minutes Shuttle bus is coming after 30 minutes the shuttle bus showed up but already full and then called them again they stated 30 minutes shuttle will arrive until we wasted 3 hours ti wait for the shuttle bus.

I stayed in room 713 and the walls in the room were extremely dirty! From I entered the room right next to the mirror the walls looked as though they horrible days

Hard pass on this hotel for me. My feet were filthy from walking across the room floor. The beds are not comfortable. They do offer a shuttle to the airport and also the cruise port, however, they do not offer a pickup back from the cruise port.

The room was super clean. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. You enter the hotel from downstairs. When you first open the door, oh my God this smell is so wonderful.

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. There were blood stains on my pillow, which i requested to change. Cleanning staff changed it for another clean pillow which AGAIN had blood stains, this is when I actually complained to the manager and hotels.com , I was only offered 20% discount, for a such a neglience created by the hotel. I am still awaiting for a further update from Hotels.com and the hotel after putting my health at risk which is unnaceptable.

Awesome hotel. Pool is great and the lobby is very updated and clean. We had a high room facing the airport which allowed plane watching which was an added plus. All in all, we were very impressed. We also traveled to see some sites. The hotel is close to main highways making those commutes easy as well.

Pros: had one of the cleanest showers I've had in a hotel room. 10 min from airport. Cons: low shower pressure and water doesnt get very hot. You have to get in shower to turn water on so you will get hit with the cold water. Pillows were small and not very comfortable

We arrived very late after a delayed flight. I called the hotel and the desk staff assured me the late check in would be ok - which was helpful and appreciated. The stay was ok otherwise, nothing exciting in our short time there. My only major complaint was the water pressure in the shower... which was extremely low and not ideal. Due to the shower issue, I would most likely stay elsewhere next time.

Stayed previously so decided to stay here again to fly out the next morning. We were allowed to check in early which helped a great deal being that we just arrived early from departing a cruise. The room were given was very accommodating and large. The continental breakfast served its purpose. It was fresh. Overall it worked for us. Now there were some hiccups in the stay. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work so the front desk was nice enough to give us some. There aren’t many food options close by. There were flyers slipped under the door to order food. Two of the places were rude. The third place had terrible food. There wasn’t any hot water in our room. That is most likely an easy fix and I forgot to mention that to staff when we checked out. Lastly is the television. The reception was terrible. Not many options for channels and the ones we watched went out intermittently. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but it is probably good for just one night.

I was given a room that had something wrong with the electrical outlet. It made a ticking sound all night long. I was told that there were no other rooms available and there was no maintenance staff to come look at it.I couldn’t sleep at all. It was truly awful. When I called crying, the guy at the front desk actually hung up on me. No empathy whatsoever. I would never stay in a Comfort Inn property again.

The hotel is very nice and clean with free breakfast and free shuttle pick up from the airport and also free shuttle transport to the cruise terminal. That is the A+ convenient for big family with kids. Super super friendly and helpful staff especially supervisor Paola. We'll definitely book rooms here again. Thank you

The rooms were ok. The shuttle service was bad. The drivers were rude. They shuttled once per hour while spending their free time behind the hotel doing nothing. They ignored people waiting to be shuttled in front of the hotel and just randomly left without them

I don’t give reviews but I had to post this. We Made reservations paid for the room before we got there, doing checking they double charged us and said we had to wait 48 hours to get refunded the second charge and that was their policy. There were so many complaints, our group had several rooms booked, and the rooms that we reserved was given to other guess even though the rooms were already paid for. This was a horrible experience !!.

The hotel staff who checked us in were cold and a bit rude, in my opinion. They weren’t overly terrible, but I got a strong signal that any request I had was an inconvenience for them. Not at all the kind of customer service I’d look for again. Also, the shuttle to the airport runs at their convenience so plan accordingly. Had I known the shuttle was so restrictive that I’d have to uber anyway, I would have stayed elsewhere. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was fine, clean, good breakfast, good staff. There is nothing at all in walking distance so take whatever you need with you. Area around hotel is dirty and feels like somewhere you don’t want to be walking anyway.

Hi , We did not realise there is no bar or restaurant on premises very disappointing especially as it was evening time , Went a block down to windham gardens who lucky have a restaurant & Bar & opened to the public , i would not stay here again to be honest 👍

Clean rooms, and room smells good. The entrance and lobby smells great. Pool has temperature control. So the water is perfect for any weather. The only negative is the breakfast options. If you decide to live more than 3 days, you will get bored. They have the same breakfast options everyday. 7 days a week. No add-ons , no specials. Same frozen eggs and sausages that is warmed up. No bagels, no cream cheese. No bacon, no scrambled eggs.

Everything was excellent during our stay. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and conveniently located close to everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet—we didn’t hear any outside noise at all. The only downside for me was the breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, the options were limited, and food ran out quickly. Breakfast was from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., but if we arrived closer to the end of that time, the staff would remove everything right away and even turn off the juice machines without giving a few extra minutes to serve yourself. That was disappointing, especially since I’ve stayed at other hotels that offer breakfast and never experienced that. Other than that, the hotel was great.
