Definitely not a 4 star hotel at all! As soon as I arrived I called for shuttle service they informed me it woukd be 10 minutes. 1 hr later 4 calls no shuttle. Every other hotel shuttle came by numerous times except for the crown plaza. I was told 10 more minutes he is getting gas finally gave up took a uber so I don't miss my meeting I flew in to attend. Pulled up shuttle was sitting right in the front of the hotel. Check in was kind enough to check me in earlier due to the situation. Nice lobby but hotel rooms and hotel is a 3 star at best. Old furnished rooms and Nothing near this hotel as well. I got back to hotel sat at the bar to order a drink and food at 4:55pm they said he was changing and on his way down to the bar area . Waited 20 minutes Front desk kept advising all of us waiting he would be down soon . The bar was suppose to opens at 5pm. He was 20 minutes late had to wait another 10 minutes to open up and stock up. Asked for water I got tap water from the sink in the kitchen. Truly disappointed with this hotel. They are not well organized. Not a good experience at all.

Great hotel. But don’t stay if driving. Our Truck and 14 others at this hotel and 4 other hotels in the area for a total of 40 vehicles got windows broken same night. Police told us staying near the airport is a targeted area for crime and breaking into vehicle. Been to Nashville 3 times this year and first time staying near the airport and last time. Hotels great, clean and awesome. expect your car to be broken into.

Their own website advertises FREE transportation between BNA and the hotel, NOPE - we had to either take a taxi or Uber there. No open restaurant or bar (bar was open at 6:00 PM). I don't know where they got the pictures of the room from but ours was old and STINKY like mold or mildew. The hotel staff was excellent though and apologized when we checked out after a less than 3 hour stay.

The hotel was clean. But there was no breakfast as it stated there would be it was all dry stuff. No one asked us how our stsy was . There was no vending machines no snacks or any drinks and the only drinks tey had that was available was diet and red bulls, everyrhing was empty . The gym ypu had to have a membership to even go in there the pool was under maintenance. The room was nice but no one replaced our towels the 3 days we stayed the trash was overflowing and there was no info on anything .the staff was nice but i wouldn't give this hotel a 5 star

Around 10 cars were broken into and I had two cars there one window was broken and the other car LUCKILY we forgot to lock and all other cars windows were broken as well. Staff did provide bags to clean up (how nice of them to make sure we cleaned up the mess so they didn’t have to) did not provide anything other than that. I’m not blaming the hotel but considering how many were broken into and they have cameras NOBODY caught it which means they do not monitor anything and no compisation not even a free night to try to bring us back to have a better experience. So be aware your car is not safe!

Everything was nice and new. Beautiful decor. The biggest drawback was the stench of cigarette the minute you walk in the lobby, and then as you enter the room it smelled like cigarettes and weed.

The hotel was decent but not very clean. There was trash on the ground in your room, shower floors were very stained. The water took about 15-20 minutes to warm up. Our ac also clicked all night so we barely slept. We unfortunately won't be back.

Staff were great. I was really tired so all I did was take a picture but when i entered the room a 1" long cockroach scurried to the corner of the room. I had enough time to get a nice picture and posting it on Facebook before he darted into the bathroom. I am an outdoorsy person and am used to bugs, and since I was so tired I didn't bother calling the desk because their solution would have been to just move me to another room, and if there are roaches in one room they are in all of them. Just saying if you can't stand bugs, I wouldn't make this place my first choice. I travel a lot so I just figured this was no worse than the room I got once with a bullet hole in the window.....as I get older I guess I just go with the flow....

Simply terrible, room was dirty. Towels were dirty, smelled like smoke hairs in the shower. Housekeeping went into our room before we even checked out, it was 10:30am. Hallways smelled, would not recommend this place to stay.

