Smells bad not clean. Random people staying in rooms unpaid for! Animals and pool was dirty! It was awful!

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!! People sleeping in the hallway. Exterior doors were broken!! The smell was ratchet. Broken windows. This should be taken off Expedia and condemned. I paid ahead of time so I couldn’t get my money back. Such a disappointment for Expedia to promote this property. Not a good look for anyone!!

The room was bare minimum. There are no towels stocked in the rooms. The keycard access for room only works from the hallway inside the main hotel, even though the rooms have exterior keycard locks. When entering into the hallway from the unlocked door, a large cockroach was spotted along the wall in the hallway. The ac unit for the room could not cool the room. Very disappointing accommodations, and would strong suggest people avoid booking reservations with this hotel

This is more of an extended stay hotel. It was unclean. It felt unsafe. Our controls to the tub were hanging off. Our floor was held in place with duct tape. Sheets were dingy and stained. Pool was nasty. No breakfast was served as advertised.

When I got there, I had to wait like 15 minutes just for the front desk to get off the phone! One room didn’t even have pillows! Another had hair all over the sheets! Everything was filthy! The door locks were acting weird! And there were giant cracks in the doors and windows! There were strange people wandering around the property! After seeing this nightmare, I noped out immediately and went to a different motel.

Simply put, it is a great shell, but there was mold in the shower and dirty towels were handed out, with a door that was broken not allowing direct access to the pool. I thought I found a bargain, but I probably wouldn’t spend another night there.

I din't get to stay because rear door latch was broken and dirty room hallway odor was terrible. I hope i can get my money back.

Would never stay here again. It felt so unsafe. Someone kept knocking at our door trying to get in in the middle of the night. We told the front desk and they said it was normal. I literally slept with one eye open. Not to mention the physical condition of the place.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The owner doesnt keep the a/c on in the building. The place has mildew on the walls and it reeps through the building. There was debris on the bed in the room. The door had no lock. The customer service agent was friendly however. The pool is not in a running condition. The location is terrible. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay and lost on my money. I do not recommend.

Fire alarm chirpping in hall way, also in room, changed room. No TV remote, no trash can. Peope hanging out at front desk. Hallway had boxes laying about, lamps were missing light bulbs. Patio had people hanging out smoking weed, just not a great place.

It was absolutely terrible, walked into the room it smelled like cat piss there was huge roaches, BLOOD on the walls, toilet seat was broken appeared like someone was sleeping in our bed before arriving. Trash everywhere, it was awful. Holes in the blankets and only one pillow for two beds. It was absolutely gross.

If you're on a budget this is the place for you. However, buyer beware. My room did not have any towels. Nor did it have a box of tissues. Barely enough soap and shampoo for one person (thankfully I thought to get decent brand name soap and shampoo). When I asked the front desk lady for towels I got the most disgusting towels in the world; they could have gone into the wash with bleach to remove the stains on them. I asked for more, the lady said that was not a problem, but I never got them. I couldn't ask again because I was on a very tight schedule and I needed sleep. The room in the building I was in definitely showed its age. Thankfully, for someone like me who needs convenient outlets, I had that. That's about the only good thing it had going for it. Did I mention I never got a full set of clean towels? On the day I left, the entire building was locked. Probably a security thing but I had no way of getting out of the building. Couldn't re-access my room via my room key since that had been deactivated. Mind you I had to be out of there at 4 am on a Sunday morning to catch an early morning flight out of Pensacola International Airport. Had to call the hotel (took many rings for someone to answer) to unlock the door to the common area for me to be able to get out. Had that not happened I probably would have called 911 to get out. I should have booked a place elsewhere and spent more money for a chain that looks after its customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible! Unfit to stay Stains on sheets, microwave, refridge dirty, When ask for towels told there were none Give me one bathcloth, told stained but clean. Dust and debris on all tables, thick Disgusting Breach of contract to put us in such a filthy place!

Hotel was dirty!! We had no bulbs in the lamps. Towels look like they were never washed still has makeup on them. Bed sheets has stuff on them also. I would not recommend this hotel. You will see a lot of things if you just sit outside.

Awful worst experience with a hotel ever. Period blood on bed, bugs all over all 4 beds. No refund was giving, someone took a shower in our room while we were out at the beach. The lady upfront was okay when I first got there awful when I asked for a refund.

