While the rooms and hotel itself was nice, the property was not maintained. It was snowing like crazy while we were there and the parking lot was minimally cleared as were the hotel walkways. My husband actually fell coming out of the hotel front doors under the canopy. I expressed my concern the the man at the front desk and he blamed it on the cars in the parking lot. Truth be told the parking lot was only plowed at night when people were in not during the day to provide adequate parking. There are several handicapped spots near the front of the building, however if someone was in a wheelchair or had a walker they would not even be able to make it into the hotel. Also they have a small snow blower inside the front doors and they only cleared a small path about halfway down each walkway in the front of the building. The only time we saw them clear under the canopy was when they needed to use the transport van to take people to the airport. To say the least the property was very inadequately kept for the safety of its guests. Do not stay here unless the weather is fair.

Everyone at this property was so nice and friendly. Daily breakfast was a nice perk. Also the Bar just off the lobby is quiet and a perfect place for a nightcap and a pretzel. Will definitely stay here again

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shuttle was a quick ride to airport. Driver was very nice. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast had several hot choices. It was nice to have bar onsite, but gal could have used some help. She had to cook most food options in a seperate area so she had to run back and forth and so we and others had to wait for drink or food orders. Lighting in pool and hot tub area was way too extremely bright but nice that its open 24 hours.

I needed an overnight before a flight, and appreciated that this was a newer property and had a shuttle. It was a little awkward in that they have the front desk person drive the shuttle at night, so you have to wait until they get back to check in. However, the bar is right off of the lobby, so I was able to enjoy a drink while I waited. The staff is really friendly, and the room was bigger than expected. If I was staying longer, I would have definitely appreciated the cook-top and the larger refrigerator. There was quite a bit of road noise (I was in an odd-numbered room, I'd request the even side if I stay again), but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. They had a lot of breakfast options, including hot food, and the coffee was great. 4/5 stars only for the weird check-in and the road noise, but the staff and cleanliness were 10/10. I'd stay again.

We were in town for a football game, so the hotel worked for us as we mainly used it as a resting place between all of the driving. The hotel was in good condition overall, but we did notice some obvious wear in our room. Parking was also a little dodgy getting back late at night. We were lucky enough to get a spot when we needed it, but there didn’t seem to be enough spaces for the amount of guests it brings in - and no real parking alternatives with nothing else in the immediate area. Other than that, amenities seemed good and the staff was super friendly. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Adequate, basic hotel w/ a decent continental breakfast and friendly staff. The bed was a little too firm for my preference. The room's surfaces, floor and linens were clean, but it appeared that they don't hit the less obvious surfaces (above eye level, corners, back of shelves, etc) as often.

Everything seemed clean. When getting in the shower there was a hair about 5 inches long on the wall. I had to take a shower and the cleanliness of seeing that hair was upsetting to me.

This property is very tired. The room was dark and not very clean. Thankfully the bed was clean. Once I saw the room I wanted to cancel the reservation, but was told they would charge me $175 to do it. I would never recommend staying here.

The king size room was super spacious and came with a living room and kitchen. Good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel also accommodated guests with service animals. They would give u a magnetic plaque that stated there was a dog in the room as a heads up for the staff. They also had games you can check out along with different kitchen appliances for cooking. I would stay there again for sure.

Clean, newer suites. Very spacious with kitchen area, couch and comfortable king bed. Room temp was just right. Quiet room considering how close it is to the freeway. The price was excellent, and it was only minutes away from our concert at Northern Quest Casino. Would stay again the price was great!

Everything was excellent. We dropped off our car at GEG and wanted to stay overnight near the airport since we had a very early flight the next morning. We called the hotel for a shuttle and they came by in around 15 minutes. Upon checking in, our shuttle driver KAT also checked us in. I gave her the Hotels.com confirmation and she advised that they do not have the reservation in their system explaining that it does happen occasionally that they do not receive a reservation form Hotels.com. However, she was very helpful in getting a room secured for us at their price and mentioned to call Hotels.com and request a refund and they would verify our situation there. She also put in a request ticket for shuttle service for 3:30 AM for us. Everything was great thanks to KAT who was very helpful and made sure that we were all good. Kudos to KAT, we need more people like her in the travel industry, a very helpful and caring person.

My elderly parents stayed one night only. Got there around midnight and left around 10am. When checking in my dad was asked to provide a credit card for accidentals. Then today he was charged $250. I called to ask why and was told because the bathroom door was damage and they had to replaced. I asked what the damage was and was told that someone punched it a few times and since my non violent, elderly, God driven parents were the last ones to be in that room they are getting blamed for it. How is that acceptable. Someone couldn't call first to get the facts before charging? And i was told the general manager is not available until tomorrow. This is unacceptable

Great place to stay with your service animal. The ONLY issue was I was charged for my service animal and was told due to the machine they have to use. I later checked hotels.com to confirm her stay was free and mentioned it to the front desk and she corrected it immediately. Everyone was so friendly as well!

This is a nice property in a convenient location. The room was clean and the breakfast was adequate. My main concern is they only have one person on site at night and that person doubles as the shuttle driver. There was no one at the desk when I went to check in around 10PM. There was a sign with a phone number but the person told me that they could not open/use that cell phone so they just left it behind. This raises safety concerns for me if there were an emergency and no hotel employee on site because they were on a shuttle run.

We arrived at this property around 6pm, well after check in. But had to wait almost an hour to get our reserved room. And we weren’t the only ones. The staff didn’t seem terribly concerned or in a hurry to clean the rooms. In fact I saw multiple house cleaning staff near the lobby area. We were tired from traveling so it was inconvenient to wait. The property was clean and the room we had reserved was spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay! From the moment we arrived, Noel at the front desk made us feel so welcome. The room was exactly how we like it—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was soft and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the strawberry waffle! To top off our wonderful stay, the front desk kindly arranged an Uber to take us to the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location, easy access to I-90 and 10 minutes from downtown Spokane. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were great. Water was hot. Beds were comfy. Adequate parking. Breakfast good. Hardly any freeway noise. Very pleased with our stay.

Such friendly staff, clean rooms and spacious rooms! We had plenty of space in a double room for 4 people. The shuttle service was so useful for cutting down on travel expenses. Additionally, the continental breakfast was so delicious and had so much variety. I am so grateful for all of the gluten free options as well. Most places are not very accommodating but this hotel had numerous gluten free options.

This is one of my favorite stays near the airport. I stay here regularly when traveling. The breakfast is one of the best i have had in hotels. The only variable is the bar on property being open for a snack or drink. The alternative is a Dennys within walking distance so not all hope is lost. Highly recommend. Will always stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in in a long time. Check in was easy. the desk clerk was friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and she was amazing and gave me a tooth brush, mini tooth paste and mouthwash that was complimentary. We missed the hot cookies that they make in the evening. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very food with some hot food items along with fruit, bagels and pastries This will be my first choice of hotels based on availability the next time I am in Spokane

We arrived after midnight. The reception area was open and someone was on duty to greet us and explain the hotel amenities. Breakfast was good the next morning and the variety of choices were very good. All in all a great place to start a visit to the area.
