We checked in a told the check in agent we required an airport shuttle in the morning. He told us to come at 7am to catch the shuttle. We went to the shuttle at 6:55 and was told our name hadn't been put down in the book and the shuttle was full. We had to pay for two taxis to take my family and our luggage, stroller etc to the airport.

This was actually my first time staying at this hotel because I believed it was of good quality. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. When I asked them to pick up my family and me, we had to wait over an hour, which is especially difficult when you have a one-year-old baby. I ended up having to pay for an Uber. My son's room had cockroaches and bedbugs. They did give us another room, but it was small and the blankets were stained.

The room assigned to us was full of hair and other debris. The bathroom had only two bath towels, and they smelled like diesel oil. It wasn't delightful to be there. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn in the past, which is why it was my number one choice. I do not like to do negative reviews, but the Hotel should be aware of these kinds of issues. And as always in Mexico, the attention and courtesy were great!

I stayed in Room 201 right next to the elevator, which makes a ringing noise every time someone uses it - and its LOUD. Also, there were loud banging noises all night which sounded like Kitchen staff. Room 201 drain was flooded which seeps over the bathroom sink. Will not be back.

Las señoritas que hacen el servicio de limpieza excelsas, lo mismo en cocina y servicio a la habitación. Pero el transporte y los bell boys terrible. El transporte lo estuvimos esperando y cuando llegue subieron a gente que había llegado después, no respetaron turno y dejaron a mi mamá que porque no cabía y las maletas no nos ayudaron y además las tiraron todas, real de que las aventaron y tuve que recogerlas afuera del hotel. Yo venía harta de un vuelo horrible y esto fue la gota que derramó el vaso. Terrible experiencia.

The location was the perfect place as it was a 7 minute walk to the race track for F1! The room was clean and had Dove products for hand soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo which were great. The breakfast buffet was superb. There was such a good variety to choose from. The only issue was that there was no syrup for the pancakes & French toast. They had coffee makers for making espresso drinks. We would definitely stay here again if attending an event at the track.

The staff and the hotel are great. Very comfortable and clean. The only problem I had was the food. It didn’t make me feel like I was eating something native. The food was too Americanized. It tasted like a hospital cafeteria food. Other than that I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