There are cockroaches in the room! The bed sheets are stained, the bathroom has hot water but no cold water! The sanitary environment is particularly poor, and there are spider webs. There are many more that I don't want to talk about

This hotel smells sooo bad! I have stayed around that area in cheap hotels and they weren’t as bad as this hotel!

The place was dirty and smelled of dogs. Dead bugs lying around. The the in the room had old spills between the glass top. The dresser was missing a drawer. No tv remote. No towels. The paint was peeling on the walls. I checked out the same night and went to another hotel acrossed from Sacred Heart Hospital. The Clerk showed me another room, i told him i was just going to leave due to the smells.

The doors dont close without using the deadbolt, the furniture is moldy & stained, the sheets were dirty, there are no towels, there is no breakfast though they have signs alluding to it. The manager/owner is rude. The shower didnt work and wasnt even completely built out. The sink leaks. Its a dump!!

Staff was quick and great room was nasty as soon as I opened door a bunch of roaches fell from the seal and I got hit with a heat flash because of broken AC didn’t even go in room I left immediately

The exterior door was missing a door knob and had the hole in its place, so anyone could look or reach in. There were exposed wires coming out of the walls. Most of the furniture was damaged and the walls and doors had chunks missing. There were bugs in the toilet. The owner refused to issue a refund.

Room was not cleaned once we checked in. The room floor looked as if it had never been swept. There was also no toiletries, towels or remote to the television. Was quiet and bed was comfy though.

The place was not so great but the staff were more than nice….we got what we paid for but they need to at least update some items in there rooms and hotel such as the comforters, the REFRIGERATOR, ours didnt work at all, it was nice of them to let us use there’s, but we’re on vacation we’re not going to keep going out our room to go up front each time especially since our room was literally in the very bad. Their maintenance guy or who ever locks the lobby up at a certain time was not it…we were using the microwave in the lobby since the room didn’t have one, which says in the details the room has a microwave but did not. We were just warming up our food, he came by talking but we didn’t understand him, he was walking and talking at the same time, and said rudely that’s hes locking up the lobby which i did not know they lock up the lobby literally….not a prisoner but okayy some hotels rules are different. Hella bugs which i understand for Florida, but you can also fumigate the rooms. Im not going to pick out everything that could easily be fixed or can be avoid for future renters. I should had took pictures but it was a 2 night stay i recommend only 1 night stays if you can’t find nothing else.

The pictures must be years old. It’s obvious that there has not been maintenance. Out of 6 dresser drawer pulls, 3 were missing. Bathroom fixtures were peeling. The security latch was visibly broken off but not fixed. One table lamp had the light bulb showing below the shade because the bulb receiver was broken. The bed sheets and blanket all had stains and/or burn holes. Just old looking.

Gave me a room that was already occupied. Second room was filthy. Windows broken . Not a safe location

One night stay. Everything wrong. Midnight staff rude. No ashtray, towels, garbage can, or fridge. Sink in bathroom not working. Tub leaking. Kitchen sink leaking. Desk stained, lights broken or not working. Lock on door broke. Floor tore up. Only 2 pillows for king size bed. Dirty pillow cases.

STAY AWAY! Terrible motel! The room had big holes in the walls.COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! Fridge didn't work and TV did not work. No towels or washclothes available in bathroom or toilet paper. Crack heads all over the motel and area. Very unsafe! This place should be condemned.

My check-in was okay. They didn’t have a cart, so the clerk helped me carry my luggage in. When I asked for a bathmat and some pillows, she got them for me. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Value for the price is spot on. Room was clean and exactly what you would expect. The owner was on property and engaged with guests. Would stay again.

Room did not have everything promised. There was no towels, only two pillows for four people. Staff was not helpful, room was not cleaned and when we returned to the room there was water all over the floor and on counter top. Staff was unable to do anything about it. We had to leave our vacation early.

This hotel is lying to customers through Expedia!!!! Please be aware, I arrived to find 2 stained beds, bed bugs, cockroaches, and the ceiling falling apart, with a horrible horrible smell inside the room. The pictures lied on Expedia booking!!!!! Then to make matters worse I checked out immediately did not stay there and let Michelle know I wanted a refund, called Expedia and got a complaint started, then come back the next day because the manager from the Hotel needed to get it approved. Just for him to LIE TO Expedia that I slept in the room and did not check out of the room, he lied to Expedia about everything in front of me. I paid $238 and was charged $110 for the night I checked out and he refunded me 1 day back. The audacity of this manager to lie to his customers, Expedia and future customers with fake pictures.

