Overall great stay however elevators are never working

Minimal linens provided, we asked for another blanket and were told no. It says they have a restaurant, there isn’t one. Overall horrible experience, wouldn’t stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and it was very comfortable and welcoming. All the staff was excellent, from the lifeguards to the dj’s, the front desk and the bartenders. Very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Friday night they had a dj at the pool and Sat. night a dj inside. We had a nice time hanging out at the pool with some drinks. Very relaxing environment especially since there’s no kids running around being kids. We will definitely be staying here again when in town. We liked being off of the strip.

Great stay! Loved that it was 21 and over. The pool parties were so loud but it’s also Vegas so you get the vibes. Location literally minutes from the strip.

Awkward location. Elevator not working.

The elevator was out, and will be out indefinitely. So we had to haul all of our bags (7 of them) up 4 flights of stairs. Luckily, their valet person helped us. But it was still a major inconvenience. I wish they would have upgraded us to a lower floor, preferably in a Penthouse suite.

Absolutely loved my first stay. I predict I'll be back a lot. The pool was divine. I loved the party on Thur and Friday night. The screen in the smoking area that captured your body was so cool. Never seen anything like it. Can't wait till my next stay. Highly recommend.

The inside is beautiful! The pool area is the best. The restaurant was closed due to a gas leak and they returned my resort fees. The surrounding area isn’t appealing but the rooms are decent. I’d definitely go again.

I would stay again clean room the only thing is are room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working and it’s right next to a busy street and you can here cars all night long

Elevator broke and stayed on the 4th floor

Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The outside, once you get past the industrial shadiness of the area, isn't too bad. It gives the appearance of a classy hotel. It is far from it. The lobby is OK. Feels somewhat acceptable & what I would expect from a nice hotel. The elevator is small * cramped. Once the doors open to your floor, you get the immediate sense that you've made a mistake (and trust me, you have). When I went into my room, I was hit with an awful smell. It smelled somewhat chemical and my eyes legitimately burned a little. Beyond the awful smell, the LIGHTING was absolutely terrible. All white light (not warm). There was no way to feel at peace here with the lighting. I felt like I was stuck in an office building with a buzzing white light flickering above me. I was so appalled by this room that I went downstairs to talk to the front desk staff. They were zero help whatsoever. Just said they couldn't put me in another room. Kept asking, "Can you describe the smell?" Just go up and smell it for yourself! I was scheduled to stay two nights. I asked if they would refund me the second night because I was so unhappy with my room and they said they would have to speak to the manager. The manager was no help. They charged me for the second night even though I checked out the following morning. This place was SO bad that I left Las Vegas a day early because I would rather leave the city altogether than stay in that dump another night. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It smelled like burnt hair in my room

Love the decor and the pool area is gorgeous and modern. Rooms are decent size but our room’s floor was filthy and our feet turned black. The AC was subpar so it got hot in our room at times. The elevator was out of service so we had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The trees need to trimmed down a little more since they hang pretty low and scratched up our car. It was quiet, beautiful, and really friendly staff.

Over all it was a good place to sleep. The room was a little dirty i found part of a used eyelash clump on the bathroom floor, and there were some random long black hairs on the ground. The floor was uneven in some spots so as someone who trips alot it wasnt the best. The walls arent well insulated so you could hear everyone going up and down the halls. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel did not smell like cigarettes like most hotels in vegas. Even though there were some issues my family would stay here again.

It was filthy everywhere. Staff had no clue what was going on. We checked out after the first night.

Pool was filthy

My room was on the 4th floor. It was very clean and the floor itself was very quiet. The yung lady who checked me in was very personable and friendly. She was also on staff the nxt morn upon checking out. I would go bck witout hesitation.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were unable to check in to our room until nearly 2 hours AFTER check in time. Our room was not ready, along with 18 other people who were waiting in the lobby. When we finally got our keys we got on the elevator to discover the numbers on the buttons don’t actually coordinate with the correct floor number. When we got to our room, two employees were in there. I’m assuming they were still checking to see if they were made ready. Our a/c did not work, and was never fixed during our stay. We were lucky that the windows opened, and we were able to get cool air. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. There was only a flat sheet, and a duvet insert with no duvet cover. I tried to order a club sandwich and an orange juice on the second day of our stay. The bartender brought me an orange juice with ice in it, who does that, then informed me they didn’t have bacon or tomato. I confirmed I still wanted the sandwich. 10 minutes later she came back to say they also didn’t have lettuce. At that point I canceled the order. They catered the event we were in town for that night, and the ahi tuna appetizer had an appalling fishy taste. I didn’t eat anything else after that. At check out the front desk attempted twice to charge us $21 for “water bottles”. Water bottles were not provided, much less proper bed linens or a/c. On top of the incidental charge at check in they also charge 39 per night and 13% charges on all bar tabs.

