The shuttle was very helpful

Newer hotel so it’s clean! Very quiet, super darkening shades, great bed and pillows, and across the road from MOA. Super nice gym and smaller pool but still a great place to stay if you’re going to MOA or need to crash close to the Twin Cities.

I liked the layout and colors of the property. The shuttle was a very convenient amenity. The rooms were clean and had a nice modern feel. The pool was small and extremely over-crowded with rowdy kids. Breakfast was nice but the confusion on what line is for what station made breakfast quite a bit annoying. Placement of the pancake/waffle stations seem like they could be improved or handled better when it is crowded.

Loved the hotel and the fact that they had an attached bowling alley with excellent food was a bonus after we got back late at night from the Mall Of America. My biggest complaint was the bed. I slept on the side closest to the nightstand and the mattress was pretty broken down (I could feel the frame). Only other complaint was breakfast set up could have had a little better set up and wasn't a fan of the waffles plus they stuck to the waffle maker. I suggest adding a can of cooking spray that people can use on the machine before putting in the batter.

Clean and great location! Pet friendly for additional $. parking $10/noc. Hot breakfast buffet. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion complimentary. Nice pool, no hot tub. Room doors slam loudly would be only complaint.

Super friendly staff. Great location next to MOA and next to subway station. The gym was exceptional too.

There was a nice gym to workout in. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and right on time.

Close to the Mall of America and the airport with ample parking. The breakfast is great and there is a 24 hour laundry room with free self-service laundry (detergent is available for sale if needed). The fitness room is also quite nice. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable for the first couple days of our stay, but they did offer to take us to another hotel on the shuttle. Once it reopened the pool was quite nice as well. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating options and has several games available. Coffee and tea 24/7.

Room was clean, very clean. Toiletries were great. Towels good—some softness to them which most hotels don’t give you. Lots of amenities for kids—pool, corn hole, and other games. Breakfast was great, probably the best free breakfast we’ve had. Only wish AC unit had the ability to stay running in fan mode to drown out the man talking loudly next door, some airplane noise, and people walking on the wooden floor.

Stayed two times. Clean both visits. No carpet in room. A plus! Free WiFi for Hilton Honors members. Could not get in. There are computers and printer in lobby for all.

I didn’t like the bugs squished all over the lobby when I walked in. But room was clean. They did switch me rooms with ease when I asked them about the TV not working. I loved the large games in the lobby. Fun for the kids. Will stay again!

Room was very clean

We liked the open concept of the lobby, the staff were polite and aswered our questions, the continental breakfast was very good. The outside had a nice sitting area with a fire table. This location is walking distance from the Mall we liked that as well. We also liked the way a staff at the front desk handled herself with an angry guest, she maintained she composure and professionalism. We didnt like the surprise fee of $10 parking( that was not the case last year, there was no fee) We did not mind paying for the parking but upfront notice of the change would of been preferred. As much as the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good. We did not like the dust all over the walls with handprints. And some of the sheets were damged by rips.

Will never stay at that hotel again. Terrible breakfast, sheets were smelly, no room service for cleaning if room . Shades broke. Asked front to send a repair person on Thursday and never came.

Only poor because annoyingly low water pressure in showers and toilets (2 rooms) clogged. We have never run into this before and we would not go back. First and last stay here.

Toilet was not cleaned, and shower the shower didn't have good water pressure.

I was a bit disppointed amenity not filled in which is body cleanser was so hard to squeeze then hardly came out. I saw a insect a small roach when i just entered inside of the room but the rest was wonderful. I like breakfast a lot of choices and dinning room had a lot of sunshine make my stay excellent. All of receptionists were all great! I would like to go there again

The room was super nice and quite clean. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighboring rooms but it’s not too bad. I read there was free parking but when I arrived I had to pay..plus a $50 hold on my card which I never heard of. It was no problem but I wish we knew ahead of time to be prepared.. Overall a pretty good hotel

Located right next to MOA which was ideal. The connected bowling was fun to check out. Only complaint was the room was smaller than expected and not a lot of storage room, and parking was extra per night. Staff was friendly.

WiFi is awful. They make you open a Hilton account to access the WiFi that isn’t even that good. Nowhere to sit in this tiny cramped room. Only one uncomfortable computer chair. No soap bars, just a community squeeze bottle. Bed is uncomfortable. Mini fridge is ok but no microwave. Other properties I’ve stayed at in this area are soo much better. Avoid this dump!

Clean, new, modern hotel. Right across the street from the mall. Not enough storage in the room. Just a bench where we laid out our clothes. The small desk should be replaced with a table and chairs to be able to eat. Pillows were horrible. Completely flat and only 3 on the bed for 2 people.

Overall, this hotel is not recommended for business travel. Unworthy of the Hilton brand; shame on Hilton for endorsing this hotel. PROS: Modern and clean facilities. Great breakfast included in daily rate, kudos to the high quality yoghurt, toppings and fresh fruits. Conveniently located near Minneapolis International Airport with a free shuttle bus (unreliably) circulating every 30 minutes. In-room restrooms are contemporary, luminous and spacious. Staff is friendly and welcoming by training (yet quite useless regardless, sorry for my brutal honesty). CONS: Rooms are clean and nicely designed, yet subpar in so many other aspects, severely impacting one’s stay. No closets, dressers or drawers mean your shirts will hang exposed like in a youth hostel. A/C doesn’t allow user to switch to low power or off (by design) which means you’re forced to sleep to a noisy and blowy fan at max power: this made my 3 day stay quite uncomfortable. I called for room assistance but nothing could be done. Daily room cleaning not standard, by design.

