Nice cosy hotel near the metro station. The staff was helpful. Room was clean and with enough space to fit a family of four. There were just two chairs at the table though, a bit awqard if the entire family wants to sit down. Garage is big and safe.

Very quiet, safe and convenient. 1 block of Tram station... they offer to change a room after 2 days claiming ac didnt work, but was very fresh...didnt need it, so we kept the same room. Remodeled. Washer included and espresso machine, oven, kitchen, tv. Really nice for 4 nights in family.

Room condition was great when we first got here, lots of space and very clean. BUT the lift and the air conditioning didn’t work at all during the whole stay (3 nights.) We complained about the AC immediately, but no serious action was taken. We couldn’t sleep at all because it was too hot, so we talked about this many times but the manager said “it is not a big deal” and didn’t offer to help at all. Her attitude was very unprofessional and irresponsible. With the lift, we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every time. They said someone is coming the next morning, but obviously it wasn’t fixed when we checked out. We had to physically go down to the reception to ask for anything and on the last day we had to use our own mobile phone to call the reception, no phone in the room and it’s ridiculous. Service level of this hotel is shocking and i would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. 방은 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗하지만 서비스 최악, 기본이 안되어있음. 3일 내내 엘베랑 에어컨 안됨. 컴플레인 했는데 별 일 아니라고 아무런 조치도 취하지 않음. 더워서 잠못자고 5층에 묵어서 계단 오르락 내리락 다리아프고 총체적 난국. 방에 전화기도 없어서 내돈내고 내폰으로 리셉션에 전화해야함. 추천하지 않음. 4성급이라니

Excellent place to stay while in Budapest!!! Location was fantastic and there is a Metro Station around the corner and lots of restaurants walking distance, including the Ruins Bars District. The staff was very friendly and always looking for ways to help. Parking is limited but the staff made it work for us, so make sure you let them know ahead if you have a car with you. We would definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip Budapest!

Location is great and more importantly, for a family of 4 it’s great value. Tram and underground within 5 min walk to take you to the centre. Lots of amenities also very close by. Only 1 lift is very limited and can imagine it causing delays when busy. The apartment hotels Room with living room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A brilliant experience overall.

Wonderful hotel, breakfast only 14 euros and well worth it. Lovely restaurants nearby but hotel is in a nice quiet area. Rooms were cleaned daily and really nice. Would highly recommend this place

Our room had an infestation of ants in the bed and on the floor. My daughter got bit by an ant. Had to complain twice before we were moved rooms and that was after I showed video proof that I wasn’t talking about one to two ants crawling around the room.

Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits dans la plus grande des suites de cet hôtel à Budapest et notre expérience a été décevante. Malgré le standing affiché de l'établissement, plusieurs points n'étaient absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le ménage n’a pas été effectué pendant deux jours. Bien que nous l'ayons signalé à la réception, aucune action n'a été prise pour résoudre ce problème. Les finitions de la chambre laissent à désirer : les murs étaient sales et abîmés, ce qui donnait une impression générale de négligence. Le service, en général, a également été décevant. Au petit-déjeuner, le personnel parlait très peu anglais, ce qui est problématique dans un hôtel qui accueille des voyageurs internationaux. L'expérience au moment du check-out a été le point culminant de notre déception. La dame à la réception s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable. Non seulement elle avait des difficultés à comprendre et à s'exprimer en anglais, mais elle a aussi tenté de nous facturer des services que nous avions déjà payés. Son comportement était clairement inapproprié : elle soupirait devant nous, montrant un manque total de professionnalisme. Cet hôtel n’a pas répondu à nos attentes et ne mérite pas son classement actuel.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Personal nur zum Teil verständnisvoll. Checkin war absolut emotionslos und strukturiert nach Plan und nicht herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil hochwertig, aber ansatzweise abgewohnt. Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht (es wurde nicht gesaugt), aber Handtuchwechsel klappte. Der Teppich im Fahrstuhl sah 3 Tage furchtbar aus. Frühstück sehr gut und frisch. Die Lage ruhig aber etwas langweilig im Vergleich zu anderen Vierteln.

I liked the 1.5 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit for 6pp. Nice tub. Nice snacks and water amenities. Great breakfast for the price, especially bc they had sandwiches made that you could take with you for lunch. Great coffee service. Only complaint was the noise outside the front of the hotel which we were located above. It went on thru early morning hours. Garbage trucks went through at 6am and spent 20 minutes making an incredible noise.

