The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good and really convenient. Gym was clean and equipped with up to date equipment. The room was noisy, lots of noise from nearby trucks on highway. Maybe planting trees behind pool would buffer noise and soften view of highway from rooms.

Hotel is immediately off the exit, which we liked a lot. Room was good. It was a room for 6. Many breakfast options. Pool opens very early and stays open late. Coffee available 24-7. Other beverages for sale behind the counter late night if needed. Hershey park is about 40 mins away but an easy drive.

This property was the highest price hotel i looked at for this visit. First day trip to swi.ming pool, heated, nice until we see a bloody bandaid laying in the pool. Second day the bloody bandaid still there so obviously pool is not cleaned daily. The sosp, shampoo holder in our shower was so scummy underneath it fell off the ledge intto the tub. Underneath was slimy, also sosp scum spots on shower walls. Spoke to the desk attendant on Saturday morning who assured us it would be cleaned. It was NOT!!! Boyfriend tried to soak in tub and the plug didnt work. 4th floor end of hall window looks like a 3 yr old swiped it yo clean it. Elevator floors were DISGUSTING all weekend, were NOT mopped!!! Orange juice appeared to be very watered down on Saturday morning.....otherwise breakfast wasokay. For $541 this was UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

This hotel has so much to offer at a reasonable price. The room was incredibly clean and fit our family of 5 without feeling squished. The bathroom had all Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap AND lotion!) which was a nice and surprising touch. Breakfast was great; very clean all around the food areas and the staff were out in the breakfast area a lot checking on stock and restocking as needed. The pool was a good size and the pool area felt comfortable. It was convenient having laundry services on site. My only two not real complaints but more like observations: the corridors and adjoining rooms were not the quietest (we heard lot of talking outside our room in the corridor when anyone walked by); and the common areas could use a little more attention to cleaning (such as washing the floors and wiping down the walls in the elevator). Other than those two minor things, we would seek out this hotel again.

It was our 10year wedding anniversary! Wanted to get away to somewhere fun and nice. We had a great time at the hotel. Room was very clean, staff was very great and helpful! The heated pool was a plus as well as the exercise room. We had no complaints about our stay and would love to stay there again in the near future! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good and pleasant getaway.

The room was not clean! Pillows smelled of mould, shower walls had hairs on the walls, and brown spot on toilet lid. Housekeeping OPENED my door at 9:44 am. Didn’t say housekeeping or anything. Knocked once and then opened the door - didn’t wait for a response. Checkout is at 11 so no idea why they’re disturbing people early!!! Totally inappropriate!! Especially a man walking in a room with one female guest!

Unfortunately, my stay was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired—both the sink and toilet had visible stains, clearly not properly cleaned from the previous guest. The sink drained painfully slow, and the water pressure throughout the bathroom was weak. On top of that, the “hot” water was barely lukewarm. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The overall experience did not match the cost, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The dining area was dirty. Tables and floor were dirty. Oatmeal was dry. No one seemed to care if we were there or not. The Hampton Inn in Orangeburg SC was clean with a nice breakfast. It was as though people didn’t really care if people stayed t this hotel or not. Lots of smoking right outside as we walked in.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Our room wasn't cleaned very well. The pull out sofa had popcorn kernels in it. The bathroom had a ton of hair on the floor and walls. We made the staff aware and they were very apologetic and accommodating!!

This is a hotel i have stayed at before. I am slowly watching this property go down hill. My stay a year ago was fabulous. My stay 3 months ago ok . This time not so good.. Lights not working. Plumbing backing up. Noisy in the hallway all night.. My overall grip is WHY THE DRAINS ARE BACKED UP IN THE BATHROOM SINK AND TUB.. If room is cleaned doesn't the cleaner see that sink is clogged and say something. I will never understand

I liked almost everything about the place. Clean rooms, although the shower did not have much water pressure. Maybe it was just our room. Room 311. My real complaint is that my card was charged for all three rooms that I reserved before I got there. My room was cost split with someone, but we both got charged the full price. I think we have it worked out now. I will probably still stay there next year. Also the breakfast was great!

We stayed here for a district swim meet. The staff could not have been more hospitable. They started breakfast at 6:00am instead of 6:30am, so the kids could have breakfast before the swim meet. The rooms were clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. We will stay there again next year!

Nice new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent in accommodating my request for a top floor room away from the highway side of the hotel. Only drawback is the location next to and surrounded by various truck terminals. The sound of Jake brakes all night made sleeping difficult as a light sleeper. Otherwise, if you are a good sleeper, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very clean and nicely run hotel. Super friendly staff who gave us excellent recommendations for dining in the area, as there is nothing in the immediate area. The room was huge and comfortable once you figure out the heating system. Average hot/cold breakfast was just right to get us on our way.

Spent the weekend of our college reunion and was generally pleased with the comfort, cleanliness, amenities & friendly staff. It was quite convenient to drive into town on west High Street and to visit South Mountain on the way out of town. Only complaint was the perpetual loud truck traffic on I-81. Recommend asking for a room on the front of the hotel.

First location location location. This hotel is in an office building complex, but right across the Main Street are several restaurants, shops, bars, anything pretty much you need. Very clean, very friendly, very professional, safe and great rate. We were there with several Baseball families for a tournament and we had a great time. Breakfast was impressive the first morning, but the second morning they ran out of food rather quickly. However, would stay there again highly recommend.
