Rooftop definitely needs some maintenance, it didn’t look like a place I wanted to go into. Gym could use some better equipment as well, but overall it was a decent place to stay in.

Very clean, awesome service from staff and overall very lovely and easy to check in and out ! They have valley parking as well and it was super easy to request the car, rooftop view at night is awesome too!

This is an incredible place to stay. I can't speak for all rooms but ours was superb, a massive 55m2 with a corner and morning sunshine. I felt like I was in a NY loft apartment, gazing out over the city. The amenities were spot on, the bed comfortable and warm and I only wish we made use of the rooftop terrace which looked an oasis. We love to eat and so proximity to the sensational Bosque Chapultepec was another top feature of this location. My wife and I are already talking about our next visit to CDMX and to stay in this location - we never do this. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place is very safe. Can't recommend highly enough.

Overall we enjoyed our multi-day stay in what is a virtual brand new property. The balcony was nice for awhile but not the properties fault it is located in a very busy down-town neighborhood. The constant traffic including loud motorcycles at night and honking cars gets old after awhile. The sliding windows do quiet things down a lot. The roof terrace gave a great panoramic view of the city! Refridgerator and coffee is greatly appreciated.

El estacionamiento dice que cuesta $120 y nos cobraron $170 porque llegue a las 8pm. Se me hizo mal que no se avise sobre el cambio de precio por el horario. O no sé si se quedaron la diferencia el personal pues no dice nada en la página por el cambio de precio por el horario.

Excelente ubicación, es depa/hotel, te dan dos cápsulas de cafe, dicen que te pueden dar mas pero cuando pedí me dijeron que podía comprarlas en el super… Limpian cada tercer día según, yo estuve 3 noches no limpiaron, un batallar para el agua caliente no sale o tarda mucho 20-30 minutos, compartes edificio con oficinas y el ruido es constante, el cuarto que me toco no tenia una sola ventana.

This is not a quiet place to stay. I can hear neighbors talking all night, hear the TV next door, the cleanliness of the place is not up to par. I had to buy more socks because the floors were so dirty that my socks acted like a mop. The areas around the bathroom had hair, the garbage can floor had hair and the desk had hair mangled on the desk chair.

Buenas tardes. El personal muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a colaborarle a uno. La ubicación inmejorable para nosotros. Muy segura para caminar. Muchos restaurantes cerca que se puede ir caminando. Se puede ir caminando hacia Polanco y al bosque de Chapultepec. La habitación bien equipada. La cama muy cómoda. Para mi gusto personal, las almohadas un poco gorditas. Para mejorar, prestar más atención a la limpieza, los marcos del ventanal estaban empolvados. Volvería 100%.

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff is welcoming. Its central location in Polanco makes it a walkable location for exploring the area. While the beds are on the firmer side, some may find that preferable but for me it was too firm. The water pressure from the main shower head is quite weak and splatters water in different directions, so I had to rely on the handheld option, and it took about 15 minutes for the water to heat up. Overall, though, the hotel offers a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Extremely horrible room, it was a godown converted into a hotel room. There were no windows. The shower on one side, the toilet and wash basin on the other side. The room felt very unsafe if there is a fire or theft, no outlet. No sunlight in the room as there were no windows or balcony to the room. The pictures on the website and hotels.com are deceptive. Hot water took more than 5 mins; you need to stand in the shower and wait for the hot water for more than 5 minutes. Same situation for the wash basin. The only ventilation to the room is your HVAC. At times room felt worse than a jail room. I am not sure how Mexico City approved this as a hotel room or a bedroom. Extremely horrible customer service, when I communicated with them, they said the rooms are not available and fully booked, then they wanted more money for a window or balcony room.

Good value and nice rooms for the price. There is a LOT of traffic noise - and I was in a high up room! It made it hard to sleep. They could also offered some more English tv channels and minor details but the noise was the main draw

Room was beautifully desigmed and generally it was well maintained. The area is really close to the park and museums, many walkable. We had a hard time sleeping though as the insulation between rooms is light so we heard tv and loud conversations from the room next door. If they could fix these acoustic issues i'd stay there again.

I reserved at Uliv Polanco and they sent us to Roma North, in a building with a very tiny bed, without elevators and very far of our daily activities in Polanco, so I have to spend a lot of time traveling and pay a lot of money for transportation. I feel very upset and disappointed, besides the area is very close to a very dangerous colonia

Everything was great until I had a female staff member knock on my door at 5am aggressively and waking me up. They were delivering water to another room even though I had asked for water (and was ready to pay for it) around 2am and they said they don’t do that and that there is a store around the corner. But that was not true apparently…. Making this more frustrating for me.

