Me encanto la excelente ubicacion. Habria sido agradable tener aire acondicionado y/o un refrigerador para almacenar bebidas. Definitivamente volvere cuando el clima sea mas favorable y no sea necesario un aire acondicionado.

Sería una opción excelente si tuviera estacionamiento o al menos un convenio con alguno público. Y que tuviera aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Location. Is a 5 star location, just two minutes from zocalo. The TV was good in the room, the breakfast area was very good, including the food. Coffee, hot water for tea and Hot Chocolate 24/7 However the rooms are small. Was no liquid soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Friendly staff, safe area even if do not looks like.

The hotel was very centrally located and we were able to walk to many tourist sites. However, the room was very small and though the room had a ceiling fan, it was not sufficient to cool off the room. More bothersome was a smell and noise from that came in through the bathroom window from a business next to the hotel. We were five flights up from the lobby and the elevator overheated a few times and broke down completely on our last day there. That meant we had to climb a total of ten flights just to get something to eat as the hotel only serves a breakfast buffet daily. I hope the owners take appropriate action to correct these issues.

Bien para el precio, solo que no hay estacionamiento

Pésimo que no tienen servicio de valet parking menos estacionamiento o convenio con alguno, llega uno en la noche y tiene q ir a buscar donde dejar el carro caminar varias calles y ni se diga cargar con las maletas, además que en recepción se quedaron con mi INE por que mi acompañante no traía la suya y ni se diga que la entrada huele a orines o coladera.

Muy recomendable, el desayuno es sencillo pero buen sazón

La pasamos bien, habitaciones muy pequeñas, regadera sin cortina (se sale toda el agua), la primer noche nos dormimos sin bañar porque se acabó el agua. El desayuno muy bueno y con un área de comida muy agradable. Tienen máquina de café que puedes disfrutar a cualquier hora del día en forma gratuita

Excelente es pequeño pero bonito se tiene lo necesario, los desayunos excelentes, y tener disponible cafe las 24 hrs junto con juegos de mesa fue genial solo agregaria un vigilante x las noches en el callejon para entrar y con eso seria totalmente excelente. Regresaria en mi proxima estancia

The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

Un par de cucarachas en la habitación y enfrente del hotel había personas durmiendo en la calle o borrachitos lo que hacía que no se sintiera uno tan seguro. En el 2021 también me hospedé en este hotel y mi experiencia fue muy positiva, es por eso que me volví a hospedar ahí pero esta vez fue diferente.

I did not liked that the do not change bed sheets and towels every day

No me gustó que las aspas del ventilador tenían acumulado MUCHO polvo y al encenderlo por el calor HORRIBLE solo complicaba las cosas

El Hotel muy limpio, muy bien ubicado. Solo que durante la noche algo me picó en el cuerpo. Chinches o acaros.

En la hab que me dieron la cobija tenía varios cabellos cuando la eevisamos

We traveled as a couple. March. 6 nights. The rooms are so small, don't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, that made nights so hot. Good breakfast. we enjoyed the nice location, close to Zocalo.

It was ok the only negative is the Rooms are very small and no air conditioning.

Hace mucho calor en las habitaciones

No windows and no air conditioning in the room. I had to leave my door open to get air from the outside. Excellent location. Front desk is 24x7 and very helpful. Use Google translate to communicate, as most staff do not speak English.

A equipe é muito gentil e solícita e o café da manhã também é muito gostoso. No entanto, o quarto (simples) em que ficamos tinha uma estrutura bem ruim. Seu ponto positivo era a cama, mas era minúsculo não havia ar condicionado e apenas uma janela no banheiro. O ventilador de teto não dava conta do calor. Além disso, para tomar banho ou usar o sanitário era necessário fechar a janela para que outros hóspedes não nos vissem, depois abrir de novo para "ventilar". Um balé complicado que uma película de privacidade resolveria. Um ganchinho para a toalha de rosto também fez falta.

Hotel nuevo, excelente localización en el centro. En las habitaciones se hace mucho calor, si de abre la ventana hay demasiado ruido callejero.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit. The room is very small for two people, and the window faces the inner courtyard and aisle. So if you want to open the window, you need to give up privacy. The staff were kind and helpful.

Las habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas no tienen un area para resguardar las maletas y con cero ventilación en la habitación. Literal una cápsula sin ventanas

Friendly, clean, excellent customer service, location, and great breakfast. Arela and Yamile did great keeping every pan and food container filled and heated and trays with freshly cut fruit. Coffee was great!!! My only suggestion would be to check the mattresses., our was a little bit too hard. Maybe get them a little softer.

