Good location, good breakfast options, very clean (newer property), easy parking, walking trails all around the hotel for MILES, which was a plus. The only downside was on Friday night when people were outside on the patio at the front of the property, partying until 1:30 in the morning. Our room was on this side, and it was impossible to ignore the noise right below the room. The front desk said that "quiet time" only refers to the inside of the hotel. Ask for a room at the back of the property if you stay here to avoid the possibility of noisy people partying into the wee hours. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our kids loved thw pool. It was a ten minute drive to downtown Columbus. The only complaint we had was the lady at the front desk was a little rude when my husband told her there was a car alarm going off in the parking lot all night. The man who was at the front desk when we arrived made up for it. He was so kind and helpful!!

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay here. Most importantly, the entire property was spotless. In addition, the service was friendly, the breakfast was decent, and we thought the outdoor area with the fire pit was a really nice touch. Hubby even thought the gym was nice, and as far as I can recall, he’s never been satisfied with a hotel gym before!

This was our first time staying in Hilliard. This hotel was great! It was very clean from the lobby, to our room, to the outside patio area. We spent some time outside around the fire pit until about 2 am. The surrounding area is very quiet. The breakfast was very yummy. Lots of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. All and all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again the next time we are coming to Columbus!

We had a couple of issues. Our toilet was being heated by the tank. Water lines were crossed. Our AC/Heater leaked water all over the rug and soaked about 6ft of carpet, couldn’t use it. Reported it all to manager when we checked out in morning.

The lobby had a bit of an echo, but the front desk service was excellent! 2 staff were there when i checked in, Sarah & Dustin. Sarah was so nice and friendly, Dustin was training and was also friendly, they were also very nice to my daughter. Rooms were big and super clean, and modern. Full eize fridge was great! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay and great, attentive staff! I called after my stay to inquire about a lost item. Sara was so helpful and caring! She even called me back later in the day to say she was doing everything she could to find it. Now that's customer service you don't get very often these days!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our kids loved thw pool. It was a ten minute drive to downtown Columbus. The proximity to all places I needed to be was super convenient, the ability to accept am important parcel for an important event and just the conversations prior to my stay to confirm and adjust details were qualities and actions that took the experience from exemplary to above and beyond. Booked through Expedia, where they only allow you to list one person. I booked for 2 people like I always do for my team drivers. the hotel refused to let the other driver stay on the second night because his name was not on the hotel. The staff was very rude to myself as well as my driver. I ended up having to book a different hotel and contest the charges.

we reserved 3 rooms for our stay for a concert. At 3:30 only one room was ready. They were still not ready at 530 when we left. We didn't get them until after midnight once we returned from the concert.

Check in staff member was unaware how to check me in correctly. I was told they needed a card for incidentals which is fine. But they asked me to sign twice at which time I told them the room had already been paid for through Expedia . The gentleman said it was fine and I would only have a hold for incidentals. When I checked the next day I had two holds including one for the cost of the stay. I check with a different staff member who informed me that I had been charged again and couldn’t say why they didn’t see the Expedia card that was already on file. He obviously knew what he had done and could’ve just fixed it. While the suit was nice my two encounters with this individual will keep me from staying again.

Chose this property because it was highly rated. My experience would make it less so. Positive: Beds were pretty comfortable. Negatives: We had a leaky shower head and mentioned to staff and manager. Manager had the attitude of “What’s wrong this time” and we explained as quick as we could because he seemed annoyed. With that attitude, I didn’t also tell him about the experience at breakfast. Had a long drive the previous night and checked in around midnight, very tired so couldn’t make it to the breakfast till around 9:20. Was looking forward to the hot breakfast but no eggs were available and no turkey sausage. I asked the guy managing the food if there’d be more eggs and he said there’s no more, it’s 9:30 with a snobbish tone, like how dare I ask for food when it’s not even 9:30. I stayed at another Marriott (Springhill Suites) the night before and they served fresh food for breakfast even when it was 9:30. I was disappointed.
