Not advised that pool was out of service until checked in, we chose this property for the pool

Bar personnel were "top of the line". Parking was easy.

This hotel is very convenient, very close to the airport 10 min drive, very clean rooms, nice pool, staff and front Desk very nice and helpful at all times . We enjoyed our time at this hotel . The pilot restaurant on the six ,food is amazing and Cesar was very kind. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work the first night, but we were accommodated to another room quickly . I will come back to this hotel in the future if needed . Thank you very much.

every single hotel had their shuttles running past midnight in MIA international EXCEPT the wyndham garden..The driver completely ignored the shuttle area D terminal door 5 went past me and left me stranded because last shuttle was 11pm. took me an hour to get to the hotel. Travelocity needs to remove the shuttle service because its non existent. Don't stay here.

Airport shuttle was nice and convenient to track on the app. Check in was fast and the lobby was bright and modern. We enjoyed the Pilot House for dinner and drinks, very yummy! The room was nice and modern, however, the AC unit was very loud, the towels were worn and the blow dryer was old. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

It says free airport shadow services available, but they only one per hour and first shadow in the morning starts at 8 AM. This makes it impossible to use this free available “shuttle”.

We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We ended up calling 6 times and each time was told it would be there soon. Very frustrating as we had to be back at the airport at 4:00 in the morning. Several other guests had the same issue and not once did anyone apologize to any of us.

Check in was smooth and quick; I booked using the Expedia app, showed my ID to front desk and that was it. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient; it starts from 6am and goes out every hour on the hour. Room was clean and nice.

Airport parking option at reasonable cost. Property in excellent condition.

My room was dirty, the floor looked like it was never cleaned and there was hairs of all kinds all over the room and beds.

Everything was great second time staying there the rooms are great and clean ! Showers are so nice ! Had a great time visiting family .

The first rooms floor was pretty dirty. MY feet were black and I cleaned the floor and my feet twice. Our first rooms ac did not work either and we had to change rooms. Overall it was nice and clean but those two small things made the stay a little annoying. We weren’t accommodated for either things.

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall cleanliness of the place, even the pool was clean! The staff is very patient and professional. No complaints!

My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend trip. The location is very convenient in terms of transport to the airport. However, we were a bit turned off from some of the front desk staff. Not everyone is hospitable. Also, I found a dead bedbug in the bed that I shared with my daughter during our second night’s stay. I reported it the following morning to the front desk staff and was asked to send pictures that I took to their e-mail for a report and investigation to be done. I was also told to leave the bug where they would be able to see it for investigation. I inquired about compensation because it was very disgusting and scary because my toddler could’ve put it into her mouth had she seen it first. They told me that it would have to be authorized by upper management once an investigation is done which I completely understood. So they gave us another room for the rest of the stay. By the next day there was still no response from upper management. I felt like there is no haste to honor the concerns and grievances of guests from management level. I received an email address from one of the staff members to inquire to the manager directly. Up to check out there was still no response. Other than this poor experience the beds were comfortable. Honestly, I would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing rooms for the price, super clean and modern, probably the best shower I’ve ever found at a hotel!

I did the online checking before hand and she still made me pull out my Id and credit card. The room needed to smell better, it was blonde hair in multiple supposedly clean towels, and the carpet area around the beds was filthy! That carpet should not have looked that way, they need to be deep cleaning carpet areas frequently because it holds dirt and smells!

I did complain of various issues but were not resolvex. No hot water almost never and a curtain could not go down. Too much light in during the night and at the morning

Stayed one night with my two young children after our flight got cancelled. Check-in was a breeze with courteous staff. Room and common areas were clean and hotel well maintained. We had a 2-queen beds room and it was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable stay and will definitely book again if I need a hotel near the airport. The only suggestion is that the tv remote has buttons for streaming services but front desk confirmed they’re disabled and guests can’t access Netflix or Prime. They should reconsider.

That setup of the bathroom the moment you walk in the door with no privacy from the room is horrible.

Booked for 1 night before we drive to Florida keys. Location is great few minutes from airport. Free parking. Room is a good size, I like that the bathroom and storage is all with in the entrance and the room has an additional sliding door to help reduce noise from the corridor. Room is quiet can hear some plane noise but nothing to keep you awake

Very nice updated room. Better than average TV channels and all in HDTV. Bed is on the firm side and the HVAC is on the loud side. Fantastic shower and water pressure. Will definitely stay again in the future.

