Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Very clean with thick walls and felt safe downtown. Was hoping breakfast had more food.

Room and hotel over all, very clean! AC in room worked fabulously, front desk staff were friendly and upbeat. Room was quiet, we couldn’t hear sounds from the street. :) Also loved the 4th floor terrace with complimentary veggie and herb garden. Walking distance to good restaurants was a huge plus and the metro. The not so good: the lack of parking in the hotel lots, which you have to pay forZ We didn’t know there were banana ball games which were going on both days we stayed. It made for a noisy, crowded, and stressful time looking for parking. The lots are extremely small and tight to use. Breakfast was underwhelming given the number of people needing food and the small space to eat it. Staff member running the make to order scramble was stressed and commented “there are a lot of other people ahead of you,” when asked how long it would take. Two people are needed to manage 8 + people in line waiting for eggs. When everyone wants a hot breakfast, two people should be working a make to order line.