La propiedad es bonita y céntrica, el problema es que algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y son muy calientes. En mi estadía pedimos 3 habitaciones, en una el ventilador no funcionaba y aunque lo reportamos no lo arreglaron, en otra la puerta del baño no cerraba, tampoco lo arreglaron y la otra era demasiado caliente. El desayuno está bien, la atención también, custodia las maletas y tiene un pequeño patio para dejar las cosas. Me queda claro que se van a disculpar, pero así no arreglan nada mejor hubieran reparado el ventilador y la puerta del baño.

Me dirijo a usted para expresar una seria preocupación respecto a una experiencia perturbadora que tuve durante mi reciente estancia en su hotel. Al llegar, nos asignaron la habitación 103, que desafortunadamente ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. Al entrar, encontramos maletas y objetos personales, lo cual no solo fue una violación de privacidad sino también una situación extremadamente incómoda y preocupante. Confiamos en la seguridad y profesionalismo de su establecimiento, y este incidente fue un grave error. Además, durante las noches que nos hospedamos, recibimos llamadas desde varios números que según eran de la administración y de la gerencia del hotel, incluyendo el teléfono de la recepción, en varias ocasiones y a altas horas, en ningún momento se nos informó del motivo de estas llamadas, lo cual perturbó nuestro descanso considerablemente y afecto negativamente la percepción de nuestro bienestar dentro de su establecimiento. Confío en que comprenderá la importancia de este asunto y tomará las medidas necesarias para evitar que situaciones similares ocurran en el futuro.

All the staff is very friendly

Karla at front desk is amazing! I love the convenience of connecting with front desk through whatsapp! Room and safety was great. It is noisy as you are in downtown. but prevented with closing windows. Fan was nice. AC would be needed in summer, there was no AC, we did not need it. The food is so good on 5th floor. Coffee 24 hrs is amazing. I really like to hotel location, we walked everywhere. For further out places uber was easily and inexpensively taken.

Me gustó mucho, todo bien. Recomiendo que para ingresar sea por la calle que está de lado del restaurante, por que por la calle 5 de mayo está muy solo.

The location is close to important tourist sights , shopping , dining options from low budget to high end are numerous around the area , taxi/ uber is few steps from the hotel , clean and is generally safe with military presence due to it’s proximity to the presidential palace. Two concerns I have is that you can hear people talking at the waiting area since I was on the second floor and at least 2 or 3 homeless are based near the entrance, I never had issue with them ever but still it’s kinda scary when you go back late .

Una experiencia terrible, desde que vas a ingresar ya que en el callejón están los indigentes y huele horrible, no hay seguridad en el callejón. Al entrar a la habitación se siente la falta de oxigenación y la habitación extremadamente pequeña. Se anuncia como cuatro estrellas eso me dió la confianza de reservar por la cercanía al zócalo. Me registre en el hotel y al abrir la habitación supe que no no era lo que quería para mí hijita que me acompañaba e inmediatamente me fui de ese hotel. Hice reservación en otro en el cual me establecí. Definitivamente muy mala experiencia, también la cama muy dura. No lo recomiendo si vas en plan familiar , a lo mejor a una sola persona y que no le incomode ni lo feo del callejón y como se ve. No les puedo narrar más sobre el uso de la habitación como tal porque solo estuve 10 minutos y me fui a otro hotel.

This is a great value for the money, the good are, it's very clean, includes breakfast with great food, super friendly staff, the property is in excellent condition. The bad, it is in a very unsafe location in a corner alley street, a little dark at night and several homeless people around.

The location is perfect for walking to anywhere, this hotel is just in the middle of all the restaurants and attractions earthing is just walkable and all the people that works there are very nice and friendly, I’ll definitely go there again in the future.

It's hard to reach by car to the hotel entrance. The hotel.entramce is on the back of a restaurant so it smels bad around. But once you entre everything is ok. Comparing the staff at the Centro branch they are a bit colder but still good. And about the smell outside I don't think they can do anything about it because it's not their fault. Still a great location though

The property is OK for the price. Rooms are small and functional and the hotel is clean and nicely decorated within and the location is good for the centre, being in Zocala. But the entrance is on a dirty side street and the staff are more interested in their phones than providing customer service. The small elevator takes a long time to come and often goes past your floor without stopping. Breakfast is basic - items run out early. As a vegetarian I had expected eggs to be available, but the 1st morning they ran out an hour before end of breakfast and the 2nd day they had ham in them. However, you get what you pay for so if you are looking for something cheap and pleasant enough then this is fine.

The hotel is perfect if you like to walk around, the breakfast is very good for what you're paying, something you need to consider is that there is no air condition on the rooms only ceiling fan, what is making a little complicated but other then that it was a good experience

Su ubicación muy buena, todo queda muy cerca. Limpio, el desayuno muy completo. Los cuartos son pequeños pero duermes bien. Costo / Beneficio Excelente. Me volvería a quedar.
