Did a full board, the food was good, a lot of variety and changed from day to day, perfect location although getting a bed by the pool is impossible. The location is great, backs right onto the beach, near the shops etc. parking is a bit difficult to find and communicate with reception to open the gates and costs an additional 20 euros per day. The lifts are a nightmare, you can sometimes wait 5 minutes plus only to find the lift full. I possibly return if the price was better, but overall I had a good stay.

Modern hotel in an ideal location. Breakfast was great and the extra touches such as the dj and live singer were unique. Only minor downside was the one slow lift other than that cant complain and would definitely revisit

Great location on the sea front. It’s a shame no one from the hotel contacted me to say that the pool was out of use. Having work done. Also the noise from the next door renovations wasn’t great during the duration on my stay.

La direction incompétente ils ont un ascenseur en panne de puis une semaine ils arrive pas à le réparer en plus la majorité de leur client elles c’est des personne âgés il a des moment en est obliger d attendre 15 mn pour avoir le deuxième ascenseur une petite remarque il a une dame avec son compagnon Andicape parfois sa lui arrive de descendre au rez-de-chaussé par escalier pour réservé l’ascenseur Dommage pour un hôtel commesa

Beautiful beach front hotel, amazing views from sea front rooms! Great for walking distance of beach front bars and 5 mins in taxi or 15 mins walk to central Benidorm strip. Staff were a little slow and unhelpful at reception which was a shame, but it didn’t wreck our visit. We asked 3 times in one day for them to send a cleaner to our room. Beautiful clean restaurant to have breakfast which was included in our stay. Small pool area at the front of hotel, which gets busy very quickly as not lots of sun beds. Rooms slightly overpriced for March but overall a comfortable and gorgeous stay!

Flott kun for voksen hotell rett på stranden. Veldig bra frokostbuffé og godt med plass. Litt for lite med strand Hånkle så etter lunsj då er det tomt. € 24 for parkering pr døgn, pluss for at en kan få låne fjernkontroll for innkjøring porten.

I stayed here on my 1st solo trip. The beach is on your doorstep, the hotel is spotless and all staff are friendly. I dint think i would stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Blown away bt the whole experience

La limpieza de la habitacion deja bastante que desear. El hotel esta renovado pero aun hay cosas del hotel viejo. Las puertas de la habitacion dejan pasar la luz y tambien el ruido del pasillo. La puerta del baño es de cristal, no llega al suelo ni al techo , si se usa por la noche imposible no molestar al acompañante. El desayuno bastante regular, ni parecido a otros Melia en los que me he alojado. Se acaban las cosas del bufet y no habia nadie para ver que se habian acabado. Se quedaba sin zumo, ni pan . El personal bastante amable y atento. La ubicacion es perfecta en primera linea de playa

What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls). The coffee was great strength and thank goodness it’s was an unlimited. Every morning there was a different atmospheric live music presence like soothing guitar music, harp music or a singer singer. All to a lovely noise level and great to wake up to. The pool is brilliant. We had no big troubles securing a bed at some points of the day. Reservation of bed is not allowed and the great security is keeping an eye on bed with towels without people using them for a while to make them available for others. The system is great and stops people holding beds al day without being there. The staff in this hotel is just the best. They really are genuinely friendly and super helpful. We loved the guys at the pool bar that make you laugh every day ( more) . Location is just perfect. It’s right on the beach with the pool looking out on al the passers-by. It’s private yet you can see everything going on. It’s close to the old town and it’s not far to the English part. Both foot travels are flat or it’s super fun walk if you into people watching. If you are not a walker then you came take a bus or hire a scooter.

La situación del hotel es ideal a primera línea de playa, todas sus instalaciones tienen una calidad superior, el comedor tiene unas vistas a la playa estupendas y la comida exquisita con una presentación ideal, junto con un ambiente muy agradable. La habitación muy confortable con un cuarto de aseo espacioso y completo. Todos las personas que nos atendieron desde la recepción, comedor, cafetería y piscina, limpieza y la persona de seguridad fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros, muchas gracias.
La situación del hotel es ideal a primera línea de playa, todas sus instalaciones tienen una calidad superior, el comedor tiene unas vistas a la playa estupendas y la comida exquisita con una presentación ideal, junto con un ambiente muy agradable. La habitación muy confortable con un cuarto de aseo espacioso y completo. Todos las personas que nos atendieron desde la recepción, comedor, cafetería y piscina, limpieza y la persona de seguridad fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros, muchas gracias.

