Amazing stay, great service at the Hyatt, Malta. The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of places to eat. Clean and good facilities like roof top pool. The staff are the friendliest I have ever seen in any hotel. All the staff right from check-in to the cleaning are awesome. Special mention to Hoque who was very caring and had excellent customer service acumen ! The rooftop pool is small but it serves the purpose. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was new and modern. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely equipped. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very good and wide choice. The dinner was very good, but unfortunately the menu was quite small. So, it was not somewhere to eat too often. However, there were so many good places to eat in the area this was not a problem. Overall, it was a great choice of where to stay in a very busy tourist area.

5 verdiente Sterne 🌟 Angefangen bei der Begrüßung und dem kompletten Service im gesamten Hotel, man merkt einfach ganz deutlich in was für einem Haus man ist. Waren davor in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und der Unterschied war deutlich. Das Zimmer ist absolut leise, schallisoliert und man hat alles was man braucht. Kostenfreie Tiefgarage und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Bestnoten! Lediglich die Umgebung gefällt mir wenig, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Riesige Baustellen und Ballermann Style Lokale ums Eck, von all dem bekommt man aber im Hotel nichts mit.

The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool and cocktail bar were very nice. The hotel is located very close to the party mile in Paceville. There are also many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The beach is very close to the hotel. The service in the hotel was excellent.

Lovely room, bed and bathroom. There was some dust on the headboard but otherwise room was cleaned well each day. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of choice. I ordered a dessert on my last evening which sadly was not well made (pannacotta had been in fridge too long and was solid). Disappointed but I sent it back and got another dessert which was ok but not great (poached pears) and got a hot chocolate on the house. (Best dessert was lemon fondant!). Service is very good and all staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Indoor pool was not very deep but pleasant otherwise, sauna was good. Outdoor seating area is lovely and lots of indoor seating space. Hotel is right opposite Bay shopping complex which was really convenient. I did enjoy my stay but think perhaps dessert menu needs reviewing. I gather this is classed as a 5 star hotel, I would've expected a higher quality of desserts given the rating and price of hotel.

Just a small note: there is a bit of a walk from where the taxi drops you off to the main entrance, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. Overall, the Hyatt Regency offers great service, comfort, and convenience. I would happily return.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, sodass man ab und an Geräusche hörte. Es war sehr dunkel, kaum Sonnenlicht, und der Balkon viel zu klein – bei diesem Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls enttäuschend: keine geschlossenen Duschkabinen, defekter Wasserspender, nur sieben Liegen im Indoor-Pool, Fitnessbereich winzig, keine Snacks oder Tee. Der Indoor-Pool war mit 1,40 m nur sehr flach, der Outdoor-Pool ebenfalls klein und seicht. Hinzu kam ein Ausfall der Wasserversorgung an einem Abend, ohne Information. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wirklich schade – von Hyatt hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Mehr Schein als Sein!

Great location, views, service, room. Food was amazing and bar staff extra friendly and great service. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of bed. Housekeeping was meticulous with cleanliness. Shower water pressure was amazing I didn’t miss a thing while there. Everything was provided.

Staff were great . Special mention to Anna who was very courteous and helpful with recommendations and local knowledge of the island. However the room was slightly disappointing. Didn't like the fact that we were on street level and passers-by could literally see in. No Privacy. Secondly very little storage space for clothes only one drawer and a few hangers. I did speak to the front desk but was told nothing could be done. Room was very clean and housekeeping was also very good. Finally a big thank you for organising a treat for my partners birthday on our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt very much. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet; only the two construction sites next to the hotel generate some noise, but it is not audible in the well-insulated rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating; we would like to mention the enployee Hoque especially positively, who always greeted us very helpful in the lobby. The two pools are also recommended; especially from the rooftop pool, you have a great view of Malta. Thank you very much - we will come back.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star as described. The room is missing several things like the brush for the toilet, the little fridge was empty, and there was no phone to call the reception). The check is was very superficial, no infos were given to us apart a push to buy the breakfast and to leave our credit card as deposit (but we didn’t get why as the room had nothing to eat or drink and there was no phone or infos to order anything). In general is a good hotel but probably more like a 4 star. The area is definitely not nice, the worse we visited in Malta as it’s full of noisy trashy bars and bad restaurants.

Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time.

Great customer service. We were greeted very warmly by Jesse and Hans when we reached pretty late at night. Valentini was an excellent concierge and guided us precisely as to what we wanted to do in 3 days. Overall a great stay and 3 thumbs up.

The staff made this trip amazing, so friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, the location is a little odd. Out the hotel and left down the hill is full of clubs and British pubs with ‘full breakfast’ not our style. But while in the hotel, bar and surroundings you couldn’t tell you were close to party central.

The hotel itself is lovely. Very calm and peaceful inside with a lovely pool on the roof with views onto the sea. The rooms are well appointed as you would expect from Hyatt and beds very comfortable with excellent AC. Be aware that there is currently a lot of building going on around the hotel so definitely less tranquil when you leave the hotel!

We had a good overall experience at Hyatt Regency Malta. Hi, excellent service but they need more people to serve the pool area. 2 people isn’t enough. The pool is small but heated, so it’s pretty nice. The rooms are big enough. The staff is super nice. Specially the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is top.

Lovely room, bed and bathroom. There was some dust on the headboard but otherwise room was cleaned well each day. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of choice. I ordered a dessert on my last evening which sadly was not well made (pannacotta had been in fridge too long and was solid). Disappointed but I sent it back and got another dessert which was ok but not great (poached pears) and got a hot chocolate on the house. (Best dessert was lemon fondant!). Service is very good and all staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Indoor pool was not very deep but pleasant otherwise, sauna was good. Outdoor seating area is lovely and lots of indoor seating space. Hotel is right opposite Bay shopping complex which was really convenient. I did enjoy my stay but think perhaps dessert menu needs reviewing. I gather this is classed as a 5 star hotel, I would've expected a higher quality of desserts given the rating and price of hotel.

Got talked into joining the regency club which then didn’t offer a variety of vegetarian food options. Lots of business conferences which we had to walk through and felt very uncomfortable. Room was nice but lacked cupboard space. Staff were very helpful as everyday the key would not work for the room. A complimentary lunch was offered.
