WoodSpring Suites Wixom - Novi

I liked the security of the hotel. The room was very clean and I enjoyed having a small kitchen area.

Very clean room, I like the fact the building is always locked and secured from anyone coming inside the building.

The location of the hotel was in a good spot with surrounding shopping centers and grocery stores. Check in was easy and got our room key. The only complaint we had was going to our room and it was not cleaned but in their system it showed as cleaned up. Fortunately they gave us a different room for the night and then moved us to a better hotel room. Besides that, our newer room was clean and comfortable.

The TV did not work in the room. No one was at front desk at 8pm to tell. When we got back from the rowing competition, we told the lady at the front desk who did try to fix it but couldn't. She did offer to move us but we didn't want to have to pack out stuff up for one night so we went without.

Clean hotel. If planning to use kitchen bring your own items. None provided. Bigby coffee shop in the parking lot. No coffee or coffee makers are provided for you. Coffee drinkers plan ahead. Would stay again. Clean and good value. Plan accordingly for highway noise in rooms.