1 st room was nasty with stained bedding, holes in the sheets and dead bug in dresser, lights flickering, stuff not properly installed Couch was nasty and stained. The owner said no refund when we complained so the lady (not the owner )who was up front, only one that was helpful. She said I will put you in a better room. It was okay and a lot better than the first one. I had to spend additional money for towels, blankets and cleaning supplies. It was hard to sleep at night due to loud talking and banging of doors. The halls smelled like smoke and marijuana. I have stayed at many places and I think this one was the worst so far.

The people are so rude and nasty. The rooms are horrible clean they go through your belongings they stole out of my room advise you guys not to stay there. They do nothing but drugs they have nothing but meth addict hanging out there. Someone needs to call the health inspector.

I couldn't even check in, there was nobody at the front desk. I sat there for an hr blowing up their phone but nobody ever came. Tried transferring to another hotel but they kept giving me the run around. Ended up having to pay again for another room somewhere else. Trying to get a refund

When we got to the property they informed us that they would have to switch us rooms because the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Okay, no big deal. Upon entering the room, there were no pillowcases on our pillows, and dirty rags hanging in the bathroom. My husband went to front desk to ask for washcloths and pillowcases since there weren’t any in our room, and he sat at the front desk for over 15 minutes and still, nobody came. At 12:32am my one year old was rudely awoken by the people they put next door to us. Why? You might ask.. I guess he decided he wanted to have a party and have music blaring the entire time to where it was literally shaking the walls. My husband once again went down to the front desk where the front desk guy was very apologetic and “tried” to solve the problem, you guessed it, we were still up for hours hearing loud music. Overall, just actually spend money elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.

Not the greatest but have stayed twice and never had any issues. I like the location and it does same night 📖 NGS unlike other motels/ hotels in its area.

You get what you pay for the people the staff was very nice nobody bothers you the gas store is right up the street you can walking distance if you're bougie this is not the spot for you is more of the hood but overall the stay was okay if you just need it somewhere quick and cheap.

if you're looking to smoke some crack and hang with some prostitutes, look no further! this place is rough. front desk lady was very kind and did everything she could. but unless you absolutely must sleep on a bed, I'd recommend sleeping in your car before staying here.

Fleeing due to a mandatory evacuation.we Booked online and when we arrived we were told they only had 1 room left even though there were at least 10 families in the waiting room that were pleading for a refund due to bed bugs,rat,roaches, the condition of the rooms and active drug and prostitution deals going on in the parking lot. They led us to a room in the back of the building that took them 45 mins to gain access and told us "just don\'t close the door" We never did get to check into the room and was told we would get a refund.we were lucky enough to find a room at another hotel

Absolutely horrible! Hotel was so dirty. Had no towels, stains everywhere(sofa, bed sheets,floors). Tv didn’t turn on, no remote, dirty refrigerator. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever passing through Pensacola! People hanging all around property! Very unsafe.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever get close to. It was so dirty and smelly that I couldn't take my family out of the car. Place felt very unsafe as well. Pictures are very misleading and Expedia is doing nothing to help customers. I opened a case and all they said was that they contacted the property and they didn't want to return the money. Of course they won't... It's a shame that Expedia allows this kind of behavior.

The pictures provided make this place look very nice. However, the reality is not so nice. Our room was disgusting. Stained sheets and roaches crawling. The coax cable was coming out of the wall. And on top of that the tv didn’t even work! The counter tops were coming apart as well as the baseboards in the bathroom. Definitely looked like mold was growing around the toilet. Then on top of this. The lady who worked at night told me to leave my name and number to be contacted by the owner. Not only did he never call, you can’t get anyone on the phone. I also forgot to add that they advertise free breakfast and they do NOT do breakfast anymore. 0/10

We were glad to find a place to get away from Hurricane Helene. The bed was good and the TV was state of the art. However - there was no phone, no clock, no coffee maker, and I had to go to the lobby for towels. The room was not real dirty, but it was not real clean; I could put up with this because we only stayed two nights. I wouldn't want to stay here for any length of time. Staff was very nice. I