The overall look and interior and decorations were beautiful but as soon as you walk in your hit with the worst smell of propane gas. When we asked they made a joke of it like it's something with kitchen we've already been told about it. But it's so unpleasant. Then the lighting in the bedrooms SUCKKKKK. PLEASE FIX THAT

The property has been cleaned up, but we found cockroaches in our room, overhead light was out, telephone didnt work, toilet was loose and toilet seat was not secured. DID like the heayed bathroom mirror that didnt fog up, Heat/AC was comfortable.

We drove from Alabama for a funeral. On an already emotional day, They allowed us to check-in early to get dressed in our room. Forever grateful. Also, I use a wheelchair so space is a must. The room was spacious, soft impeccably made beds (could barely untuck the sheets, lol), clean bathroom with plenty of room for me to roll around without bumping into anything. We will be back!

The room we originally checked into had a broken bed that would fall over when you sat on it and the ceiling light where you walked in was out. We got moved to a new room because of the bed but the AC didn’t work in the new room and one of those beds were semi broken too. Also it had coffee pods and all the things to put in it, even lids for cups, but no cups. Then right as we were checking out, we discovered they gave our room to someone else and we met them at the door before they walked in.

Beautiful hotel and because everything was so great I hate to sound like I’m picking. One thing that did bother me was the WIFI connection. In my 3 night stay I was only able to get a somewhat reliable connection on the last day. No matter, I would still stay there again

Very nice lobby, and good service, because our first room smelled smoky, but were given a second room, which was great. The beds are very comfortable and seemed new, wonderful. Bright bathroom and lots of room. Very close to the airport, short trip to return the rent a car, then brief walk to checkin/security.

There were 2 major problems with my stay at this hotel. This first one was there was no hot water while taking a shower or using the bathroom sink. So when you took a shower it stayed cold and I found that you had to run the shower for 20+ mins and then the water got alittle warm. So I had to end up taking 3 cold showers staying there. As I don't have 20 mins to wait for the water to become like warm. The bathroom vent housing was dangling from the ceiling as well. Which is alarming too. But the worse thing were the bedframe/boxsprings. While the mattress was subpar at best.The box springs were absolutely cheap on each queen bed. They would move around as they were very light and cheap The moment you laid or sat on them . The box springs would creek and start to move from side to side. This hotel was just remodeled 3 months ago so in my mind this is absolutely unacceptable for a remodeled hotel. How does ones shower have no hot water for 20+ mins when the shower hasn't even been used. I do not recommend this hotel.

We actually never even got to check in. Two and a half hours into our 4 hour drive, we got a call from the front desk stating that they were overbooked, and that we no longer had a room for the night. This is, of course, after having had the reservation in place for NINE days. Fortunately for us, we found another place to stay. But we will never, ever consider staying at a Crowne Plaza again. The staff member didn't even offer to help us find a new place, didn't offer a voucher for a free or discounted stay...nothing. Absolutely terrible experience, and I will tell everybody about it anytime I hear "Crowne Plaza" in the future.

I have never experienced anything quite like what I encountered at this hotel. I got there at 8.30am to be told that my room was still being cleaned and it would be another 30/45minutes. This went on until 1am when I finally got my room. There were so many guests whose rooms weren't ready and when I did get to my room there was no toilet paper or towels and was cleaned at the bare minimum. The toilets downstairs had throw up in them and stayed like that the whole time I was waiting for my hotel room. There were about 12 other guests experiencing the same thing as myself. I was shocked at the treatment of guests and the chaos happening without any really recognition of how huge an imposition this was for their guests. Will not be returning and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel until they can figure out their system.

