It is a Hampton Inn so expectations are met. No ATM in hotel. Have to walk a bit over to casino for that. If you are not into the casino, you are not walkable to anything.

Hotel stay was comfortable as well as quiet. The staff was freindly and helpful with my stay as well. Amenities like the pool and gym where well kept and maintained. Breakfast was delicious with options like yogurts and muffins. Location was right next to the casino as well as a convention center for a concert i attended yet was still a safe area. Would recommend more for the adults who want to have fun and just sleep after a long night of partying.

We loved our stay. The property is located by a casino yet it was very quiet. The breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked both mornings. Any staff we encountered was friendly. The hot tub was not working but the pool was nice, clean, and empty when we went down. I would stay again if I am every in Dodge City again.

The locations is great and we always enjoy staying at the Hampton. However this particular visit wasn't the best. We were on the third floor and around midnight someone right above us was stomping constantly. When we were packing the next morning, we discovered the room wasn't as clean as we thought. There was a beer bottle cap under the bed that wasn't ours, a dirty sock in the corner which also wasn't ours, dust and stuff under the AC unit, stains on the bed spread. Just wasn't as clean as it should have been.

Check in staff and breakfast crew were amazing and very friendly. The room itself, was in very good shape and beds were comfortable. Short walk over to the casino made for a good night. In the morning, I took a shower and realized there was mold along the top and lots of dirt and grime right at eye level for me(pictures attached).

The room wasn't the greatest. The Dresser /TV stand was in bad shape, looks like the door was ripped off and the bottom had wood chipping off of it. looked like it came from a trailer park. The bathroom had no garbage can, the shower fixtures were covered with hard water buildup. This was a handicap room so the sprayer leaked the whole time and the tub drain couldn't keep up. Disappointed

Clean but room had no microwave, blinds didn’t work and no maintenance help until the 2nd day. Shower knobs were loose also.they got tightened the 2nd day also. I would stay here again because of location and it was clean. I did expect more from a Hilton Homewood suites

Our room was clean and comfortable, the people at the front desk were nice and breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the window leaked rain during a heavy storm the night we were there. We reported it to the front desk and advised them to let maintenance know.

Was not a good first experience with staff when checking in. First room the warm water didn’t work and manager said to run water for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes still no hot water. She didn’t want to get a different room. Took 8 times to get into a different room with 3 times because the new keys didn’t work. After getting through the first night the manager was a lot better and the stay wasn’t bad, but we wasted 2 hours.

Very nice property. I never caught her name, but the breakfast lady is amazing. She put out some of her homemade salsa and it's excellent. I'm picky when it comes to hotels, but I would stay here again anytime.
