Housekeeping forgetting to put face towels twice during our 4 night stay and no bar soap supplied the first night. we have to make a call the following day to have it available.

I received a credit for three nights of parking due to lack of housekeeping services all day. When checking out credit did not appear and no one at the front desk knew anything about it. Two frontoffice staff people were there less than one week. Manager was always too busy to come and talk to me. we’ve stated this hotel many times and the service is usually excellent. I assume this was an exception.

The hotel is new and very clean and modern. Rooms are quite spacious. Staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. One suggest is that security routinely check the EV charging in the parking garage to make sure only EVs are there and charging. Lower rooms on the side of the highway are loud and you can hear the traffic noise. As for a high floor on the other side :-)

The overall experience was good. Small things like nicer or fluffier towels and fresher smelling sheets would have made the visit perfect. More upscale properties smell more like “laundry fresh”.