The property was very well keep and the room was decent. I didn’t like that I got us two queen beds and the mattress was comfortable but the frame that the mattress was on didn’t seem stable. So when I would get up the mattress would lean to the side. The front desk clerk at night that checked us in was very friendly. But during the stay our room keys weren’t working so my daughter went to the front desk. Then clerk didn’t greet her, just stuck out her hand when my daughter told her the keys were not working and gave her new key cards without speaking. Checking out I walked up to that same clerk that seemed to be watching tv and she looked up st me and eyed me to speak to the other clerk to check us out. Maybe she was on break but it seemed unprofessional like she didn’t want to be bother with us. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t even greet us. Over all I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, but ownership needs to be more attentive. Needs pest control - killed 2 large roaches in the room. Poor staff is terribly overworked - had to wait an hour to check in as the front desk was abandoned due to staff going home to shower and nap after working multiple 24 hour shifts. Staff was actually sleeping in lobby late evening as no relief work showed up. Staff was polite and situation not their fault - hotel ownership needs to step up. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Through no fault of the front desk, our room wasn't ready until after 4:00. There was a line waiting for check-in and they almost gave our room away. We were told we were receiing a $100 discount ($302.00 to $202.00) only to be charged $393. This could be a nice hotel if they will get it staffed. As of now, we would never stay there again.

Great hotel. But don’t stay if driving. Our Truck and 14 others at this hotel and 4 other hotels in the area for a total of 40 vehicles got windows broken same night. Police told us staying near the airport is a targeted area for crime and breaking into vehicle. Been to Nashville 3 times this year and first time staying near the airport and last time. Hotels great, clean and awesome. expect your car to be broken into.

The Crowne Plaza was just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville with great ratings but 1/3 of the price. We were in town for a concert but did not want to spend $300 to $400 for 1 night. The Crowne Plaza was ideal for our stay in nashville

The people that work at the front desk don't tend to sit at the front desk. Instead, they sit on the comfy couches in the lobby. While I don't blame them for preferring that, you don't really realize that the person you need to talk to about an issue is even there; you mistake them for a hotel guest. They don't serve breakfast in the morning, which is fine, but they also had zero stock in the refrigerated areas in the lobby. In other words, they had no food or drink for sale in the building either. I had to get in my car and drive a mile or so to get something to eat. However, the rooms are pretty and clean and for the price, it was an ok place to stay.

Horrible stay. The restaurant was closed the whole time. The sink didn't have a stopper. There was hair in tue bathroom. The roller curtain was broken so we didn't have privacy from the outside and couldn't sleep in because of the sunlight. We had to have our key reprogrammed everyday of the stay, as did our neighbors. The fire alarm went off the last night of stay. We wont stay here again.

The facility is really nice but very understaffed. I only saw two workers(who were nice) the two days we were there. I had no wash cloths so i called the front desk. They said they'll send housekeeping up with some. They never showed so my wife went down to get a couple.... only to find out that they could only locate ONE towel. Has a great setup for serving food but didn't even serve a continental breakfast

Their own website advertises FREE transportation between BNA and the hotel, NOPE - we had to either take a taxi or Uber there. No open restaurant or bar (bar was open at 6:00 PM). I don't know where they got the pictures of the room from but ours was old and STINKY like mold or mildew. The hotel staff was excellent though and apologized when we checked out after a less than 3 hour stay.

I expected a Crowne Plaza. It was not. That said, the staff was good. No bar or food available in the evening. Airport shuttle not available. Well lit parking. Room was ok. Hall light didn't work and it appeared the room had been broken into by the condition of the door and lock. Close to airport.

This was a nice hotel. Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was packs of oatmeal so that was a let down. They only had decaf coffee in the room. They had 2 conditioners and no shampoo in the bathroom. It seems like they are still in a transition phase and when it’s complete it will be great. For now it’s good but could use a better eye on detail.

Rooms were clean. On a 6 day stay, 3 days no breakfast which was paid for was not availble. On another 2 days yogurt which was primised for my vegetarian partner was not available. On one day no milk was available but hilo was for which she made do. Her stay at this hotel was dissapointing as she had to make time to get breakfast outside the hotel which was a total waste of time and not planned for. Dont stay at this hotel. Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Terrible showing to tourists.

The stay itself was good. We used the parking lot to do a park and fly. Too bad when we got back from our trip our vehicle had been broken into along with several others. My backpack was stolen out of the vehicle. Yes there are cameras but there are also signs that say they are not responsible for stolen items. Think twice before you pay to park and fly at this hotel.
