The hotek was under construction and there was no staff in the place. The room had no curtains. The contact person was not in the city and had ro manage multiple properties. We want to request a refund. I have the pictures to show the status of the place which looked like it was not legally available for service

Der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt meines Lebens. Die Toiletten waren dreckig, das Bett nicht gemacht und die Bettwäsche schmutzig und fleckig. Wir hatten von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht, und kein einziges Laken wurde gewechselt, und es wurde überhaupt nicht geputzt. Und dazu kam noch, dass wir mit einem kleinen Baby unterwegs waren.

Väldigt smutsigt och missvisande bilder. Även rummen som var ”nyrenoverade ” där var det väldigt dammigt överallt både i rummen och allmänna ytor. Stopp i avlopp i duschen och överlag väldigt dåligt standard. Det pågår renovering som inte informeras om varken innan eller vid ankomst. Personalen var nästan omöjligt att få tag på.
