All in all, this is a nice hotel. There are details that made our stay nice, the lobby is set up in regards that if you have some down time, you can hang out in the lobby. There is plenty of comfortable seating, TV, pool table, games, snacks, and more. Rooms are up to date and have plenty of room. I really like the hangers in the room and bathroom to hang towels, bags and get them off the floor and out of the way. Beds were comfortable and smart TV so you can watch your shows. Weight room has everything you need. All in all, it is a great place to stay. Some minor things that should be commented on: the shower door doesn't seal shut when you are showering, so the floor gets really wet. This seems to be a common problem, we had friends staying here as well and they complained about the shower door. The rooms are damp which made it tough for the bathroom to dry out along with the towels. And the bathroom could be cleaner, in the corners there is a lot of dirt and hair that wasn't ours. Which bothers me, it is a tile bathroom, that is easy to clean if the time is taken. However, It is good place to stay for a night or two, close to shopping, food, and coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was especially impressed with the front desk staff. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help me with a much-needed early check-in, which made a big difference after a long trip. This was hard to do because the hotel is nice and centrally located, and I think we may have just been there over a very busy weekend, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We had to call down for towels. Trash wasn’t taken out and beds were never made. We did not have the door hanger up indicating we didn’t want to be disturbed, and we left in the morning and returned in the evening so there was plenty of opportunity. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday for the eclipse. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby is nice.

My main issue was some aspects of the room, whoever cleaned it before our stay was not thorough. There was wads of hair on our bedroom part of the floor , the shower amenities were refilled but the holders had so much built up mold it was black and gross. I felt uncomfortable like was my bed clean? They had some kind of white hand marks on the bathroom wall was kind of weird. Definitely wish checking wasn’t so late that is crazy!!

Only Ice Machine on first floor was leaking and had towels all around it on the floor as a fix. Mold and mildew in shower and at the bottom of shower soap and shampoo dispensers. Sink was clogged and immediately filled up. Bathroom door was broken at bottom.

Booked based off reviews. The outside and lobby look great. We stayed on the 2nd floor and immediately noticed a smell and there were stains everywhere on the carpet in the halls. The room was so hot we woke up sweating with it set to 67°. There were hairs in the shower when we got there and the shampoo/conditioner/soap holders were so gross and not locked to keep other guests from tampering with the product. There was water damage around the bottom of the bathroom. The bed was very noisy and not very comfortable. The sheets were very comfortable! The frame around the bed stuck out too much and we both ran into it over and over. Not a ton of space to maneuver and avoid. The room wasn’t horrible but also not our favorite. We most likely wouldn’t stay again. Staff was friendly!

The hotel rooms were small, but fine. The queen beds were definitely not queens. They were smaller as well. Our reservation got messed up somehow, so they ended up putting us in two rooms across from each other for the first night, which was fine, but then we had to go pack up and move the entire family to a different room the next night, which is not ideal when you have a full day planned in between.

I chose a room on the first floor which I would never do again due to late check in and visitors running in and out and slamming the door all night but yes, I will stay there in the near future. The location was great. There were some loud cars passing by but not enough noise to make me not visit. The bed was super soft and the shower had nice hot water. Love it. I will be back. I wish the room was a bit larger because the fit was tight for only my husband and I but it served its purpose.

The mattress was very soft, lumpy, and sagging and ever move in the bed caused loud a loud squeak. I have a marginal back and laying down normally makes my back feel better. In this case my back was worse in the morning. The in room clock needed to be reset and when I asked the front desk person how to do it, she acted as if she was surprised there was a clock in the room and did not offer to get someone to help me get it set on the right time. My wife labeled the motel as "never again".

I reserved a handicapped accessible room with king bed and got just the opposite, double beds and unable for my husband to use the restroom as no bars near the toilet lhandicapped room should have.

From upon my arrival and checking in early, the front staff have been very accommodating and helpful. I had a problem with my TV and they came to the room and fixed it promptly. Friendly service and the room was very nice in the bed slept wonderful.

Overall, it was a good stay, comfy bed, decent coffee. The only issue and I've got to give credit to the manager that night and the maintenance guy...was the tv in the room. For not being a techie the manager did everything he could think of. The maintenance guy was very friendly, explained what he was doing, and was very apologetic about the whole situation. Props to that guy! He even explained that even if he had a tv to replace it with, it wouldn't work without going through the rigamarole of getting the "box" to recognize the new tv and that required an hours-long phone call. Give that man a raise!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel… The rooms were very clean, good space, and the lobby and colors were fun as I had my teen with me. Appreciated the coffee and “market” items. Two things that needed improvement were how thin the towels were-they seemed of very low quality; and the eggs and pancakes needed help big time-would love to have seen the ingredients list for these items. More fruit needed as well. The coffee (Lavaza!) filled me up, so I was good for the morning. The beds and sheets were super, too! Overall, really great place to stay!

My only complaint wa the breakfast..i went down for breakfast at 730am. There were no eggs left just breads, cereals and some fruit. I am allergic to anything with gluten so i did go without breakfast. I did however enjoy my stay
