Everything was great Except the website states that you could bring a pet for $10 extra a night (I have a screen shot stating that) However, NOT the case. Good thing we decided to leave our pet with friends! Also, no direct phone number to the motel. Extremely frustrating! Otherwise all good.

Not many amenities for an extended stay hotel. There was a full size refrigerator that came with ice cube trays, but there was no vening ice machine we could locate. There was no single serve coffee maker or any other cookware, including utensils and dishes. Apparently these items were available for a fee. There is no one at the front desk after certain hours and it opens back up at 9 am. The staff was great when available and the hotel was clean.

The property was clean and the security was better than average for the area. However, there was no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer, no hand towels, not even a bar or soap. There was no place on the property to get coffee. There was no ice machine, although the freezer did have ice trays. I didn't fill them because I didn't know there was no ice machine. I walked past the front desk about 8 times and there was no one at the desk or the desk was closed 7 of those times. I suppose I should have noticed it was an extended stay hotel, but I still would have thought there would be a few amenities. I wouldn't stay here again as there are other options in the same area.

This was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at the staff was respectful and very nice and helpful the room I stayed at was very clean the only thing I wish they had was a pool but it was a great experience.

It was a nice stay, just no dinnerware or pots you will need to bring that with you to take advantage of stove. No hair dryer it was a first for me cause we been to many hotels they always have hair dryer. No shampoo or conditioner just a simply small soap bar. Big refrigerator with freezer.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. When we arrived the door was locked, but someone from housekeeping let us in and got us checked in. No kleenex or blow dryer in the room. Called front desk and housekeeping answered the phone. Told me blow dryers were available in the office, but office was closed until 8 am. When i told her we had to leave by 7 am, she was kind enough to get one and bring it to our room. I would recommend this hotel, just read the fine print in their description.

My stay here was awesome! The room was very clean and roomy and had all the amenities I needed. The shower was amazing the pressure was so strong I felt like I was getting a massage! Will definitely return on my next trip.

Walls in the room were disgusting, some sort of dried fluid on them by the bed. I called down to front desk to ask for towels and I was told “we don’t do that unfortunately” the entire building smelled like marijuana, I had to take headache medicine everyday. You can hear everything through the walls. I won’t be staying here again.

The property and room were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Well above your typical hotel. The flaw with this hotel is the noise. You can hear every noise in the rooms above and next to you. They do have quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The family in the room to the left would fight with their child every night starting at 9:00 pm. The kid screaming at the top of their lungs. For that reason I can only give three stars. If they had built it with insulation in the walls it would be a great hotel.

The wall between rooms are so thin and cheap So I was not able to sleep consecutive three nights due to the noise of the nest rooms or the room under me. Honestly, it was one of the worst room I have ever stayed.

No television and no internet. Manager said someone else had that problem and he had a call in. An hour later he was gone. We asked another customer and he said tv and internet fine in his room. We should have been offered a different room- one with the amenities that we paid for. How about hand towels?

There was a full size fridge and mini electric stove and microwave in the room with lots of shelving and drawer space. I found it odd that there wasn't a blow dryer though. The staff was friendly and the place was pretty quiet. I only stayed one night for a business conference. I would stay again. The price was right.

Rooms are more like dorms than hotel suites but for long term stays, it was just what we needed. Rooms are empty so bring your own food and beverages. TV did not have cable, smart TVs only. Pets allowed on every floor so not ideal for those with allergies.

I've been staying here off and on with my dog/s for the last 8 months or so and every time its been enjoyable. There's been slight issues with the tv at one point, but things happen at times. I would recommend this place and the staff as they're friendly and also very helpful. 5 stars!

People were smoking weed everywhere, including the hallways so our room stunk. No one was working. We had to call to get someone to the front desk for check in and it took several minutes before she answered the phone. No one was running the desk in the morning for check out and it was 9:55 in the morning. Very strange place.

We had a room with a kitchenette so we expected a coffee pot but they didn’t have one. No blow dryer in the room either. The front desk didn’t open until after we left in the morning and they closed before we got back in the evening. So we couldn’t even ask someone for help.

The room was ok but the problem was when I asked about room being cleaned I was told every 14 days when your staying that is absurd. Also I know it was a holiday week but there was no staff around. The one that was there she was nice no complaints but the lot had multiple damaged cars with flat tires etc that were just sitting on the lot that never moved for over week like I said the room was not bad but the hotel was not staffed properly and should not have to ask to have a room cleaned should be every couple days etc. also have to take your own trash out etc. staffing is the main reason for this rating.

