Hampton Inn has always been on the higher end of the so-called roadside motels, and this place does not disappoint. Nice fitness room, great pool, decent breakfast, and friendly staff.

Everything worked out perfectly. I was travelling with my two young kids and was a bit nervous about what to expect. The staff at the hotel were all so kind. Beyond kind. Especially the ladies working in the breakfast area. They were patient, friendly, and so helpful. This was a great hotel for us. The one negative is that the pool was freezing. It didn't stop my kids from enjoying it, but made it difficult for me to stay in very long.

Average. Bathroom was dirty. There was somebody else hair in the shower. Room was nice. Covers felt cheap. Took forever to get clean towels in the morning. Breakfast in Sunday was good. Worker’s kept the area very clean.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave. I really like the room .TV, bathroom. However I have to have a microwave. I can't be going up and down on the elevator , every time I want to hear something up. . I stay at hotels a lot a whole lot. . I'm not going to be able to stay here anymore because of that. I came to my room last night and went to look for the microwave to heat some food. I ended up not eating , because by that time I had put my pajama on. Very, very disappointed .

I did find out that only certain rooms have a microwave. I think they all should have them. When I booked nothing was mentioned plus nothing mentioned about micro fridge of which the room had. Please make note what rooms have microwaves and fridge. It would have helped in the decision making on rooms.

Very nice facility. We had an issue with the room assigned but when brought to the front desk clerk's attention she immediately took care of and reassigned us to another room. Nice to deal with someone with the authority to make decisions and not have to look for a manager first. Pool was clean and towels available. Breakfast was better then contential and enoung variety.

We experienced a minor hiccup during our stay—the hot water in our first room’s shower wasn’t working properly. After maintenance checked it out and the issue persisted, the staff kindly moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, the room change wasn’t updated in the system, so our keys didn’t work when we returned the next night. The front desk team quickly resolved the issue, and though it was a small inconvenience, they handled it with professionalism. To our pleasant surprise, upon check-out, the hotel compensated us with a free night’s stay—no questions asked. We truly appreciated this gesture and the staff’s attentiveness throughout our visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

All of the staff was amazing! I have never been to a hotel that was A+++! Bed was comfortable, room was large, quite, food was great and everyone went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable when we were going through a very hard to deal medical conditions. They even had a sack breakfast when we had to be at the hospital at 0500 when breakfast was not being served. THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK AND WILL REFER YOU TO EVERY ONE THAT WE KNOW WILL BE GOING TO DENVER.

This was the worst experience i have ever had at a motel or hotel. The manager called me a liiar and wanted to argue. Took him 20 minites to give me a receit while arguing over locked entry doors. It had snowed and i went and cleaned snos off my car noocked doors did this twice no one at desk third time back in to check out manager was tremendously tude and sullen. Accused mè of tring to brrk glass.doors and daid always locked. If i wasnt 77 and a diabled vet i would.j have knocked him out.

The hotel experience was flawless. We arrived a night late but the staff was able to check us in over the phone to hold our room. They were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness. This is clearly a newer property. Parking was convenient and the location was convenient to 225. One unexpected perk was the absolutely beautiful view of the mountains from our 4th floor west facing room. We will continue to stay at this property in the future.

This hotel is fantastic ! Minutes walk to the iliff station, quiet area with dining options nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is immaculate clean with a water station, free coffee in lobby. Gym and pool well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything needed. Highly recommend!

Pool is not heated. My 5 year old was disappointed. We would have paid less at a neighboring hotel that did not have a pool. Also, there are several large broken tiles that have sharp edges and it’s very dangerous. Beds are hard and creaky! Breakfast was disappointing too! The eggs were swimming in water. Sausage was like dog food and potatoes were sour and hard like rocks. Coffee was more like watery tea. Over all deceptive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the coffee always available and a lovely breakfast. The breakfast got the star! It was complete including eggs w bacon, oatmeal, bread, real butter, cheese, apples, etc! Highly recommended.
