The resort is amazing by itself, and the scenery is great. Fantastic place for relaxing on the beach, very clear water and cliffs to dive from to avoid sand. However, the operation of this great facility is a disgrace!!! WiFi is super unstable, and during the times it work, it is slow. Restaurants on-site are not good, and breakfast is a joke. Very messy buffet, and quality is not what you would expect. They advertis having a gym, but in reality the don*t, there is an area with a few TRX bands, and 1 set of 15kg dumbbells, 2ea kettlebells (8kg and 12kg) and that's it- not a gym in my opinion. Despite of this we enjoyed our stay, because the scenery is absolutely amazing!

This is a resort that is separated from any community it is in. Assuming you drive there, you are then separated from your car by a 15 minute walk - getting away during your stay is tough. The rooms are actually small separate houses like a holiday village and are very nice. Mine had a view of the stunning coast we were on. The place is enormous and has many places to eat. I would imagine you really want at least half board which I did not have. It has the feel of a theme park and so would suit those that like that sort of thing. It is also is heavily forested and has a large nature park which give it a Jurassic park type feel which is great if that is your thing.

My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more helpful to sort out these little things. Everything else was perfect. The food, the pools and the beach and the other staffs were all great.
