The stay was great. The only thing i could complain about was the elevators were under maintenance so it took a long time to go up and down floors using the one set that was working. Rooms were clean and everything was organized.

Construction in the room above me all night. Trash lined out the trash chute all the way at to our room. 1 Elevator worked the entire week and the lock got stuck and almost had to fall fire department to let us back in from balcony

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

This was out second stay at the property. It's bit dated but still offers beach access, outdoor pools (including a heated one) and nearby amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed on the 24th floor! Penthouse view was beautiful. Right on the water. Unit was clean and plenty of space. I liked that there was a washer and dryer available to use. Good communication on property regarding codes needed for parking and unit. The only complaint was the elevators. They took a long time to get to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

I would probably say a 2 . Only one elevator was working a lot of time and they only had 2 working when it did. That makes for a lot of waiting in a 23 floor motel. Most mornings and evenings there was usually a 20-30 minute wait to get one the elevator. Condo was ok. Nothing special and when you leave they send you an email of everything you have to do or be charged for it. I’ve never had a motel room/condo that we’ve had to do that with before. We just left so I’m assuming we’re going to be charged for something even though we did everything in the email. Maybe not. Just a feeling from talking to them a couple of times. I won’t be using them again

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience. Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good. Overall, good experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm sad to say that this condo was not what we hoped for. It does have beautiful views and the pools are perfect for the kids. But when we got there the condo was not clean. There was trash, chocolate, a dirty cup in the guest bed! There was dirt everywhere on tbe floor. Loose hair ans dirt in the drawers. There were many dirty dishes where no one washed them and put them back in the cabinets. I called when we got there to let them know it was dirty. The owner of the condo called me directly and was very nice. He sent them to clean it again and although they did sweep the floors better the guest bed room still had trash on the bed and the sheets were still dirty and their was still dirt and hair in the bathrooms. So I had to wash the bedding and clean the condo to feel like it was clean enough for us to stay. We were able to enjoy our trip but it was disappointing to look forward to this trip and walk into a dirty condo.

The location itself is very nice and convenient if you want to explore. However, entering the condo it smelled like cigarettes and the amount one pays for the cleaning fee doesn’t correlate as it wasn’t cleaned properly. I did let management know within the 24 hour time frame but all they could say is sorry and there was no solution to the problem. They stopped answering my text messages after asking for an update. I am very understanding but this was disappointing as I would have appreciated more effort from management.

We have stayed here for about 15 years now. First time to stay in this room. Room was not cleaned well. Microwave had food all in it, spilled gel in bathroom drawer and floor was sandy. Master bed was not comfortable… comforter dirty with looked to be blood stain on it. If room was cleaned well and new mattress we would stay again. Convenient location and beautiful beach!

Was an amazing stay. The condo had everything we needed for a week to stay. Was super clean besides sand, but that’s normal! My only advice would be to bring your own big pans that are nonstick. I had some trouble with cooking and things sticking to the pan. Other than that, it was perfect!

This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4.

Room was perfect, very clean, everything you could possibly think of was included in the kitchen. The view was amazing and the room was very well kept. The only things that need some work is the guest bedroom's queen mattress. It sagged so much that you had to sleep in the middle to keep from rolling off of the edges. The mattress definitely needs replacing but other than that this room was in top condition! I still gave 5 stars because other reviews say the beds were fine so it may be a new issue.

The beach view was excellent from the condo. The location was awesome. The condo was clean and customer service was excellent. Cons...only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. The bed and living room furniture were soooo uncomfortable. I did not rest well. It was hard to relax on the furniture. I would definitely stay here again maybe not in this particular condo.. if the bed and furniture were more comfortable, i would definitely book same room next year

Wonderful view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony. Very nice to step out the door and right on to the beach. Also within walking distance to to restaurants and shopping. Great communications with the owner, we had everything we needed to make it a stress free vacation.

Great location , 1 mile from Pier Park, love staying on upper floors, the view was wonderful, the balcony was spacious and private. The condo is not fancy or decorated beautifully, but has everything you need for a great vacation, condo was clean and the elevators are very fast. Ethann was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I Would definitely stay at this condo again.

