Overall Good to Excellent stay at the Junto. My only complaints are in regards to the parking garage is 1/2 block away and the parking fees posted are inaccurate (posted sign says $15/day but in fact $30 for 24 hours) and there are no parking receipts available for which one needs to be re-imbursed for travel/business. Lastly, no laundry on site. The rest is excellent. The staff are very courteous and there are two nice restaurants in the hotel.

This is a very new hotel, and we enjoyed the options for dining on site -- there are three. We loved the views from the rooftop bar. Our room was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. There are many amenities here, like a bicycle garage, filtered water bottle refil (and even fizzy water if you like), and excellent valet parking service.

Swanky spacious first floor with plenty of upscale indoor and outdoor gathering areas, large and small. The rooftop restaurant had great food and drinks, and in-house coffee shop was great. The open-air bars provided a relaxing but very fun vibe. Room had upscale cozy decor, very updated bathrooms, and a welcoming window seat. Try blackout pulldown screens. Slightly Bummed that there wasn’t decaf coffee packs available in room. Speedy valet and friendly staff. I was here on business but it’s one of those hotels where I wished my family was with me to enjoy the “resort” while I was at work for the day.

Another nice perk is the pour over coffee offered in room vs the traditional Kuerig makers we are all used to. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back!

The beds in the room were less than comfortable and it was so noisy to move around on, also there were sticky stains on the floor that we stepped in. Staff at hotel was so friendly and helpful. Great coffee and food options available through the hotel.

Shower wasn’t cleaned. There was damage on a night table. Electric stopped working in the bathroom after dinner - no lights. Was supposed to check in at 4. Days before was told to come early for early check in. Day of told no early check in. Got there an hour early and they said they would call us when room was ready. We sat in lobby and waited. We saw new people walking in and going right to a room so at 430 we asked and they said they weren’t calling because they were busy. I get that it’s sold out but we have plans - be more respectful of our time. When we told management the next day at check out they said they were sorry and comped the valet parking. IMO more should have been done.

One of the very best hotels! Between being greeted by valet and their attention to detail (making it feel so personable), to the staff at the front desk, so amazing! The room was SO CUTE, and everything was clean. The SHOWER was amazing and the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in as far as hotel beds. Anytime I’m in Columbus I’m gonna stay here. Hands down AMAZING!

I loved how cozy the rooms were. I was a little upset when I saw my room didn't have a bath tub like shown in ever picture. The room was also supposed to be sound proof but the door rattled every time someone passed it and I could here other people talking. The views were amazing and I liked that I could walk just about everywhere. The parking did suck since you had to pay to park for every day you are there and could rack up your expenses. Especially when you don't plan to pay to park

The hotel is lovely BUT we had the worst stay ever. We were put in room 733 which is directly below the rooftop bar. The noise each night was horrendous, coming to a crescendo on the final night as there was a private function above us. It started at 5pm and went on until 11.30pm. We couldn’t sleep and my husband had to wear noise cancelling headphones in order to try and get some rest. The whole point of a hotel is sleep which we didm’t get.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and went above and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Our bed was comfortable and there were two shades to allow for you to make the room as dark as you’d like. There are 3 elevators which all run extremely fast. The bar has great drink and service. We ate at the restaurant as well, which had an amazing cheeseburger and biscuits. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area. The location is perfect, you’re close to everything but not on top of everything. There are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is a refreshing break from the big hotel chains. The rooms are a nice size with updated bathrooms and amenities. We loved that the room was completely dark when sleeping and we couldn't hear anything outside of the room. The rooftop bar was a great way to end the night, and the front desk and bartenders were friendly and attentive. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is the room temperature wasn't manageable. We asked for the A/C to be adjusted down since are room was hovering at 76 degrees during the day and 73-74 degrees at night. It was too warm to sleep comfortably.

The front of house staff/hotel aesthetics were great. However, the hot water in our room’s shower could only generously be described as lukewarm. The staff sent an engineer up to our room twice to troubleshoot, but despite the shower faucet being maxed out, the water was lukewarm. Even with everything else being positive, it definitely was a killjoy to not even be able to enjoy taking a shower.

Very nice, clean, and has good amenities. My only complaint is that the walls/ joint door is thin and the vent in the bathroom is not soundproof. I heard my neighbors. Everyone was respectful of the timing. Also, the toilet makes noise when someone nearby flushes their toilet.

The mattresses are terrible. 2 people in a king bed and we both rolled to the middle, no support and they are very loud. Small child on bunk bed sounded like they were going to fall through every time they rolled over. They need to be replaced. Room 319, go lay in the bed and see how bad it is. Lobby is nice, people are very nice.

We stayed for one night and the hotel is perfect. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The valet company on the other hand was very unprofessional. When they parked our car they left it unlocked and someone broke into it and stole my wife’s camera. When the car was brought back to us it was a mess. Everything from the glovebox was scattered everywhere. Driver seat was laying down. We are very unhappy with the valet. Hopefully they make it right for us. I will update this review once the claim has been resolved. It is a 3rd party valet company.

This property does a lot very well! The lobby is beautiful, rooms are well appointed, big and kept clean. My gripe is really the service, which I’m usually loathe to say anything bad about. At check in I was given a free drink token. I tried 4 times to use it during the posted hours and 4 times the bar tender told me they were closed. I tried at noon, 2pm and 10pm twice. The restaurant hosted assured me that the bar should be open, so not really sure what happened. The hotel isn’t cheap and I don’t think it’s insane to want the hotel bar to be open when they say it’s going to be open. While there we enjoyed the onsite coffee shop and had dinner and drinks on the rooftop. Both of these venues were positive experiences. Would I stay here again? Probably and likely will, strictly on the fact that I enjoyed the room.

The thing that matters most to me when booking a hotel is cleanliness and I am happy to say that the Junto excels in this area. Another nice perk is the pour over coffee offered in room vs the traditional Kuerig makers we are all used to. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back!

The location of this property was perfect for my family trip to COSI. Only a few minute walk away and ample parking in the COSI garage for over night. Everything from the friendly staff, area to work, and attached coffee shop and tavern was great. They also have outdoor equipment that guests can use that included everything from bikes, scooters, coolers, etc. The room was extremely clean and organized. If I ever come back to stay in Columbus again, the Junto will be my spot!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and went above and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Our bed was comfortable and there were two shades to allow for you to make the room as dark as you’d like. There are 3 elevators which all run extremely fast. The bar has great drink and service. We ate at the restaurant as well, which had an amazing cheeseburger and biscuits. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area. The location is perfect, you’re close to everything but not on top of everything. There are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a beautiful hotel. The bathroom set up wasn’t great, and the breakfast area on Saturday morning was understaffed and a bit crazy to figure out how to even order. Never had a problem getting an uber and going to the places we needed to attend.

Swanky spacious first floor with plenty of upscale indoor and outdoor gathering areas, large and small. The rooftop restaurant had great food and drinks, and in-house coffee shop was great. The open-air bars provided a relaxing but very fun vibe. Room had upscale cozy decor, very updated bathrooms, and a welcoming window seat. Try blackout pulldown screens. Slightly Bummed that there wasn’t decaf coffee packs available in room. Speedy valet and friendly staff. The Junto was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. The cleanliness, friendly staff and valet, amenities with the hotel were all phenomenal. I used the valet in Friday when I arrived and when I went to go pick up my vehicle on Sunday, they remembered who I was and remembered my vehicle. This hotel had a new, hip vibe. Really loved the shared items room, hotel bar, and rooftop bar. There is also a restaurant on site that opens the doors to become outdoor when the weather is nice. We would go here again. If you have the means to pay for nicer, this was worth it.