The rooms are spacious and clean with no noise coming through from the planes. We were unable to adjust the thermostat in order to maintain a consistent temperature. It cycled too hot and too cold all night.

I liked that the hotel was close to the shopping mall and hotel was clean, but I disliked the beds you could somewhat feel the coils.

Stay was nice. Shuttle to and from MSP airport and MOA was a huge plus. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was alright, typical hotel food but did the trick. Biggest complaint was walls were paper thin or perhaps because had room meant to connect but 2 of our 4 nights were not very comfortable sleeping as could hear the late night talking and playing around from neighbors till well after 1am. Also heard continued planes as directly in path that hear each one clearly and loudly

Rooms were so small

Extremely loud heating/cooling system sounded like a plane was landing in our room which contributed to the zero sleep we got. The pillows were flimsy and on each Queen bed there were only 3 pillows. Usually a double Queen means at least one bed will have more than one person. Three pillows makes no sense. And, lastly, paying for parking is ridiculous.

Hotel itself was great. Friendly staff. The only downfall was the advertised shuttle. It didn’t say you had to call and book it for airport pickup. I found that out after sitting at the airport shuttle area for an hour trying to get ahold of somebody. Then when leaving to go back to the airport the shuttle driver was visibly upset when i knocked on his door Monday afternoon as he was parked at the front door and woke him up from his nap. He said I had to book his service at the front desk. Front desk said I had to wait 30min. I ended up just getting an uber.

The front desk gave someone a key to our room. We were laying in bed when some man entered our room about 8:20pm 12/27. I worked for a hotel chain from 2006-2021 and this can absolutely be avoided had the front desk person actually asked the man to verify his name to see if it matched the room reservation. As a front desk representative you NEVER take someones word for it because mistakes like this happen- guests get confused and forgetful of their own numbers. Just a reminder to the staff to be more mindful and careful because this really is a safety issue.

Property was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Hotel was great only thing that bugged me was the cleaning service of the room. Has to be requested which was put in a day in advance and was never done. Other than that it was great.

Upon arrival, there was a solid 10 minute wait to be able to check in as the single staff addressed one customer ahead of us. The staff quickly got us checked in once staff was available, but, upon arriving at the room, we walk into an already occupied room, much to our and the occupants surprise! Thankfully, they were dressed. Returning to the front desk, the staff was confused and identified that the hotel's system had gone done for two hours that day, so someone else checking in had been assigned to the same room we had booked. Staff spent an addition 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get us into a room. Eventually, the staff found a room with a pull out that would accommodate all of our party, rather than the two queens we had booked. The initial staff promised to drop off a key once things settled down at the front desk. 20 minutes later, seeing that same staff in the hallway while getting ice, we communicated that we'd be going to sleep given how late it was and to slip the promised key beneath the door. An hour later, after we were asleep, a new night staff knocked on our door and said he was just checking if this was the room we had been placed in. We relayed that the former staff was supposed to slip the key under the door, which was still missing. The night staff said he would do so. In the morning, there was still no key, so we talked to the front desk who promised a key upon our return from a quick errand off site. No discount or remediation offered

Front Desk Representative, Miunca made our stay great. She was very professional and also very friendly and courteous. She provided great customer service. Also the shuttle drivers were great as well

Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem no chair to sit in except desk chair so one person had to sit on bed. Breakfast had a large variety.

Our entire stay was wonderful, and we'll definitely be returning. Katie at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options including to-go sandwiches and takeaway boxes. Shuttle to and from the airport/mall was always on time and Basheer was friendly and cheerful. Overall, one of our best stays!

After a 14 hour delay coming from Orlando, the gentleman that checked us in after a very tiring day was absolutely wonderful. He was empathic and kind.

The hotel was nice , but I am angry about the shuttle! I called advance and was told don’t worry just schedule when we get there . That was wrong ! We had to go over an hour earlier 🙁

The staff was helpful the rooms were amazing. Great location to the mall of America and airport. The whirleyball center it is attached to was beautiful and fun. Highly recommend their pizza.

Overpriced for what we received. Electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work, bathroom door would not latch or lock. Was not able to get breakfast the place was packed and there was a line of over people trying to go through the line. Not enough employees to prepare the breakfast and it took over 35 minutes to check out because there was only one employee at the desk.

Everything is made easy! check-in and check-out process was the easiest I ever had. Location was 10 out of 10, breakfast was 2 out of 10, everything else was 10 out of 10. I would stay here again for sure

The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. There was too many people in a very small area. There were not very many options and they were very under staffed.

This hotel is clean and only a ten minute walk to the MOA. Some of the front staff were not friendly or helpful . The gentleman that worked the night shift ( Michael I believe his name was ) he was kind and very helpful ! There is a complimentary breakfast however it was very limited and not many options. No bacon / sausage / hash brown . Also if you are staying on the outside facing view of the hotel the planes are very loud and start at 5:00 am, and take off every 15 mins . All in all I would stay here again.

Decent hotel within a block of mall of America, so very convenient since the mall was the focus of our trip. Somewhat noisy due to airplanes flying overhead. The hotel must be close to the airport. Breakfast area tended to be crowded and a bit understaffed.

It was connected to Whirlybird where we bowled and hung out ! Good food too!
