Extremely uncomfortable, humid mattress, room smells and cleaning staff comes in the room unannounced before check out. Terrible management.

Our room smelled like a dog kennel, the smoke detector appeared to have been ripped off the wall, stains on the bedding, carpet was nasty, old broken furniture in the parking lot, paint peeling off of the ceiling. The property as a whole was in deplorable condition

The people were nice at check in and through our stay BUT our handicap room was supposedly new renovation. There was only ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET but the nightstands required electricity to operate lamps, charging stations etc and there was only one outlet to plug in one nightstand!! The outlet was on the far side of the room so we had to go purchase extension cord to reach only one nightstand! It was the single light in the entire room!!! This “newly renovated handicap room “ had zero ADA requirements! The shower was NOT ADA! It did have handrails but the high tub/ shower prevented handicap access! The shower had no handheld shower head, the handicap rail for the toilet was mounted BEHIND THE TOILET TANK! Not ADA REGULATIONS! The single chair in the room tipped backwards when you sit and landed you in the floor! Dangerous!! The desk had zero electrical connection and zero lighting. The room was clean, freshly painted but lacked being ready for guests. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no lid for ice bucket, ironing board with no iron, no lights over bathroom vanity and only two small bath towels for a three day stay. To get ice you had to enter lobby and give your contacts desk clerk to take to a back room to fill when they had time. There was NO WORKING SWIMMING POOL IN 93 degree weather the first week of JULY!! Nothing worked and our first room had feces on the wall of the bathroom adjacent to the toilet bowl. Our second room, the door handle, barely worked. The ice machine didn’t work. There was no cable however we were told if we had an account for Netflix or something we could use that if we would sign into our own account. Property had garbage all over the place in the back. The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were thin as paper and we were freezing or sweating, depending on if we had the air on or not.