I liked everything about the hotel except the shower. The tub only has half a glass and it's a hand shower on the long wall. There is no way to take a shower without water splashing out of the shower. You have to be careful. Other than that great place. Breakfast was cheap and good. Like $12

Pros: -Super clean apartment -Great central location -Had everything I needed -No noise from the apartments next door Cons: -Heating couldn’t be turned down, so the room got really warm at night (up to 24–25°C) -The shower leaked and left the whole bathroom floor wet -Even though it’s listed as soundproof, you can hear every step and noise from the people upstairs Apart from these issues I encountered, it's a good hotel in a central location.

Room condition was great when we first got here, lots of space and very clean. BUT the lift and the air conditioning didn’t work at all during the whole stay (3 nights.) We complained about the AC immediately, but no serious action was taken. We couldn’t sleep at all because it was too hot, so we talked about this many times but the manager said “it is not a big deal” and didn’t offer to help at all. Her attitude was very unprofessional and irresponsible. With the lift, we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every time. They said someone is coming the next morning, but obviously it wasn’t fixed when we checked out. We had to physically go down to the reception to ask for anything and on the last day we had to use our own mobile phone to call the reception, no phone in the room and it’s ridiculous. Service level of this hotel is shocking and i would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Lovely clean hotel with a great team working for all your needs. We were early for check in and only planning to leave our bags but were advised the room is ready, so we got settled before venturing out to the city. The staff are all helpful and accommodating too, on the last day they kept our bags until the afternoon as our flight was in the evening. Most of the city attractions are all walking distance and the hotel is located on a very quiet street away from the noise. We stayed in the two bed apartment and the rooms were great, comfy bed and a bonus to have our own kitchen too. Would highly recommend this hotel for any future stays in Budapest, especially with the family and kids.

Very nice and helpful staff (Maria and Natalia, thanks for all the recommendations!), absolutely amazing apartment, full equipped, clean and comfortable. Fabulous location to get around by foot or public transport. Unexpected finding and an important part of our great experience in Budapest. Definitely will come back next time I visit the city.

Pretty good hotel enjoyed my stay there with spacious suite as the the staff amazing including the manger which was very nice to talk to but my only issue was when I was checking out early in the morning around 5am the morning staff ( Anna ) told me that I have to pay for breakfast which I never had and I told her I have to catch a bus but she keep me until she checked the camera, I guess she could have dealt with it in a different way.

Great price and very clean and convenient. Spacious but a bit away from the main areas. Still happy I choose this hotel. And it was very inexpensive. It was nice to have the small kitchen and close to a great grocery store if you’re looking to eat at home!

Very nice hotel. Location was good because parking was available at the hotel in under ground garage (call to reserve in advance and to check cost) and within a 10-15 minute walk to hustle and bustle of tourist stuff. Felt safe walking around at night. Kitchen was nice but lacked a turner and could have used a bit larger of a frying pan. But happy to have stayed here. Did not purchase the breakfast at the hotel.

Fairly Quiet street location in area close to centre.Close to 2 different metro lines and Corvin plaza shopping mall with food court.Modern Newly built apart hotel with 2 reasonably priced shops G Roby and Penny Market close by for essentials.Staff were very professional and extremely helpful and friendly.24 hour reception great for late and early arrivals and departures.Would recommend to all and will definitely stay again.About 10 -15 minutes fast walk from airport bus 100E bus drop off at kalvin tere.

Wonderful hotel, breakfast only 14 euros and well worth it. Lovely restaurants nearby but hotel is in a nice quiet area. Rooms were cleaned daily and really nice. Would highly recommend this place

The hotel is decent,new or renovated perfect for families with small kids. Has everything a family room needs. The breakfast room is really small as well as the breakfast variety. It gets really crowded waiting for a table so as to be served. Needs small adds (like fried eggs) to upgrade its breakfast. We had a problem with the shower but although we had referred that to the reception, was not fixed before we left. Also cleaning was not good except from changing the towels. Its 6 minutes walking from metro station but 20 minutes from the actual city centre. A bit expensive (almost 200€ per night) for the facilities that offers.

Overall the stay was great. The staff were really wonderful. Had an issue with original room and they were able to switch it with no problem. Knocking off one star cause the elevator stopped working one night and the AC stopped working the other.

We were disappointed when we walked into the reception as it, along with the other common spaces, was a bit hodge podge. However, the unit (bedroom, kitchen living area) while simple, was clean and spacious. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was nowhere to hang anything in the room; and the staff really didn't consider for a nanosecond, adjusting the room price as we had only 2 people, not 2 people as planned and paid for.