Beautiful beach front hotel, amazing views from sea front rooms! Great for walking distance of beach front bars and 5 mins in taxi or 15 mins walk to central Benidorm strip. Staff were a little slow and unhelpful at reception which was a shame, but it didn’t wreck our visit. We asked 3 times in one day for them to send a cleaner to our room. Beautiful clean restaurant to have breakfast which was included in our stay. Small pool area at the front of hotel, which gets busy very quickly as not lots of sun beds. Rooms slightly overpriced for March but overall a comfortable and gorgeous stay!

La situación del hotel es ideal a primera línea de playa, todas sus instalaciones tienen una calidad superior, el comedor tiene unas vistas a la playa estupendas y la comida exquisita con una presentación ideal, junto con un ambiente muy agradable. La habitación muy confortable con un cuarto de aseo espacioso y completo. Todos las personas que nos atendieron desde la recepción, comedor, cafetería y piscina, limpieza y la persona de seguridad fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros, muchas gracias.

Lovely hotel right on the beach front and 5/10 min walk to the main strip. Check in was fast and rooms of a good standard. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options. Would stay here again if coming back to Benidorm.

Stunning beach front hotel. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained. All the amenities are very close by. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls). The coffee was great strength and thank goodness it’s was an unlimited. Every morning there was a different atmospheric live music presence like soothing guitar music, harp music or a singer singer. All to a lovely noise level and great to wake up to. The pool is brilliant. We had no big troubles securing a bed at some points of the day. Reservation of bed is not allowed and the great security is keeping an eye on bed with towels without people using them for a while to make them available for others. The system is great and stops people holding beds al day without being there. The staff in this hotel is just the best. They really are genuinely friendly and super helpful. We loved the guys at the pool bar that make you laugh every day ( more) . Location is just perfect. It’s right on the beach with the pool looking out on al the passers-by. It’s private yet you can see everything going on. It’s close to the old town and it’s not far to the English part. Both foot travels are flat or it’s super fun walk if you into people watching. If you are not a walker then you came take a bus or hire a scooter.

Hotel brillaint ,staff at reception very good frindly and very helpfull always greated with a smile.dinning room well what can you say.very nasty ,unless your spanish forget it very insulting are last nite we were more or less thrown out they tried to take are food away and shouting at us hour hour, they close at 9.30 pm this started around 9 pm and there was 2 tables with spanish tourists on them but nothing was said to them the staff were talking in spanish to these custmers clearly calling us.made to feel very uncomfortable. Reported incident to reception but was told to complain by email to olga Rodiriguez.the food is inadequate for a 4 star hotel morr like a 2 to 3 star hotel quality over cooked and left to dry out rock hard.

Did a full board, the food was good, a lot of variety and changed from day to day, perfect location although getting a bed by the pool is impossible. The location is great, backs right onto the beach, near the shops etc. parking is a bit difficult to find and communicate with reception to open the gates and costs an additional 20 euros per day. The lifts are a nightmare, you can sometimes wait 5 minutes plus only to find the lift full. I possibly return if the price was better, but overall I had a good stay.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The rooms are of a good size and with good amenities. The room services are great and regularly cleaned with fresh linen being left on request. The location is perfect for the entire access to Benidorm, both the new town and the old. The pool is not the biggest and I could potentially see it being a fight for sun beds in the summer. However, with 10 steps you are on the beach so it really is not a massive deal breaker. The food however is very very poor, there is no change in the menu throughout the stay of 10 nights. It is simply not worth the money for half board. Throughout the stay I was considering my review, and taking into account how much a part of the stay is around dining, I was prepared to leave a constructive but poor review. However I could not possibly leave a negative review taking into account the staff at this hotel. They are excellent in so many ways. They are friendly, polite and warming for the entire stay. I have to call out one member of the team in particular, the lady with blond curly hair in the restaurant (who had Monday off and the fireworks were annoyingly loud) you made dinning an absolute pleasure, even though the food was the opposite. Every evening you made a great effort to converse with me in my very poor Spanish and we really did enjoy coming to dinner simply because of you. The summarise, we would absolutely return to this property, however we would definitely not pay for half board.

Superbe hôtel en front de mer, très bien placé dans la ville de Bénidorm. Tout est accessible à pieds. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très gentilles, également au restaurant et au bar. Hôtel calme (adult only) et reposant, très propres. La piscine est petite et il y a peu de transats autour par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, en buffet libre. Les repas du soir, moins bien. On retrouve toujours plus ou moins la même chose et on finit par saturer au bout de quelques jours mais c'est le cas de tout les buffets libres des hotels en Espagne.

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is the evening meal wasn’t great. Breakfast was, but evening meal was the same every night and not a lot of choice, Especially if don’t like fish. If I came here again I would do bed and breakfast.

Hotel was nearly a 5 out 5, other than it needs a few more loungers around the pool. Room, staff & food were top notch. Perfect location on the beach front of Levante with easy access to the old town and shops and the night life at the other end of levante.
