Beautiful clean hotel. Close to the stadium. Great 4th floor terrace for outdoor seating. Loved our room. The breakfast could use an upgrade. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The breakfast staff were a bit crabby, but I would definitely stay again. Price is a bit high.

This is the best hotel for security. You have to have your room key in order to get into the hotel. You then have to use your room key to use the elevator. When we got back to the hotel at 11:00 at night, there was a security guard at the hotel. I thought that was amazing! I felt very safe and secure. It was impressive! We stayed to go to breweries and eateries in the area. We had never been and were pleasantly surprised that we could walk everywhere. Also, the breakfast was good. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and in a convenient location walking distance to lots of dining. We loved the large windows with a view of Target Field and downtown Minneapolis. Free breakfast was nice. We wish there was a pool but other than that, great place! Still 5/5

Very nice and clean hotel, zen/modern style, close to a cool animated neighbourhood, Nicollet Mall street, and just aside the Target field and Target Center. We did everything by walk except coming from and going to the airport but the metro was just there, 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Perfect in all points! They even rent bicycles for free to explore around. Very nice experience!

My experience here was not good at all. They erroneously charged my card day 1 they charged over 2k... was told by mgr I had to basically deal with my bank to get it taken care of then next charged an additional 107. Spoke to several workers they said oh it will fall off it still hasn't. Told to contact my bank again even though they charged my card. I stopped by front desk several times during my stay not once did a mgr ever reach out out to me! I checked out Sunday no follow up even today! The managers dont care if the hotel makes mistakes they tell you to figure it out. They didnt have many places for food and most places closed at 9pm downtown. The location isn't downtown its considered north loop area. Then the area is more up and coming development, there was construction right next to the hotel. When I first checked in there was crumbs on the carpet, so cleanliness was questionable at that point. I was disappointed by this hotel I stayed at another Element in NC and it was great!

Fantastic location close to the light rail and tons of restaurants. The included breakfast was excellent with many options, and the front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Only complaint was that the AC was one of the eco-mode motion sensors and turned off during the night leaving us too warm while sleeping. Would be preferable to have the option to keep that running during the night when we are present in the room.

Great place to stay Sunday through Thursday. But I would not stay on Thursday or Friday unless you like loud bass and music. Club next door is very loud and went until 1am. Super annoying.

We have stayed here a couple of times and it's always quick, clean, easy, and nice. This hotel is truly in a perfect part of the North Loop making it easy to walk/Uber anywhere we want to go. My only complaint is that the pillows are brutal! I meant to bring my own pillow with this time but forgot and instantly regretted it.

Alex, at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly and personable, ....eager to help anytime. This is the best place to stay for a ballgame. We came into the hotel, checked in, and made it to our seats in less than 30 minutes after we first walked through the hotel doors.

We went to Target Field and it’s within walking distance and also close to the blue line. You can actually take it from the airport which we did on arrival but took an uber back to the airport. Great restaurant across from the stadium called Salt and Flour, highly recommend. I would stay at the Element again.

Loved our stay. We enjoyed walking around North Loop and exploring the various restaurants nearby. We also took the Blue Line to the Mall of America, and Element’s location made it very convenient to board the metro and disembark just a few feet from the hotel. We also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on the fourth floor terrace. The rooms were clean, and we loved the comfy reading chair. All around excellent stay!

Second time staying here for a Twins-blue Jays weekend series. Unbelievably convenient, secure parking is excellent and the hot breakfast options were very nice. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. Easy to get to from the interstate.

The avocado toast made fresh to order with a sunny egg is to die for !!!! Sooo delicious i look forward to it every time!! They also have a greek yogurt bar!! Fresh juice!! Coffee Muffins fruit cereal egg bites toast !!!

The staff were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The overall experience was great. The only negative was the breakfast, it had limited selection and long waits to get to the few appliances that were there to prepare the items (ex, 10 minutes for a toaster).

Great customer service, clean room, super fancy, nice breakfast variety. We were huge fans of the yogurt parfait bar with all the different toppings and the sweet lady making everyone French toast with powdered sugar, Nutella, and strawberry on it. Highly recommend the place!! Only thing unclear was the parking, with the upper floor being the one right next door and the main floor you walk into the hotel from being attached but not as visible from the outside. Either way both parking areas were included in with the hotel and everything was just billed on the final total. Super easy check in and out.
