I ended up not actually staying at this property. It stated pet friendly, however, unlike other hotels this property allowed all animals in EVERY room. I have allergies that won’t allow me to have dander from pets around me. Most properties block off certain rooms for pets so others can stay in pet free rooms. Extremely disappointing!!!

I travel with an extra large dog and the hotel was very pet-friendly. There is a well-equipped green space and the area is walkable. The room was nice. Simple and well equipped too. The hot breakfast items were no good. Cracker Barrell and ihop are right across the street though. I enjoyed my stay there.

Overall I very much enjoyed my stay. I was there for 11 days. I like the overall atmosphere. Felt very home like. A few suggestions: 1. more consistent cleaning products for floor in room..it was often sticky 2 better quality pillows 3. Install a clock on the wall in the pool area 4. Change up the breakfast choices from time to time

Arrived very late, around 2am, the reception was very nice and even offfered hot tea as I was coughing. The total experience was very good, excellent service, very clean hotel, have all the amenities avaialble, 24 hours gym .. can't ask for more ..

The shower and bathroom fixtures were poorly designed. For $460 a night I expected to have a nice bathroom. But they used a cheap plastic insert in the shower and it had a large crack in it that they just filled with silicone. The wallpaper was peeling next to the tub and had mold behind it.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The only things I would change was the bathroom door in the room is a sliding door that doesn’t latch. I prefer a door that latches & locks. Also, the ere wasn’t conditioner provided in the shower. Only shower gel and shampoo. This was a longer trip, so I did bring my own. But, sometimes on quick one night stays, I rely on what’s provided.

The room was wonderful. Clean, spacious, loved the pull out divider wall. Unable to sleep one night, I pulled it out and read while hubby slept. The kitchen was useful . I liked the size of the fridge. Much better than the pint size, under the counter types normally found in hotels.

Property was clean, room was as expected, and with great amenities, including refrigerator and kitchenette. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had a wait to check in as a result. Again, no one was at the front desk when I attempted to check out and discuss my concerns regarding our stay. At approximately 2 AM, we begin to hear stomping above our room that lasted throughout the night. We attempted to turn on the fan for the AC unit in our room, unfortunately there was no setting to keep the fan running at all times and we had to continually adjust the temperature throughout the night to keep the fan running in order to block out the noise. This stomping persisted from 2 AM until 9 AM. This was the worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I would have attempted to reach the front desk, however, on my multiple trips to the desk, there was no employee to be found. I cannot rate customer service at this location, as I never interacted with an employee aside for the very brief check-in.

We booked this hotel on a trip back to Michigan from southwest Indiana. The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway (I-69) and had a pizza place next door as well as a Cracker Barrel. The Hotel was very clean and offered amenities common for price range. We had a small issue with a noisy room next to us upon check in (loud music). The front desk clerk immediately gave us a room that was wonderfully quiet! Ah yes, the desk clerk: Tyler. She was absolutely perfect. Pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

We were on the road and just picked here from the reviews and I can’t get over how nice Libby was at the front desk. If I’m ever in the area I will make sure to stop here. She deserves a raise. The world needs more nice people.

This hotel was conveniently located directly next to the event center I was attending a conference at, and it was really homey and comfortable. It was very close to several restaurant options with a grocery store only 3 minutes away. Very close to the highway but still rather quiet.All of the staff I encountered were kind, friendly, and helpful. The amenities were really great as well, I was actually a little sad tht I would only be staying one evening and wouldnt be able to enjoy all the hotel had to offer.