To start, checkin was at 3pm, but by 5pm my room wasn't ready. That alone is a reason for dissatisfaction. However, that is not the worse thing. Acoustic in the room is terrible and I was not able to sleep through the night any of the 3 nights i stayed. My room neighbor started having calls and watching TV loudly at 6am. Not happy, he then put on music at around 7am. I had to leave bed, put on clothes and go down because they dont have a phone to reception in the room. I asked them to gi and ask him to stop making noise, but staff didn't do anything. Last day room neighbor was watching tv and talking really loud at 2 am, couldn't sleep again. I sent a kessage to the humber the hotel have me in case i needed assistance. They only answered in the followinng morning. The noises in the hallway are not as bad as inside the room, so bad hotel acoustics were the thing that made everything worse - and of course, bad staff service. I don't recommend if you need to get any sleep.

Checking into this hotel was a breeze. Any questions that I had, were answered promptly. They were able to provide a space heater for us at a moments notice and we were eternally grateful after coming in from an afternoon drenched in the cold rain. Christopher and all other personnel at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Mi estadía duró 3 días y 2 noches, me gustó mucho el lugar,la decoración, muy vintage, con lo necesario en la habitación. Me gustó que estaba muyy limpio. Las cosas que me hicieron falta en la habitación las pedí personalmente y me las dieron porque les hablé por WhatsApp y no me contestaron. Sin duda si regresaría al hotel Utópic y lo recomendaría.
Mi estadía duró 3 días y 2 noches, me gustó mucho el lugar,la decoración, muy vintage, con lo necesario en la habitación. Me gustó que estaba muyy limpio. En general bien, es inmueble es inmejorable, sin embargo el check-in es muy lento debido a que solo hay una persona que te dice “regáleme un momento en lo que me llega su confirmación”además de que es la misma persona que sube a la habitación a llevar a los otros huéspedes y no hay lobby suficiente para sentarse a esperar cuando llegan mas de dos personas. En resumen las reservaciones no están listas al momento de arribar como en otros hoteles ya que se tardan en llegar por ser un concepto híbrido de hotel y airbnb me indicó el personal.
En general bien, es inmueble es inmejorable, sin embargo el check-in es muy lento debido a que solo hay una persona que te dice “regáleme un momento en lo que me llega su confirmación”además de que es la misma persona que sube a la habitación a llevar a los otros huéspedes y no hay lobby suficiente para sentarse a esperar cuando llegan mas de dos personas. En resumen las reservaciones no están listas al momento de arribar como en otros hoteles ya que se tardan en llegar por ser un concepto híbrido de hotel y airbnb me indicó el personal.

The style of the room was very appealing with the large windows and the open lay out of the room with living room. The front desk staff was excellent and friendly, always wiling to help and answer questions. The staff makes the stay more enjoyable. Thank you!

This was our first time visit Mexico City and I have to say everything was beyond our expectations from the welcoming hospitality to the service and staff, location and ease to get around. This property was at a great location very clean and comfortable felt very safe , front desk is open 24hrs friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location. Walkable to Polanco, Anthropologie Museum, Bosque de Chapultepec, Reforma, etc. Many great places to eat near by. A small block to Camino Real. The property is very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The terrace is very nice with great views of the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Allan, the property manager was very helpful, reachable, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend staying in this property.

Overall we enjoyed our multi-day stay in what is a virtual brand new property. The balcony was nice for awhile but not the properties fault it is located in a very busy down-town neighborhood. The constant traffic including loud motorcycles at night and honking cars gets old after awhile. The sliding windows do quiet things down a lot. The roof terrace gave a great panoramic view of the city! Refridgerator and coffee is greatly appreciated.

La habitación está muy confortable, muy limpia y cómoda. Lo único incómodo es que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los pasillos, los demás huéspedes que llegaban, etc. Hacían limpieza todos los días, pero no hicieron refill de café ni azúcar. Excelente ubicación y fácil de accesar

El cuarto está muy bien solo que no tiene ventanas se siente un poco encerrado, llegamos a las 5 am y el cuarto te lo dan hasta las 3 pm no tienen opciones de cobro para entrar antes y no tienen sala de espera, ni restaurante. Tuvimos que sentarnos en unas sillas y esperar a que abrieran algún lugar cerca para desayunar y hacer tiempo.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and the accommodations. A couple of things I would suggest doing is adding waters in the room. There weren't waters available, not even for purchase in the room. I wanted to drink water at night and make coffee in the room in the morning, but there weren't waters for the two days I stayed. Also they need to lower the rack to hang up clothes. You'd have to be 7' tall to hang up your clothes which doesn't feel very practical. Again overall I like the hotel and would stay again, but Ill make sure to plan accordingly next time.

Very cool new boutique hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. The restaurant in the basement was still under construction but will be a great addition once completed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to a number of restaurants and a park.

This place was okay. There were no black out curtains so the sun would beam in, the bed was so uncomfortable my back started hurting and there was no full length mirror. There is no soundproofing, the walls are sooo thin you can hear everything from the next room over.