I visited the Lexi for a wedding with my boyfriend on 2/28-3/2, and overall we had a mixed experience. Staff was friendly enough, but called us on the day of the wedding to let us know there was a leak in the bathroom (toilet area?) and that we would need to move rooms. Worried, we went back to the hotel only to find that the leak had been fixed and we did not need to switch. I was irritated because I left my sister’s wedding due to this “emergency” and it was resolved when we got back meaning it was a waste of time, and the staff member didn’t even apologize. I felt like it was unprofessional to not update us again so that we didn’t need to worry. The rest of our stay was fine. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Despite this, the above incident left something to be desired. The experience wasn’t horrible overall, but it could have been better if the particular staff member showed a bit more care and concern.

The fountain, elevator, faucet & AC were broken. The room itself was very clean and the coffee and toiletries were nice. The bed was very Comfortable all in all due to the broken stuff and issues I’d expect at least half a refund.

Lights on the room where glitching and got me dizzy every day of our stay 3 nights! On those days they never changed the light bulb! The window wood curtains were broken. Coffe machine wasn’t working u tried to make a coffe and the coffe it started to spread everywhere. We didn't get housekeeping service in two days! Front desk guy told me they will return some money because of the inconvenience but they didn’t!!!

My husband and I stayed at The Lexi 4/18-4/21 and it has been the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was sketchy and surrounded by strip clubs and porn shops and the night we checked in seemed like they were having a satanic event with all the pentagrams we saw in there. As we went to check in we waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before someone decided to come assist and check us in. We asked security to call someone to the front desk, my husband even went to knock on the office door. When we went up to our room (#302) we walked in and turned on the light and it was blinking like a strobe light! The water in the shower was cold the entire time, as a matter of fact, the water in the sink was hotter than the water in the shower. This was a horrible hotel! By this point, we were not going to go back down to complain about any of it because we might have been shot at. We were there for the Wrestlemania event and all other hotels were sold out along the strip and everywhere in Las Vegas so we really had no option to go anywhere else.

If you are looking to party after a long day of traveling then this is the place for you. If not - do not book here. The hotel was hosting a party and had a dj that played loud music. Our room was right by the fire escape and you could hear the music loud as ever in the room, it sounded like we were at the event. The place in general did not look clean and the service of the employees was subpar. If I’m being completely honest it was very run down and my husband nor I felt comfortable at all. Everything was not a great experience about this place which ultimately resulted in us booking another stay somewhere else for the night. This place is a waste of money, ghetto, and wouldn’t even refund me for the inconvenience. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Pros-comfortable bed, friendly staff, bar tender was friendly, clean room Cons-Our bed had 3 sets of sheets, no blankets and the hotel doesn’t provide any blankets, our toilet leaked water, there wasn’t a full shower door (only half). Biggest con was the noise- we could hear club music until 3-4am and could hear people walking around upstairs

They had a promotion to give a $25 food and beverage credit but when i asked about it i was told they had to ask management but never got back to me.

Terrible customer service. The price per night they show on this website which was $110 changed once we tried to check in . We and several other guests not staying with us were told that there was only one room available at that price and it was already occupied. For us to stay in a room exactly like the one on the websites would cost over $200 per night. We where not informed about the charges before our arrival so we had no we were not able to find another hotel anywhere near that area because it was a holiday weekend, we had to drive 2 hours away to find a hotel with availability. This ruined our planned casino weekend. I do not recommend this place.

The Lexi is the best kept secret in Las Vegas based on its staff alone. My wife and I come her roughly once a month for staycations since we are locals. The employees at the front desk are always extremely helpful and attentive to your needs beginning with Ashley, Monique and Rayman. The security is top notch with Torey, Pj and the rest of the security crew making sure that guests feel safe. The bartenders and waitresses always give you service with a smile and appear to be genuinely friendly people. I have even had a chance to talk to one of the maids a couple times and she has always catered to our every need. But the real jewel is Lizzie who works out at the pool.... she is always busting her butt and is sweet as can be. I simply do not have words in my lexicon to describe how pleasant my experiences have been with the Lexi's staff thus far. In a word "Bravo!"

