We were greeted warmly despite the torrential downpour. Upon entering room it looked nice. Cable TV not working. Towels smelled bad Andy of another guest and were grey instead of white in cold. Complementary breakfast burned eggs

I really enjoyed our stay at this little inn. We got our room cleaned daily and free water and breakfast. Located in La Condesa close to restaurants, shops and bars. It’s an older building with no ac or heat but comfortable for CDMX weather (we were never cold or hot). They have a safe for valuables and nice bathroom and plenty space wardrobe and closet for your items. It felt like staying at a friend’s home with lots of character and close to all the action of condesa and Roma Norte. I definitely would stay again!

3/5 stars — Good location, but needs attention to the details Parral 14 has a great location if you want to be close to the walkable areas, restaurants, and cafés of La Condesa. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed, sheets, and blankets were comfortable. However, several details took away from the experience. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. At night, you can hear outside noise and people talking in the hallways. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower was difficult to get the right balance of hot and cold, and the sink handle would not turn off completely unless you tightened it extremely hard. These are small maintenance issues, but they should have been addressed by management already. You also have to ring the bell every time you enter the property and wait for someone to open the gate, which becomes inconvenient if you’re coming and going frequently. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee tasted like watered-down instant coffee, the yogurt and granola portion was tiny, and the eggs were just okay. Overall, this feels more like a beautiful home converted into a boutique hotel. The property has potential, but the little things matter. Better bathroom maintenance, breakfast, and easier access would make a big difference. It wasn’t a bad stay, but unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Located in a very chill part of Condessa. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was adequate. It was a little tricky to find the hotel, as it only has a small sign and a big gate with a nearly-hidden buzzer. I didn't love that you had to call someone every time you needed to be let into the hotel, but the staff were always present to let you in. The first floor room I stayed in was a bit noisy right next to the check-in desk and with the echo-y halls. Overall, a decent stay.
