Room was very humid with slightly musty smell and very hard bed. Window did not open by design. Bed had very thin sheets. Good location for the price. Dirty hallway carpets. Room air conditioner was weak but kept just barely comfortable.

The carpet on the third floor had a terrible smell and the elevator also. The corridor was dark and spooky, I had breakfast included but I was scared to eat there after having that terrible carpet smell I would never return to that hotel

There are no basic livables like refrigerators that are freezable and works, I had to go to the fetteria cuesta to buy 2 plastic coolers and fill with ice , in which I later donate to the reception manager and his assistant when I checked out. The air-conditioning was terrible, it didn't work; I changed rooms twice. The safe in the room didn't work. They sent the security guard up, but he couldn't get the safe to work, so I had to carry around my possessions.

Room was small and difficult to get to in a cramped corner of the floor. Seems that it was because I paid for the room through Expedia. Seems to be a theme services like Expedia results in rooms with bad views, noisy areas like next to an elevator. Toilet seat would stay up. Room was nothing like pictures. Smaller than a NY hotel room.

There is one thing wrong when we arrived to the hotel. The employee placed us in a wrong room because i reserved an executive deluxe room and he placed us in a simple and little room where we can not walk around and doing nothing.

I did not like the accommodations, their was noises coming from one of the vents in the room. When i asked if they could fix the problem they said no. I could either sleep with the noise or occupy a flooded room. This hotel should no care in accommodating me as a guest. I was very unhappy with the stay. Wish you a better experience.

I was unable to make it to the hotel because they had street access blocked. I ended up having to look for another place because they were trying to have us park like 5 blocks away from the hotel in the street and walk our way to them with our luggage. On top of that it was poring rain. They should be respectful of clients with reservations, at least notify that the access will be limited or restricted in case the client wants to make arrangements or cancel.

En el restaurante solo se dice el desayuno. Ningún otro alimento durante el día. Los precios del mercadito en el recibidor, muy caros. Algunas empleadas recepcionistas poco corteses. Descontrol del agua fría y caliente en la ducha. El teléfono no servía. Conforme con la limpieza, el A/C, y condiciones en general de la habitación. Desayuno muy bueno y los empleados en el restaurante muy amables. Magnífica ubicación del hotel y el transporte ofrecido hacia el aeropuerto, con precio razonable.

location to historic sites is excellent. A lot of good dining options. Uber rides are cheap and reliable. Comfortable room. The breakfast buffet helps if you are in a hurry but, there are a lot of better and cheaper dining options around the hotel.
