Comfortable room, excellent water pressure, relaxing decor

I will definitely be staying here when I am in Philadelphia again. What a beautiful property the rooms are so well maintained and stylish. Thank you so much for a great stay.

No hot breakfast the first morning and the other mornings were all the same items. More variety would have been nice

Everything very clean

Firstly, hotels.com and hotel indicated free parking (especially for high tier status). The staff even acknowledged they didn’t know what that was referenced on web, since it’s not true. And the worse yet, only after I was done with my evening and back to the hotel did the hotel disclose a lack of hot water. The entire episode turned into quite the fiasco between the failings of front desk staff and Hotels.com to resolve or offset the miserable experience. It wasted countless hours during my trip. This was a true mess in every sense of the word.