Great property and I will definitely consider staying again. It was just a shock that there is almost no guest support unless you call and wait for someone to come to the desk, which is not manned during normal hotel hours. The value for $ makes it an attractive option but I wouldn't exactly think of it as a hotel. More like a room in a big building that you can use.

The room was cheap, and i liked the small kitchen in the room. The staff was the rudest group I've ever seen. At check in, a family was checking in before me. The counter lady yelled at the little kids who were looking at the board games they have sitting out. Then the son asked a question about check out time and she snapped at him "check out is 11. And I'm talking to the dad." She also asked them if theres a muslim holiday, which felt odd I was ready to cancel my reservation and leave, but didn't want to deal with that headache. So I'll just never stay at this place again, and i really hope others avoid it as well.

This property served me very well, the staff was very pleasant, very informative and welcoming. As if you were entering an actual home. The ladies are awesome here and accommodating. It’s quiet, right next to meijer if you need to make a quick run as well. If you ever need some down time or whatever revolves you needing a space momentarily to lay , don’t hesitate keep this place in mind.

Very nice place to stay. Everything is new and clean. Very safe. Be advice that floors are thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms so maybe ask for a 4th floor room

The hotel was close to the Suburban Collection Showplace and it didn’t take long for me to go back and forth the locations. I’m very glad there’s an “After Hours” phone number in case I couldn’t arrive early. It happened as my flight landed late. The hotel is in an excellent location with a grocery store and some restaurants nearby so I can walk to them.

I would not recommend this hotel. Very noisy traffic nearby. Had a terrible night's sleep. The hotel is recently built. The owners should have realized being so close to I-96 would be disruptive to guests sleep. Also, could hear the next room guests showering and having sex. Make the rooms more soundproof! There is NO coffee, not in the lobby, not in the rooms! No hair dryer in the bathroom. Only 2 pillows on each queen bed, typical is 4. Megan at the front desk was fantastic, very pleasant.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was very kind and helpful! Room was perfect! very clean! Bed was comfortable. Lots of parking! Convenient location!! Looking forward to staying again.

Not many amenities for an extended stay hotel. There was a full size refrigerator that came with ice cube trays, but there was no vening ice machine we could locate. There was no single serve coffee maker or any other cookware, including utensils and dishes. Apparently these items were available for a fee. There is no one at the front desk after certain hours and it opens back up at 9 am. The staff was great when available and the hotel was clean.

The property was clean and the security was better than average for the area. However, there was no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer, no hand towels, not even a bar or soap. There was no place on the property to get coffee. There was no ice machine, although the freezer did have ice trays. I didn't fill them because I didn't know there was no ice machine. I walked past the front desk about 8 times and there was no one at the desk or the desk was closed 7 of those times. I suppose I should have noticed it was an extended stay hotel, but I still would have thought there would be a few amenities. I wouldn't stay here again as there are other options in the same area.

While this place is listed at Hotels.com it is NOT a hotel. It is an extended stay facility with NO amenities in rooms above the 1st floor. This includes no coffee maker, shampoo, dish soap or "kitchen" towels. I found this interesting because it comes with a kitchen but no cooking tools. You would have to bring or buy your own (which I did for a one night stay). It was clean enough. I do not recommend it for short stays, especially if you are thinking you need / want a hotel with at least coffee in the room.

Rooms are more like dorms than hotel suites but for long term stays, it was just what we needed. Rooms are empty so bring your own food and beverages. TV did not have cable, smart TVs only. Pets allowed on every floor so not ideal for those with allergies.

It was a nice stay, just no dinnerware or pots you will need to bring that with you to take advantage of stove. No hair dryer it was a first for me cause we been to many hotels they always have hair dryer. No shampoo or conditioner just a simply small soap bar. Big refrigerator with freezer.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. When we arrived the door was locked, but someone from housekeeping let us in and got us checked in. No kleenex or blow dryer in the room. Called front desk and housekeeping answered the phone. Told me blow dryers were available in the office, but office was closed until 8 am. When i told her we had to leave by 7 am, she was kind enough to get one and bring it to our room. I would recommend this hotel, just read the fine print in their description.

Everything is new. Hotel opened for just 14 months. Staff is friendly. Supermarket is just next to the building. They don't offer kitchenware, spoon or fork, bring yours if you would prepare food in kitchen. No toothpaste is available.