SCAM BAIT & SWITCH RESERVATION The front desk will try to gaslight you into thinking you imagined your reservation offered something and talk down to you over it. While sending you to a floor of rooms all numbered 420… I guess they didn’t expect I would’ve kept proof…(see photo) The property refused to help at check in and so did Expedia. I was forced to accept the bait & switch while being refused a refund. There’s no $50 “food credit” either. Front desk is tired of hearing complaints over the scam reservations and takes it out on guests. Very rude about it. The staff seemed to always be busy. When we arrived at the time for check-in, our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning it out, and it was around 3:30 pm. We waited for about 30 minutes. At the time to check out, no one could be found in guest services. Even the security was looking for the front desk personnel. Yes, it was a little noisy at night due to the club downstairs. Other than that, it was okay for a one-night stay. And also the waters that they provide in the rooms is extra for a Ridiculous charge of $10 dollars a bottle

Had a great time there everyone was friendly and helpful

The stay was horrible. I was downgraded by the hotel without being notified, which resulted in our trip ending early. The hotel did not compensate for the inconvenience. This is our third getaway here and it will be our last. Very disappointed.

Everything was perfect an Tiffany at the front desk was amazing and very professional. I will be back to stay.

The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay. They were so good that I reserved the penthouse for another whole week in the future, before I even left the property. I'd like to acknowledge Simon, Dani, Evie, and the phenomenal security team for making our stay truly luxurious and comfortable.

Recommend this place if you are going to a music festival since you are able to walk to it

Great location close to china town…

The property was clean. I liked the fact that it was away from all the noise and lights but at the same time we were close to everything.

Tucked away just a stone's throw from the bustling Las Vegas Boulevard, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered the stylish lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property. The interior design is chic and modern, reflecting a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The plush bedding and attention to comfort made it a haven to return to after a day exploring the lively streets of Las Vegas. One of the standout features of Lexi Las Vegas Hotel is its proximity to the Strip. While it's not right on Las Vegas Boulevard, the short walk was actually a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle. It allowed me to enjoy the best of both worlds – the excitement of the Strip and the tranquility of a more secluded retreat.

The outside looked a little run down and the elevator scared me but made me laugh. The room was clean and honestly, judging from the outside, I was surprised at how nice and clean the room was. Guy at the desk when checking in was friendly and answered all my questions. I didn’t stay on the 4th floor where it’s cannabis friendly but that’ll be for the next stay. 😊 Overall a nice experience.

This hotel feels sketchy and is located off the strip. It used to have a good reputation when it was called The Artisan, but since the rebranding, it’s gone downhill. The quality has significantly dropped, and it’s definitely not what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially when Vegas has so many more economical options off the strip.

Property close to everything near downtown

orbitz site said this was a 10 minute walk from strip and its not really a walking area to get to strip as its near highway. The hotel was only smoking available hotel so that is why we chose that one. The last night before our stay ended the hotel went out of service. Also the locals kept saying the hotel was haunted but we did not notice anything strange. Other than the elevator door having a delayed opem when you reach the lobby.

First of all… There is no front desk staff. I’m not joking. We went down to the lobby several times and no one is at the front desk. There’s also no ice machine. The rooms are very basic. The air-conditioning does not work properly so we were hot the entire time. There’s no food or beverage, no water or coffee in the foyer. I’ve stayed at motel six hotels that are better than this place. Do not recommend.

Great hotel and pool great staff GREAT FOOD !!!!

It was properly priced. The rates were cheap and for the price it’s not a bad pick. The food from the restaurant was pretty decent. The pool had nothing going on and virtually nobody there all weekend. I’m sure it’s pretty fun when they can get some people into the building but we went on a dead weekend apparently so we spent far more time off property. Staff was also hit it miss. The gentleman at our check in was great! Did an awesome job, very friendly, the further into the stay the less friendly the staff was but we didn’t interact all too often so no big deal. The bad seemed ok, like it had potential but again, we were there on a dead weekend. Oh well. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again unless there is some sort of event, even a small event would be fine…but it was a ghost town. We are going to keep an eye on it and wait for something to be happening and give it another shot.

This property did not have an accurate description. I was expecting a newer, boutique hotel off the strip. As I checked I was hit by $70 in resort fees. I hate surprise fees. Why not include in the price?! Then asked to sign a waiver that I would not get a refund if checking out due to noise. Wait… What?! Apparently they host parties were music could be loud until 3am. So don’t book if you want to see. Topless optional pool gave me an inkling as to their ideal guest. Rooms were dirty and sparse and I believe they have bed bugs. I woke up with bites all on one side. Not food onsite and staff seemed totally disengaged. Will never come back. Check all reviews carefully before you decide. I wish I had!

The elevator was broken and we had to walk up the stairs outside to get to our room, which was fine, but very poor directions from the front desk how to get to our rooms..it took 3 trips. Food was great, pool is lovely. Staff at pool wonderful. Seven should get a raise.
