Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Mall of America is right across the street so, you can walk there. Also walkable restaurants in the area. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes and by request. Sometimes it was full and you would have to wait awhile. I do wish the shuttle was 24/7 for the guests who have super early flights. I would definitely stay here again.

The only downsides to this property is the small pool. You get 6 kids in there and there’s nowhere for the adults to go but sit on the very limited seats in the small area around the pool. No hot tub. Also, if you have an early or late flight there is no shuttle. You also have to pay $10 to park now. It used to be included in your room. The lobby area is very large with a pool table, board games and computers. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. Bring your own disposable dishes because the in room dishes are always in the dishwasher and sometimes not clean. Staff is always friendly and someone answers the phone 24/7.

I had the most efficient seamless check in experience ever. Seriously. Ever. So pleasantly surprised at the room. The breakfast was delicious. Location was phenomenal. If I had to complain, I’d say I’d complain that there’s no hot tub. I say that specifically because I only saw 2 photos online of the pool area and I couldn’t see a hot tub so I made a point to actually call in to inquire and I was informed that there was a hot tub. There is no hot tub.

I've never had a bad experience at Home2 Suites. Shuttle to the mall (we walked). Great room. My only criticism is that they charge 10 bucks a night for parking. The parking lot was nowhere near full. Seems silly even with the proximity to the mall.

Wonderful stay over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The included breakfast in the morning was good. The gym had great equipment. Location wise less than a mile from MoA.

Comfortable hotel with nice staff who are very helpful. Wish they had a hot tub - that would hav given it a 5. Breakfast spread is AMAZING. Shuttle to the mall and to the metro if you’re here for anything at the US Bank Stadium.

We stayed for 3 nights. The shuttle to/from mall was great! Mall is walking distance if you wanted to walk. The rooms were spacious and loved having a full size fridge. Breakfast was a nice bonus and everyone was able to find something to eat. Pool area was small and was crowded. We only used it one day but not a big deal because we were there to spend time at the mall. Definitely buy the coupon book at check in if you plan on going to the mall!

Such a wonderful hotel, very close to the airport and mall of America. We utilized the shuttle to and from the airport and mall of America. Staff are extremely nice and hotel is well kept. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel. Free breakfast served daily. Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice indoor pool. Also pool table and games in the lobby for free. Great shuttle service!

My Stay Was Excellent, Front Desk Staff Was Great. Only Thing I Didn’t Like Was Housekeeping Didn’t Come Empty The Trash Or Bring Trash Bags. When I Seen A Housekeeper In The Hallway I Asked If She Could Empty The Trash And She Said Did I Call The Front Desk. And The Parking Lot Is A Lawsuit Waiting To Happen..Salt Needs To Be Put Down. The Entire Parking Lot Was Nothing But Ice.

Checkin was a great experience. Easy and quick. The location was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. The free coffee/tea bar was a nice touch. Staff were always friendly and helpful. When there was some confusion on being overcharged, Expedia did nothing for me and was quite rude, but when I contacted the hotel directly, they were super friendly and sorted things out within minutes of talking to them. It was a nice quick walk to the mall, and the mall’s transit station. Would stay again.

Overall it is a clean hotel. Front desk staff is friendly, the housekeeping greeted us and are nice as well. The room has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast options are few. The only complaint is the bed is a little hard but the room had an overall comfort to it.

Home2 Suites is a great option for extended stays. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. I especially appreciated the full size refrigerator. The main issue I experienced was that the WIFI was not strong enough. I didn’t use it as much as I would have liked.

Over all the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the mall. It is right beside the airport so you will hear planes about every minute (literally) 24 hours a day. The room doors are heavy but not properly fitted as you can see light coming all around the door in the evening and don't say anything you don't want everyone in the hallway to hear because you can hear everything. You can hear noise from your neighbors too both beside and above. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing hotel getaway I would say find a better quality hotel. If noise and kids don't bother you than you will be ok here.

This hotel was amazing. I loved the room. It was very clean and so very spacious. I couldn’t believe the amenities that were in the room, like the dishwasher and the big fridge. The Mall of America is across the street. They will provide a shuttle for mall and airport if you need. I did not use but liked the option. They also are pet friendly. The only downside for me was breakfast. I enjoy scrambled eggs and they had premade over hard eggs. I only stayed one night so I’m not sure if I got the off day. There were other options such as waffles cereal, fruit baked goods, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s uncommon to be pleasantly surprised in todays world where you pay a very reasonable rate and get great service in a clean, modern facility. As of today, this hotels is about 3 years old and it still looks and feels new. Mike, the night front desk staff should have his picture on the wall for being a top 1% of customer service employees. He acted like an owner. Conscientious, professional, and caring. Loved the quick overnight experience, not to mention, the shuttle to the airport saves you either $23.50 if you need to take a taxi to the airport or about $15 with Uber. A gem when it comes to an overnight stay when flying MSP.

Would totally give this 5 stars because we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the front staff were all professional however beware if you plan on utilizing their airport shuttle. We made a reservation and after waiting over an hour without getting picked up, we decided to get a rental. It might have just been a bad day for us and hopefully it’s not like that all the time but that was the only bad experience. I’d definitely come back..with a car rental reservation though :)

Wonderful hotel! Kimberly, the night receptionist at front desk, was amazing. She was very friendly, efficient, and just comforting after a long travel day. She acknowledged our Honors membership even when we used a third party to book. Not a lot of Hilton properties will do that. Top notch. Great clean hotel also. Clean room. Thank you for the great service.

The checkout clerk was particularly snobby when I asked what the parking fee was for. It must have been in really small print because I was annoyed to pay for parking at a hotel in the suburbs. I travel all the time and have never come across this hidden fee in such a sprawling place. Even though I felt like it was high, my elitest clerk told me that it in fact was “not a lot of money” and that it’s usually 40$ or more in other places. Like I said before, I travel 100 days a year for work and I’d never been subject to sneaky fees like this. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

House keepers did a great job. Reception staff are below average and the breakfast was a disaster! Dirty cases “keeping the food clean” and they ran out of pancake mix, 2% milk and cheese. Asking the kitchen staff if they could help refill stuff proved they either didn’t speak English or they just couldn’t be bothered to answer!

I understand staff shortages but when you travel and you show up and the room you are given has not been cleaned from the previous guest it’s really gross. Then wait over an hour after check in time to be able to use the room. Front desk staff was not helpful and kind of rude. The guy running around in the purple Hilton shirt (wish I had his name) was way more helpful and made things acceptable.

Stayed here just one night on a weekend. Very busy hotel for a Saturday/Sunday. Room was great. Need better water pressure in the shower. We’ve stayed at other locations under this brand and this one met that same high standard of cleanliness and quality. Only issue that I have with all the home 2 suites is their breakfast. This location especially. They need to run 2 lines on weekends or on full and busy nights. And the little gas station warmer, very difficult to keep full with 50+ people in the lobby wanting to eat. I’m nitpicking on the breakfast but if anything could be improved, that would be it. Eggs are whipped air, bread options are gas station quality. Would love to see a bowl of fruit or fresh cups of fruit in the case with the milk. Would stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean! The breakfast had SO many options (waffles, pancakes, yogurt bar, breakfast sandwich, omelettes, and MORE!) The dining hall/ play area was perfect for families with kids. We will stay here again!

Thin walls and could hear neighboring rooms. Busy place with lots of people getting breakfast at the same time leading to lines, food hard to keep stocked, not super tasty.