A/C unit in room sounded like it was going to explode. Did they use units left over from an old Motel 6?? Water pressure was almost non existent in the shower. Front desk guy who helped us with early check in was AWESOME. Free airport shuttle once per hour.

The hotel was fine - I liked that there is a door separating the bedrooms to block out hallway noise, but the layout is so incredibly strange and not convenient. Getting in and out was also very inconvenient…having to u-turn to come or go in a very high traffic area was a nuisance.

The hotel was really well-kept, and I appreciated that! However, I was a bit surprised by how loud the planes were; I didn’t expect to hear them quite that clearly. Also, it seemed like sounds traveled down the corridor, so I could hear everything happening nearby!

It is a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. I like the design. And it was very convenient. The only thing that we did not like that the street was noisy at night.

El costumer service no fue el Mejor. Le pedi ayuda a la persona que me hizo el check in porque el mando no funcionaba y me quede sin ver el TV. Customer service wasn't the best. I asked the person who checked me in for help because the remote wasn't working, and I couldn't watch TV.

Nice hotel. Good for one night stay near hotel. Hotel does not offer transportation to cruise ship pier unless for a large group. Front desk suggested uber would be best option. Just a warning as many have mentioned, the airport shuttle is not ideal. Runs once per hour on the hour. That means pick up at the airport starts approximately 15 minutes past the hour. Although the hotel and their shuttle app say otherwise, the shuttle DOES NOT stop at doors 28/29 unless dropping off guests. If you arrive near these doors, go to door 22 if you want a chance of being picked up. The hotel does not recognize any status guests may have who booked with hotels.com. You must ask and then they reluctantly give what they have to.

Check in was understaffed. Long line and it took a while to get room key

Easy check-in process. Room was beautiful. However, when checking out, the receptionists were not friendly nor had any smiles on their face. Made me feel like I was bothering them.

The check in line was out the door literally all the way to the curb of the hotel two employees who were trying they best but were completely understaff the amenities were horrible

After being told the hotel was paid for , we had an additional charge of 50 dollars a room holding fee, when we arrived pr was told they couldn't release the room. No complementary breakfast, pictures are misleading, extra charge of 21 dollars a person. I was unable to cancel one of the rooms that was not really needed, I thought I had until Sept 4 to cancel ,but they said no cancellation after August 22,

The property has a nice restaurant on the 6th floor with a good salad. It was clean and had a nicely designed room. It is right next to the airport so it is quite noisy and other than the restaurant your only food options are the gas station or the golden arches.

Good Hotel close to the airport. You can hear the planes. You can also hear other guests talking in the neighbour rooms. But perfect for a last night as close as possible to the airport. They offer airport transfer during day - not at night :-/ Friendly staff! Thank you

Location is perfect

The rooms are spacious, the hallways are bright, and everything is very clean. The AC works perfectly, and the cozy ambiance created by indirect lighting adds a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Great location— close to Miami's attractions and it's only 10 minutes from the airport car rental.

The staff was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the hotel and rooms- but the food at the Pilot House!?!?! We’ve been eating well for our 2 week vacation but the food here was just as good! Husband said his meal was the best! (Mahi Mahi) We highly recommend this establishment.

Stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast ($21) when many other hotels I stayed at included it for free. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Food and service was ecellent.

Not happy with the breakfast, very disappointed with it and the quality of food. It’s very expensive for the price and selection, no refills on OJ.

Hotel appeared to be newly & completely renovated. excellent job! Staff is lovely & friendly. Tired after a difficult drive from Palm Beach. Decided to try the restaurant upstairs in the hotel. Food was surprisingly good as was the service abd the drinks

It was a great stay. It was due to flight issues as to why we stayed. But it turned out to be a great stay and will plan to go back. Great Hotel great restaurant and great bar.

A great night’s sleep. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable with many amenities. The Pilot House restaurant as always was a good choice for a nighttime meal, the wings were great and the staff absolutely lovely. I was a little disappointed with the change in the breakfast options since I last stayed with them (Dec 2024). There is no off the menu ordering and the buffet is a bit expensive when you consider what’s on offer and that all the utensils are disposable.

I couldn’t believe how clean and updated this place was. The restaurant was great. All the staff were professional and friendly. Made me feel at home.

Hotel was fine but we had planned to take shuttle to port. They woukd not let you reserve in advance when called and it was full when we got there. Ended up uber was cheaper anyway. Service at restaurant was horrible.

The hotel was excellent. We had happy hour at Pilot, food was just okay.