This condo was perfect! More than enough space for 4 adults. Love the balcony and the bay window in master bedroom. Super clean and very well stocked with dishes, cups and other cooking utensils. It has a brand new dishwasher now too. (a new was installed while we were there) I thought being on the 17th floor would be scary, but it was so peaceful watching the ocean from the balcony. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene cut our visit short, wished we could have enjoyed it longer. We would definately stay there again.

Second floor unit too close to street level so lots of noise at night audible in bedroom which is on the entry side of the unit and near elevators. The rest if the unit was perfect especially the balcony view of the beach.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to plenty of things. However, the customer service was not good. Our air conditioning unit was not working, and it took an extended time to get it repaired. We had to sleep 2 nights without ac, and it was mid 80s in the condo in the meantime. I was also told we would be provided with extra fans that were not provided, and I was hung up by customer service.

The directions led us to the Wyndham which is across the street from the condo, but there was a skybridge, so we didn't have to cross the street. Emerald Beach Resort and the Wyndham condos are in the same building across the street with Wyndham on one side and Emerald beach on the others side. It was quite a maze logistically to get around. Once we learned how to get around, we were much more at ease. If an explanation of the layout and parking was given initially, I believe it would help with the check-in process. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Property owner is super friendly and great with communication and quick response. We have visited PCB about 10 times. Check in process was the smoothest it has ever been and the condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach! Also had extra pillows, blankets and towels which was super nice! We would definitely return to the same condo! Great location- easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Emerald Beach is our favorite place to stay!

Well while the room had a beautiful view. It started not so great with the way to get luggage to your room. The bed was uncomfortable the tv in the bedroom did not work the door to the balcony was very hard to open. But the worst part of staying in this room was the maintenance guy and a contractor was able to enter the room without our knowledge. When we called southern rental about this matter we let them know that we was not informed about these people coming in our room and they acted like it was not a big deal at all. So not very happy with the southern rental company and will not be booking with them again.

The resort overall was good, just they mixed up our room with someone else’s room and gave us the code to the door that someone else had rented before already and we didn’t know it My Wife and I unlocked the door with the code they sent us and we walked inside and somebody was in there. We almost got shot that man was really mad at us and came with a gun that almost scared us to death so I called them and said that the room we rented was in use so they gave us a different room and that room we got also had a washer and dryer in there and we washed our clothes when we took our clothes out of the washer. They were completely ruined. I don’t know what it was if it was oil or something but our clothes had a complete gray-black isch color about $100 worth of clothes and I hope to get a partial refund from Emerald Beach resort

Great location , 1 mile from Pier Park, love staying on upper floors, the view was wonderful, the balcony was spacious and private. The condo is not fancy or decorated beautifully, but has everything you need for a great vacation, condo was clean and the elevators are very fast. Ethann was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Property owner is super friendly and great with communication and quick response. We have visited PCB about 10 times. We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

The resort is lively and in a great location. The ocean was turquoise and the water was clear and beautiful. Have chairs and an umbrella provided was great. Make sure you have the right garage code upon arrival. The condo was nice, but could have been stocked better. We also found old food in the cabinet above the stove. It was very spacious and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend putting some rugs down to prevent sand in your beds. The master bed was HARD as a board (some people may like that) and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But other than that, the condo was good. We enjoyed the beach and Starbucks on property.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We love the easy access to the beach and pool. There was no need to drive anywhere we could walk to at least 4 restaurants nearby. We were also able to walk to arcades, putt putt golf, and go carts. This place is one of our favorite places to stay!

First, we were given the wrong address for check-in. When we finally got to our room the room had cracks in the floor and ceiling and the floors were severely slanted towards the middle of the room. The outside of the building also looked like it was falling apart. We did not feel safe during our stay, so we had to get a different hotel, and they refused to compensate us back.

The Beachfront view from the unit is great. My rental unit has a walk-in shower in the master bedroom which is great for older guests. Spacious living room and kitchen with appliances. The guest portal makes the check in/out process is very easy with the door and parking garage codes sent via the portal. The (remote) staff are very helpful when problems arise. I was seamlessly moved to another unit when the original rental unit had AC problems discovered the day before my arrival. Overall, the amenities, great customer service and convenient location made the vacation rental worthwhile.
