Everything was excellent. Parking was easy, although it cost about $20 a night. You could hear traffic slightly on the highway side. Didn’t pay for the breakfast so I have no comment on it. The restaurant there was really good.

Even if close to Décarie, it is like a micro neighborhood with a nice park, perfect to walk the dog, eat outside, have kids play, there is a grocery at 1 min walk, a Starbucks and other small restaurants. The hotel is modern and very nice, great gym, pool et the restaurant is very inviting and affordable. Our place to stay when in Montreal!

Nice spot, staff are friendly. Noisy because it is by the road (even tho we were on 11th floor). I love that the hotel had sheltered parking but the parking situation was confusing as there is a public parking garage next to the hotel as well. The hotel makes you pay for a spot upfront but I also had to pay an extra $15 to get out of the garage after my hotel key wouldn't work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back in to let the hotel know my key didn't work and I wasn't able to get reimbursed so I am out the money. Would try to avoid next time if bringing my own vehicle, but if using public transport, would recommend as it is a beautiful and clean spot.

There were bugs in my bed and when I informed the front desk they said they would send house keeping up. They came and changed the sheets and all looked ok, then again in the morning I woke up WITH BUGS IN THE BED!! I again told the front desk and they said to email the manager for help. I did email the manager and they stated that they inspected the room and there were no bugs and that perhaps they came from MY luggage. The audacity to blame it on ME when it happened MORE THAN ONE NIGHT! They said "If I come back to the hotel" they will "try to make it up" I live in the USA, I was visiting Canada... why would I go back to a place where there were bugs in my bed AND then they tried to blame it on me? Had the response been different and maybe if they cared more about HOW the customer felt with bugs in the bed than maybe I wouldn't be so upset, but to write it off and pretty much blame it on me is just beyond unprofessional. Not even trying to "Make it right", instead saying "oh IF you come back" Mind you, I spent over $1000 for my room! Just extremely disappointing and ruined my vacation.

Upon arrival to the room, i noticed a foul odor. I pulled the sheets down and they were stained. I asked for another room and the hotel moved me to the 6th floor. At first it seemed to be better but it was out right dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, crumbs on the nightstand and a partially used toilet paper roll. The toilet seat was dusty and dirty. There was no hotel information on the nightstands - no wifi, no room service, no standars hotel amenities that even 2-star hotels offer. I asked for a refund on my 2nd night because i could no longer tolerate the issues and concierge threatened to charge me $200 if i forfeited my FULLY-PAID reservation. I was flabbergasted and chose to walk away instead of digging into this outrageous policy. The following day I asked to access the business lounge and was told i couldnt. I asked if I needed to make a reservation or what the issue was and concierge simply ststed I vouldnt use it. I then went to eat dinner at the Mexican food restaursnt thry have and it eas closed for a private party. All in all, the wordt hotel experience I've ever had and there's no way I will return.

Overall great experience for a one night stay but for $180 you would expect to a perfectly clean room. The towels and the bedsheets had some brown stains on them, they seemed clean but the stains were very obvious. Water and drinks in the room are for additional charge which isn’t also ideal but Starbucks is across the street so it was a better alternative.

Very nice clean, quiet, hotel, close to the namur metro station to get all over the city without the hassle of the traffic, we went from the hotel to old montreal within 20 minutes, the metro is very clean and well worth the 11$/day for all u can ride, got to the biodome via metro very handy, staff was very friendly and nice, housekeeping was amazing, very clean rooms and fresh towels everyday, awesome experience, definately would recommend

stayed for one night as it was in between the airport and downtown. Very close to Metro so easy to get around. the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but hotel itself was exquisite, super clean, nice rooms with attention to details, microwave, fridge, I stay in a lot of htels and this one is exceptional. had a great time.

Very nice hotel BUT the pillows were incredibly soft and uncomfortable. When I requested firm pillows they sent up more of the same. I found it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to sleep. Well below my expectations. Also for a pretty nice hotel why don’t you supply water bottle. Instead of providing water we need to buy it at hotel exorbitant rates. Cheaply done guys. Sullies your reputation as a class place to stay.

