I didnt like that i had to pay an extra for car parking,and that wasn’t mentioned when i did the booking. Also i had to pay more than the booking that i did . We asked for a milk at the morning and we didn’t get it . The nice thing is the Gym and the swimming pool.

Overall it's a great hotel in a good location. There's a bar on the rooftop and cafe on the groundfloor that are popular with guests and locals. The pool and gym facilities looked good too. There were just two things that took away from the stay. The curtains in the rooms don't close properly. There is a gap that happens to be at eye level when you're lying in bed. There were three rooms in our group and each one was the same. Trying to rig a system to close the curtain in full became a challenge for everyone. The other thing is that if you're one floors 1-4 you don't get a stocked minibar. Just an empty fridge with a mini milk carton. This isn't stated everywhere and on the room listings they all say there's a minibar included. It feels like an odd thing to omit based on which floor you're on. Hoping for my next stay I'll manage to be above floor 4.

Great location. Friendly staff. Great rooftop bar and staff member David’s service was fantastic! New and modern. Only issue is that no parking on site and had to park a block away but we knew that beforehand.

Was a very nice place to stay very clean good food in house as well as nearby. Only thing was getting a park outfront to check-in was a bit frustrating especially when you pay for valet parking and there was no parks had to go around block 3 times before finding a park. Would definitely stay there again but would find own parking.

The room was good and a nice size for the 3 of us as we booked a 1 bedroom suite with balcony. But general maintenance was disappointing as we had a balcony door that would not lock on checkin and we noticed the smoke detector had toilet paper wrapped around it in the main room from a previous guest which was attended to after being notified. The Carparking would be the biggest disappointment with this hotel. The on street parking is not available due to the location and the hotel supplied parking option is a 7 minute walk and doesn’t allow for multiple entry and exiting. The rooftop bar plays loud music till 10.30pm and is not suitable for children sleeping.

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but when we were there the staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Room was clean and exactly what we booked.Hotel is close to the city, easy to walk to. Parking was a nightmare, we did 3 laps of the block until we could get close to the hotel due to a bus being in the way, we opted for valet parking knowing we wouldn’t get anywhere close by and in the morning it arrived quickly in time for our departure.

Staff were fantastic on check in and check out. Location is great with all the restaurants and tram close by. Room was very small and wasn't very comfortable. You could here everything happening in the bathroom, not much privacy. Some of the shelves haven't been dusted since it has opened. I don't understand why you would design a pool area that can't be used for 5-6 months of the year. It was supposed to be heated and it has no cover from the elements.

The property is quite new and in lovely condition, very clean. The staff are very polite, the rooms are decorated in a modern funky style with lovely ambient lighting. The problem is though, you can't see to do hair or makeup in any mirror in the bathroom or even in the bedroom area. They could do with installing an extra set of lights advice the sink ito compliment all the hidden ambient lights. It did take 45 mins to have our car retrieved on the day we left, which put us behind schedule.

The area was great, lots of places to eat and transport in the city is easy but the beds in this hotel were terrible. I’ve never had a worse mattress, sleeping on the floor probably would have been preferable as I had minimal sleep which was less than ideal.

Hotel was lovely. Location by the market was great. Only fault we had was the beds were quite hard and there was no pillow options. That could just be personal preference though. Overall great.

Staff are wonderful! Special shout out to Zak who was so kind and helpful. This is my favourite place to stay in Adelaide. Such a fantastic spot and a cute, quirky hotel. Love the little bar inside at the back. Sadly the rooftop bar wasn’t open this time when we were there (Monday & Tuesday) but next time I’ll make sure we stay on a weekend. It’s a fantastic area too! The restaurant has amazing meals and if you don’t dine there, you’ve got so many choices within strolling distance and the Central Markets are so close! We walked to Hindley St & Rundle Mall. We stayed in a twin room this time. Have also previously stayed in a corner king and also the suite with the bath. My only complaint is that the towels need replacing. They weren’t soft and fluffy and thick. But that’s it. As I said, it’s my favourite place to stay in Adelaide. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful staff gave us early check-in and the corner room I think was an upgrade and was one of the best rooms I have stayed in and I’ve been in a quite a few. Would not hesitate to book again, and it’s right in the middle of Adelaide Chinatown.

Great location. Great staff. However the dining experience not good. Dining eating area was right next to lift used by patrons off the roof top bar.. creating a steady stream of roudy people both entering and exiting the lifts.

Excellent hotel in a great location close to Gouger Street and Central Market. Rooms are good size with a great bathroom and very comfy bed. Breakfast was included in my price and was very good. Buffet style but with a choice of main. The service provided throughout my stay was professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location, corner room was amazing, city views, and ample space. We paid to have the breakfast included, which was so worth it, so tasty and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

I was a bit disappointed this time with this hotel. I did not have breakfast included (my oversight) but was offered $30 per day if I pre-paid and had breakfast in the hotel every day or $39 if I wanted to choose to have breakfast. $39 is outrageously expensive by any standards and I am not going to eat every day in the hotel. That is highly unlikely. I was also offered Valet Parking at $45 per day or self valet at $30 per day but no flexibility - one exit per day whereas another good quality hotel where valet is less are way more flexible. This is a really good hotel with excellent eco friendly rooms but little things let them down this trip and I would probably think twice about staying here again especially if I had my car. No hotels.com upgrade or welcome gift offered which is common place these days.

Enjoyed our stay, lovey hotel facilities and staff. They have lots to offer and in a location pretty close to everything We just wish there was some more vegan options on the menus for breakfast and roof top bar/restaurant it was very limited. Breakfast was lovely but We had to have the same option all four mornings. Not a complaint just some feedback. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends
