Neat. Either new or remodeled. Super clean, nice. No airplane noise so the windows and walls are top notch (it’s parallel to the airport runway). Only downsides: - city bus to get there is ok but not well indicated. Use citymapper or google maps to get the directions. => it’s surprising that there are no hotels shuttles at all. Plenty of hotels all around. To go back to the airport the bus is U3. Bus stop right in front of the hotel so good. Neighborhood: large airport: a small homeless camp on the same road in the “woods” on the way to go eat to “the 3 magpies “. Would not go there at night or if a single woman. Hotel’s restaurant: bad reviews all around so likely not best. I will go there again if I need a night next to Heathrow.

The hotel appears to be new. At least it was very smart inside. Check-in was at a machine; all done in two minutes with help from an efficient staff member. Room was large and well appointed. Great bar and easy dinner menu. All staff were excellent; helpful and welcoming. Delighted to learn that there is an Avis rental pick-up and drop-off in the hotel and outside. Definitely my choice if using Terminals 2 and 3. Perhaps 5, but not so sure.

This is an outstanding hotel. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was spacious and clean and the WiFi was strong and reliable. We called maintenance about a small problem with the TV and they responded almost instantly and resolved the issue quickly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful—a very large, tasty variety of hot and cold foods. Tedd ( a manager at the buffet) went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We stayed for 5 nights. The bus that stops just outside the hotel took us to Terminal 2/3.in a matter of minutes and from there we could catch the subway to anywhere in central London. It is very convenient because the bus and tube run frequently.We have stayed at this hotel before and will do so again in the future.

Ideal for our needs after a flight as we were collecting a car the following day. This Holiday Inn Bath Road is relatively new and easily reached by Hotelhoppa bus at a reasonable price. Our hotels.com deal included dinner and breakfast which was great value and a good selection. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean and never heard one plane.

Very pleasant check in, room was clean and spacious, however it was on the ground floor adjacent to the car park. It had a basement feel to it. Airconditionong constantly cut out through the night and needed to be restarted. Could not open the window as we were adjacent to the carpark. Next time we would request a room on an upper level.

Very large. Double hotels under one roof Breakfast was great but dinner menu needs to be more down to earth and less phew-phew food. Would have liked a good plate of fish and chips. Staff was awesome. Rooms were absolutely soundproof.

Very close to the airport with a bus stop right near by that runs very frequently. Very accessible to the Piccadilly tube line to central London. The room was clean and had a nice view of the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The sport bar inside was very nice.

Fold out bed was very uncomfortable, was covered with a single sheet that kept coming off during the night. Thermostat said it was much colder than it was, so was unable to make it colder. This made it too hot that night.

The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The walls are quite thin though so you will be hearing noises from other rooms and also the hallways quite frequently. Staff were friendly and accommodating— would recommend.

The staff at this establishment were fantastic. Very helpful in all ways. Very smart 'front desk' uniforms. I have stayed here a number of times and will definately return soon. We had a great stay! Front desk at check in was fantastic. We had 3 in a room and one bed had no pillows. We called 3 times before someone brought us pillows. I was very frustrated my daughter called twice then I called and asked to speak to manager. Then we got pillows. Other than that great hotel, location and service.

Smiling faces all round. Food excellent. Room exceptional. Service wonderful. As we were leaving, my husband mislaid his walking stick. By the time I had gone back to our room and found it under the bed, reception staff had found him a replacement. So efficient.

The hotel itself was good but unfortunately we left an item. We contacted the hotel immediately we were on the train to Paddington and informed them that we left an item. We told them exactly where it was located. We also said we would be back the following Saturday and would pick it up. We spoke to 3 people and unfortunately no one was able to help us locate our forgotten item or email us back.

To be fair, I chose this hotel because I needed to take a flight at 6:15am and this hotel is very close to the Heathrow Airport. The area is isolated and there is nothing interests to be visited in the nearby area.

Don't go to the wrong Holiday Inn in this area or you will end up in migrant housing. They are only 1.5 miles apart. This location also doesn't have a free airport shuttle so expect to use Bolt/Uber if you don't have the flexibility the 1 hour hire shuttle requires.

It’s clean and close to the terminals. Probably around 5 minutes by a taxi. This is the main reason why people are staying there. Food is adequate but a bit pricey and need to wait a bit longer due to busyness. Overall it’s a good stay if you have an early flight.

Enjoyed the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Rooms were clean, large shower and plenty of lighting. 1 USB port for charging, will need a UK plug in adapter if from the US. Wonderful staff, convenient shuttle to airport for less then $10 or 7£

Stayed for one night before flying from Heathrow which is what I suspect most travellers use this hotel for. The room was clean and comfortable enough although the beds were very narrow and far too soft for our preference. We had a pleasant enough evening meal in the restaurant, the staff were friendly but it was very overpriced. There are lots of Heathrow-adjacent hotels and we chose this hotel based on the breakfast reviews as we wanted a decent meal before travelling. We were therefore disappointed for various reasons. Firstly, breakfast was advertised as seating until 10am, we went to sit at 9.55 and staff were clearly irritated by this. What we had was nice enough but we didn't get to enjoy pancakes or waffles and were rushed throughout as they tidied up around us. It's a buffet breakfast so lots would have been thrown away as the doors were swiftly shut by about 10 past so any of us choosing a later sitting were denied a second plate. Realistically, they don't actually serve you properly until 10 so go before half 9 if you can or better still, pay less and eat at one of the airport eateries as you pay extra for this 'privilege'

The room we were provided was for people with mobility issues. As a result we did not feel comfortable using the bathroom. It lacked towel rods, the shower was too small with the assistance equipment present. The restaurant staff for breakfast was in a hurry to clear out our table, we felt rushed. There was a server who picked up bread off the floor and did not change gloves prior to resuming restocking the bread.

I stayed in a lot of hotels on my trip, but the two IHG hotels on my trip (to include this one) stood out. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurants and lobby. The extra details like a vending machine with essentials, screen with flight info in Sports bar, car rental right there were really nice. The food was good at both the sports bar and restaurant. The service was great. Overall a great experience for our jet lagged weary persons.