Friendliness of the staff was mixed one employee Eric at the Check-In desk was friendly and accommodating others not so much. Also particularly in the room itself you do hear quite a bit of noise from the traffic below.

We had the worst hotel experience ever. When we booked through Expedia, we made sure to use the “Breakfast Included” filter, and this hotel showed up under that. The room was around $325 for one night, including taxes, so we went ahead and booked it. But when we got there, we were told breakfast wasn't included—huge surprise. And on top of that, they hit us with a $20 per night parking fee. We talked to the hotel staff about it, and they basically said there’s nothing they can do about the breakfast. They told us to check with Expedia, and if Expedia confirmed it, they'd honor it. So we reached out to Expedia, but they didn’t help at all—even though it was clearly a glitch on their site. Overall, it was super frustrating. We’re never booking this hotel again and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. Honestly, we’ll probably avoid using Expedia going forward too.

Restaurants manager is horrible and most ruined our experience. Overslvservice at the front desk was excellent. Hotel is nice for a family. Rooms spacious and clean. Hilton quality upheld.

We stayed for 3 nights. Every morning we asked to have our room done, to no avail. Every afternoon, and one day also in the evening, we had to fight to have it done. Not expected to dry hands with wet towels used earlier. Housekeeping never answered the phone; front desk said it was not their responsibility. On departure, we were promised a manager would call us; it has been over 24 h and we are still waiting for that call. Too expensive to get this experience. We wonder if it was caused because we paid through Hotels.com.

The staff was excellent no hassle check in, smooth process. The only thing I didn't like was the charge for the water bottle, after paying a decent amount for the rooms you would expect free bottle of water. I can understand a charge after the first two, but unless you are a member you have to pay almost 6$ for two very small bottlesof water.

Service was poor. Incomplete towel sets. Room not made one day (someone forgot) Personal wash items attached to walls not very hygienic. Soap bar not replaced. Bottled water free only for “elite” customers. Some front desk workers seemed not happy to be there . Parking very good.

Check-in was terrible. My room was ready only at 3:00 pm which I understand however, the check-in staff were allowing anyone to walk up to the counter to check-in while others were waiting in line to check-in. Ridiculous!

Excellent hotel and great location for train into town. It is next to a very busy motorway but do not be put off by this. The train station is a 5 min walk and easy commute into the centre. The hotel is beautiful and should not be missed.

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the entire hotel is very clean. I used the gym everyday. The only reason why I can't give this hotel is five stars is the location. It is not in the best of neighborhoods and there is not much by it to do.

Loved the building, it's clean and bed is great. Good gym (dumbbells go up to 70 lbs), cables, bikes and treadmills. The location sucks. Food nearby is bleh. It's easy to get to Namur metro, but you have to walk along the freeway and it's grungy. And it's 20 mins to Atwater Market, 30 mins to downtown. Inconvenient if you want to come back to the hotel mid-day. Perfect if you're going to a conference/festival and you're out all day.

At the breakfast buffet (they also have a separate restaurant) the staff acted like policeman instead of just asking can we add this breakfast bar fee to your room. Also, indoor pool was closed. Everything else was excellent

Restaurant is good but size of drinks is very small, glass of wine is so expensive and quantity small, same thing with breakfast, it’s was included with the stay and breakfast portions good sized but coffee and orange juice quality bad and quantity small, asked for the orange juice refill because glas was test tube size and was told have to pay extra for that.

This is the place to stay for anyone wanting a hotel in the Montreal Midtown area. The entire hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool is larger than the swimming pools that are found in most hotels. The hotel's restaurant, Brasserie Blandino, offers delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I especially recommend the spaghetti.

Was disappointed with Italian food in restaurant. Ordered vegetarian pizza. Sauce had no flavour. Vegetables were supposed to be roasted but the taste of the pizza came mostly from the artichokes that tasted as if they came from a can

The room and staff were great! Loved the half price happy hour drinks. But both of my meals were underwhelming. Had to send my steak back as it was undercooked and the veggies were cold. At breakfast my egg dish was missing the fruit, the toast was dry and there was no butter, jam or salt and pepper.
